| 1 [7:55] | OdAAoo rabbakum tadarruAAanwakhufyatan innahu la yuhibbu almuAAtadeena |  ادعوا ربكم تضرعا وخفية إنه لا يحب المعتدينادْعُواْ رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ادعوا - Call upon| ربكم - your Lord| تضرعا - humbly| وخفية - and privately.| إنه - Indeed, He| لا - (does) not| يحب - love| المعتدين - the transgressors.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:195] | Alahum arjulun yamshoona biha amlahum aydin yabtishoona biha am lahum aAAyunun yubsiroonabiha am lahum athanun yasmaAAoona biha quliodAAoo shurakaakum thumma keedooni fala tunthirooni | ألهم أرجل يمشون بها أم لهم أيد يبطشون بها أم لهم أعين يبصرون بها أم لهم آذان يسمعون بها قل ادعوا شركاءكم ثم كيدون فلا تنظرون أَلَهُمْ أَرْجُلٌ يَمْشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَيْدٍ يَبْطِشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا قُلِ ادْعُواْ شُرَكَاءَكُمْ ثُمَّ كِيدُونِ فَلاَ تُنظِرُونِ | |||||
| Words | |ألهم - Are for them| أرجل - feet| يمشون - (to) walk| بها - with [it],| أم - or| لهم - for them| أيد - hands| يبطشون - (to) hold| بها - with [it],| أم - or| لهم - for them| أعين - eyes| يبصرون - (to) see| بها - with [it],| أم - or| لهم - for them| آذان - ears| يسمعون - (to) hear| بها - with [it]?| قل - Say,| ادعوا - "Call| شركاءكم - your partners,| ثم - then| كيدون - scheme against me| فلا - and (do) not| تنظرون - give me respite."| | ||||||
| 3 [17:56] | Quli odAAu allatheena zaAAamtum mindoonihi fala yamlikoona kashfa alddurriAAankum wala tahweelan | قل ادعوا الذين زعمتم من دونه فلا يملكون كشف الضر عنكم ولا تحويلا قُلِ ادْعُواْ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِهِ فَلاَ يَمْلِكُونَ كَشْفَ الضُّرِّ عَنكُمْ وَلاَ تَحْوِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| ادعوا - "Call| الذين - those whom| زعمتم - you claimed| من - besides Him,| دونه - besides Him,| فلا - [then] not| يملكون - they have power| كشف - (to) remove| الضر - the misfortunes| عنكم - from you| ولا - and not| تحويلا - (to) transfer (it)."| | ||||||
| 4 [17:110] | Quli odAAoo Allaha awi odAAoo alrrahmanaayyan ma tadAAoo falahu al-asmao alhusnawala tajhar bisalatika wala tukhafitbiha waibtaghi bayna thalika sabeelan | قل ادعوا الله أو ادعوا الرحمن أيا ما تدعوا فله الأسماء الحسنى ولا تجهر بصلاتك ولا تخافت بها وابتغ بين ذلك سبيلا قُلِ ادْعُواْ اللّهَ أَوِ ادْعُواْ الرَّحْمَـنَ أَيًّا مَّا تَدْعُواْ فَلَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى وَلاَ تَجْهَرْ بِصَلاَتِكَ وَلاَ تُخَافِتْ بِهَا وَابْتَغِ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ سَبِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| ادعوا - "Invoke| الله - Allah| أو - or| ادعوا - invoke| الرحمن - the Most Gracious.| أيا - By whatever (name)| ما - By whatever (name)| تدعوا - you invoke,| فله - to Him (belongs)| الأسماء - the Most Beautiful Names.| الحسنى - the Most Beautiful Names.| ولا - And (do) not| تجهر - be loud| بصلاتك - in your prayers| ولا - and not| تخافت - be silent| بها - therein,| وابتغ - but seek| بين - between| ذلك - that| سبيلا - a way."| | ||||||
| 5 [28:64] | Waqeela odAAoo shurakaakumfadaAAawhum falam yastajeeboo lahum waraawoo alAAathabalaw annahum kanoo yahtadoona | وقيل ادعوا شركاءكم فدعوهم فلم يستجيبوا لهم ورأوا العذاب لو أنهم كانوا يهتدون وَقِيلَ ادْعُوا شُرَكَاءَكُمْ فَدَعَوْهُمْ فَلَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَهُمْ وَرَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقيل - And it will be said,| ادعوا - "Call| شركاءكم - your partners."| فدعوهم - And they will call them,| فلم - but not| يستجيبوا - they will respond| لهم - to them| ورأوا - and they will see| العذاب - the punishment.| لو - If only| أنهم - [that] they| كانوا - had been| يهتدون - guided!| | ||||||
| 6 [34:22] | Quli odAAoo allatheena zaAAamtum mindooni Allahi la yamlikoona mithqala tharratinfee alssamawati wala fee al-ardiwama lahum feehima min shirkin wama lahuminhum min thaheerin | قل ادعوا الذين زعمتم من دون الله لا يملكون مثقال ذرة في السماوات ولا في الأرض وما لهم فيهما من شرك وما له منهم من ظهير قُلِ ادْعُوا الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِيهِمَا مِن شِرْكٍ وَمَا لَهُ مِنْهُم مِّن ظَهِيرٍ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| ادعوا - "Call upon| الذين - those whom| زعمتم - you claim| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah."| لا - Not| يملكون - they possess| مثقال - (the) weight| ذرة - (of) an atom| في - in| السماوات - the heavens| ولا - and not| في - in| الأرض - the earth| وما - and not| لهم - for them| فيهما - in both of them| من - any| شرك - partnership,| وما - and not| له - for Him| منهم - from them| من - any| ظهير - supporter.| | ||||||
| 7 [40:49] | Waqala allatheena fee alnnarilikhazanati jahannama odAAoo rabbakum yukhaffif AAannayawman mina alAAathabi | وقال الذين في النار لخزنة جهنم ادعوا ربكم يخفف عنا يوما من العذاب وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ فِي النَّارِ لِخَزَنَةِ جَهَنَّمَ ادْعُوا رَبَّكُمْ يُخَفِّفْ عَنَّا يَوْمًا مِّنَ الْعَذَابِ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And will say| الذين - those| في - in| النار - the Fire| لخزنة - to (the) keepers| جهنم - (of) Hell,| ادعوا - "Call| ربكم - your Lord| يخفف - (to) lighten| عنا - for us| يوما - a day| من - of| العذاب - the punishment."| | ||||||
