| 1 [18:6] | FalaAAallaka bakhiAAun nafsaka AAalaatharihim in lam yu/minoo bihatha alhadeethiasafan |  فلعلك باخع نفسك على آثارهم إن لم يؤمنوا بهذا الحديث أسفافَلَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ عَلَى آثَارِهِمْ إِن لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَسَفًا | |||||
| Words | |فلعلك - Then perhaps you would (be)| باخع - the one who kills| نفسك - yourself| على - over| آثارهم - their footsteps,| إن - if| لم - not| يؤمنوا - they believe| بهذا - in this| الحديث - [the] narration,| أسفا - (in) grief.| | ||||||
| 2 [31:6] | Wamina alnnasi man yashtareelahwa alhadeethi liyudilla AAan sabeeli Allahibighayri AAilmin wayattakhithaha huzuwan ola-ikalahum AAathabun muheenun | ومن الناس من يشتري لهو الحديث ليضل عن سبيل الله بغير علم ويتخذها هزوا أولئك لهم عذاب مهين وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And of| الناس - the mankind| من - (is he) who| يشتري - purchases,| لهو - idle tales| الحديث - idle tales| ليضل - to mislead| عن - from| سبيل - (the) path| الله - (of) Allah| بغير - without| علم - knowledge,| ويتخذها - and takes it| هزوا - (in) ridicule.| أولئك - Those| لهم - for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| مهين - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 3 [39:23] | Allahu nazzala ahsana alhadeethikitaban mutashabihan mathaniya taqshaAAirruminhu juloodu allatheena yakhshawna rabbahum thummataleenu julooduhum waquloobuhum ila thikri Allahithalika huda Allahi yahdee bihi man yashaowaman yudlili Allahu fama lahu min hadin | الله نزل أحسن الحديث كتابا متشابها مثاني تقشعر منه جلود الذين يخشون ربهم ثم تلين جلودهم وقلوبهم إلى ذكر الله ذلك هدى الله يهدي به من يشاء ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِهًا مَّثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah| نزل - has revealed| أحسن - (the) best| الحديث - (of) [the] statement -| كتابا - a Book| متشابها - (its parts) resembling each other| مثاني - oft-repeated.| تقشعر - Shiver| منه - from it| جلود - (the) skins| الذين - (of) those who| يخشون - fear| ربهم - their Lord,| ثم - then| تلين - relax| جلودهم - their skins| وقلوبهم - and their hearts| إلى - at| ذكر - (the) remembrance| الله - (of) Allah.| ذلك - That| هدى - (is the) guidance| الله - (of) Allah,| يهدي - He guides| به - with it| من - whom| يشاء - He wills.| ومن - And whoever| يضلل - Allah lets go astray| الله - Allah lets go astray| فما - then not| له - for him| من - any| هاد - guide.| | ||||||

| 6 [68:44] | Fatharnee waman yukaththibubihatha alhadeethi sanastadrijuhum min haythula yaAAlamoona | فذرني ومن يكذب بهذا الحديث سنستدرجهم من حيث لا يعلمون فَذَرْنِي وَمَن يُكَذِّبُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
