| 1 [12:87] | Ya baniyya ithhaboo fatahassasoomin yoosufa waakheehi wala tay-asoo min rawhi Allahiinnahu la yay-asu min rawhi Allahi illaalqawmu alkafiroona |  يا بني اذهبوا فتحسسوا من يوسف وأخيه ولا تيأسوا من روح الله إنه لا ييأس من روح الله إلا القوم الكافرونيَا بَنِيَّ اذْهَبُواْ فَتَحَسَّسُواْ مِن يُوسُفَ وَأَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَيْأَسُواْ مِن رَّوْحِ اللّهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يَيْأَسُ مِن رَّوْحِ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| بني - O my sons!| اذهبوا - Go| فتحسسوا - and inquire| من - about| يوسف - Yusuf| وأخيه - and his brother,| ولا - and not| تيأسوا - despair| من - of| روح - (the) Mercy of Allah.| الله - (the) Mercy of Allah.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - none| ييأس - despairs| من - of| روح - (the) Mercy of Allah| الله - (the) Mercy of Allah| إلا - except| القوم - the people| الكافرون - the disbelievers."| | ||||||
| 2 [12:93] | Ithhaboo biqameesee hathafaalqoohu AAala wajhi abee ya/ti baseeran wa/tooneebi-ahlikum ajmaAAeena | اذهبوا بقميصي هذا فألقوه على وجه أبي يأت بصيرا وأتوني بأهلكم أجمعين اذْهَبُواْ بِقَمِيصِي هَـذَا فَأَلْقُوهُ عَلَى وَجْهِ أَبِي يَأْتِ بَصِيرًا وَأْتُونِي بِأَهْلِكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ | |||||
| Words | |اذهبوا - Go| بقميصي - with this shirt of mine| هذا - with this shirt of mine| فألقوه - and cast it| على - over| وجه - (the) face| أبي - (of) my father,| يأت - he will regain sight.| بصيرا - he will regain sight.| وأتوني - And bring to me| بأهلكم - your family| أجمعين - all together."| | ||||||
