| 1 [9:3] | Waathanun mina Allahiwarasoolihi ila alnnasi yawma alhajjial-akbari anna Allaha baree-on mina almushrikeenawarasooluhu fa-in tubtum fahuwa khayrun lakum wa-in tawallaytumfaiAAlamoo annakum ghayru muAAjizee Allahiwabashshiri allatheena kafaroo biAAathabin aleemin |  وأذان من الله ورسوله إلى الناس يوم الحج الأكبر أن الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فإن تبتم فهو خير لكم وإن توليتم فاعلموا أنكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب أليموَأَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |وأذان - And an announcement| من - from Allah| الله - from Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| إلى - to| الناس - the people| يوم - (on the) day| الحج - (of) the greater Pilgrimage| الأكبر - (of) the greater Pilgrimage| أن - that| الله - Allah| بريء - (is) free from obligations| من - [of]| المشركين - (to) the polytheists,| ورسوله - and (so is) His Messenger.| فإن - So if| تبتم - you repent,| فهو - then, it is| خير - best| لكم - for you.| وإن - But if| توليتم - you turn away| فاعلموا - then know| أنكم - that you| غير - (can) not| معجزي - escape| الله - Allah.| وبشر - And give glad tidings| الذين - (to) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 2 [21:103] | La yahzunuhumu alfazaAAual-akbaru watatalaqqahumu almala-ikatu hathayawmukumu allathee kuntum tooAAadoona | لا يحزنهم الفزع الأكبر وتتلقاهم الملائكة هذا يومكم الذي كنتم توعدون لَا يَحْزُنُهُمُ الْفَزَعُ الْأَكْبَرُ وَتَتَلَقَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ هَذَا يَوْمُكُمُ الَّذِي كُنتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لا - Not| يحزنهم - will grieve them| الفزع - the terror| الأكبر - [the] greatest,| وتتلقاهم - and will meet them| الملائكة - the Angels,| هذا - "This| يومكم - (is) your Day| الذي - which| كنتم - you were| توعدون - promised."| | ||||||
| 3 [32:21] | Walanutheeqannahum mina alAAathabial-adna doona alAAathabi al-akbari laAAallahumyarjiAAoona | ولنذيقنهم من العذاب الأدنى دون العذاب الأكبر لعلهم يرجعون وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُمْ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَدْنَى دُونَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولنذيقنهم - And surely, We will let them taste| من - of| العذاب - the punishment| الأدنى - the nearer| دون - before| العذاب - the punishment| الأكبر - the greater,| لعلهم - so that they may| يرجعون - return.| | ||||||
| 4 [88:24] | FayuAAaththibuhu Allahu alAAathabaal-akbara | فيعذبه الله العذاب الأكبر فَيُعَذِّبُهُ اللَّهُ الْعَذَابَ الْأَكْبَرَ | |||||
