| 1 [3:173] | Allatheena qala lahumu alnnasuinna alnnasa qad jamaAAoo lakum faikhshawhumfazadahum eemanan waqaloo hasbunaAllahu waniAAma alwakeelu |  الذين قال لهم الناس إن الناس قد جمعوا لكم فاخشوهم فزادهم إيمانا وقالوا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيلالَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُواْ لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَاناً وَقَالُواْ حَسْبُنَا اللّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| قال - said| لهم - to them| الناس - [the people],| إن - "Indeed| الناس - the people| قد - (have) certainly| جمعوا - gathered| لكم - against you,| فاخشوهم - so fear them."| فزادهم - But it increased them| إيمانا - (in) faith| وقالوا - and they said,| حسبنا - "Sufficient for us| الله - (is) Allah| ونعم - and (He is the) best| الوكيل - [the] Disposer of affairs."| | ||||||
| 2 [8:2] | Innama almu/minoona allatheenaitha thukira Allahu wajilat quloobuhum wa-ithatuliyat AAalayhim ayatuhu zadat-hum eemananwaAAala rabbihim yatawakkaloona | إنما المؤمنون الذين إذا ذكر الله وجلت قلوبهم وإذا تليت عليهم آياته زادتهم إيمانا وعلى ربهم يتوكلون إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ اللّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَإِذَا تُلِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُهُ زَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| المؤمنون - the believers| الذين - (are) those who| إذا - when| ذكر - is mentioned| الله - Allah| وجلت - feel fear| قلوبهم - their hearts,| وإذا - and when| تليت - are recited| عليهم - to them| آياته - His Verses,| زادتهم - they increase them| إيمانا - (in) faith,| وعلى - and upon| ربهم - their Lord| يتوكلون - they put their trust.| | ||||||
| 3 [9:124] | Wa-itha ma onzilat sooratunfaminhum man yaqoolu ayyukum zadat-hu hathihi eemananfaamma allatheena amanoo fazadat-humeemanan wahum yastabshiroona | وإذا ما أنزلت سورة فمنهم من يقول أيكم زادته هذه إيمانا فأما الذين آمنوا فزادتهم إيمانا وهم يستبشرون وَإِذَا مَا أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ أَيُّكُمْ زَادَتْهُ هَـذِهِ إِيمَانًا فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَهُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And whenever| ما - And whenever| أنزلت - is revealed| سورة - a Surah,| فمنهم - among them| من - (are some) who| يقول - say,| أيكم - "Which of you| زادته - (has) increased [it]| هذه - (by) this| إيمانا - (in) faith?"| فأما - As for| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe| فزادتهم - then it has increased them| إيمانا - (in) faith| وهم - and they| يستبشرون - rejoice.| | ||||||
| 4 [33:22] | Walamma raa almu/minoona al-ahzabaqaloo hatha ma waAAadana Allahuwarasooluhu wasadaqa Allahu warasooluhu wamazadahum illa eemanan watasleeman | ولما رأى المؤمنون الأحزاب قالوا هذا ما وعدنا الله ورسوله وصدق الله ورسوله وما زادهم إلا إيمانا وتسليما وَلَمَّا رَأَى الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْأَحْزَابَ قَالُوا هَذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَصَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَمَا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا إِيْمَانًا وَتَسْلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| رأى - saw| المؤمنون - the believers| الأحزاب - the confederates,| قالوا - they said,| هذا - "This| ما - (is) what| وعدنا - Allah promised us| الله - Allah promised us| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| وصدق - and Allah spoke the truth| الله - and Allah spoke the truth| ورسوله - and His Messenger."| وما - And not| زادهم - it increased them| إلا - except| إيمانا - (in) faith| وتسليما - and submission.| | ||||||
| 5 [48:4] | Huwa allathee anzala alssakeenatafee quloobi almu/mineena liyazdadoo eemanan maAAaeemanihim walillahi junoodu alssamawatiwaal-ardi wakana Allahu AAaleeman hakeeman | هو الذي أنزل السكينة في قلوب المؤمنين ليزدادوا إيمانا مع إيمانهم ولله جنود السماوات والأرض وكان الله عليما حكيما هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ السَّكِينَةَ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لِيَزْدَادُوا إِيْمَانًا مَّعَ إِيْمَانِهِمْ وَلِلَّهِ جُنُودُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |هو - He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أنزل - sent down| السكينة - [the] tranquility| في - in(to)| قلوب - (the) hearts| المؤمنين - (of) the believers| ليزدادوا - that they may increase| إيمانا - (in) faith| مع - with| إيمانهم - their faith.| ولله - And for Allah| جنود - (are the) hosts| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| وكان - and Allah| الله - and Allah| عليما - (is) All-Knower,| حكيما - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 6 [74:31] | Wama jaAAalna as-habaalnnari illa mala-ikatan wamajaAAalna AAiddatahum illa fitnatan lillatheenakafaroo liyastayqina allatheena ootoo alkitabawayazdada allatheena amanoo eemananwala yartaba allatheena ootoo alkitabawaalmu/minoona waliyaqoola allatheena feequloobihim maradun waalkafiroona mathaarada Allahu bihatha mathalan kathalikayudillu Allahu man yashao wayahdee man yashaowama yaAAlamu junooda rabbika illa huwa wamahiya illa thikra lilbashari | وما جعلنا أصحاب النار إلا ملائكة وما جعلنا عدتهم إلا فتنة للذين كفروا ليستيقن الذين أوتوا الكتاب ويزداد الذين آمنوا إيمانا ولا يرتاب الذين أوتوا الكتاب والمؤمنون وليقول الذين في قلوبهم مرض والكافرون ماذا أراد الله بهذا مثلا كذلك يضل الله من يشاء ويهدي من يشاء وما يعلم جنود ربك إلا هو وما هي إلا ذكرى للبشر وَمَا جَعَلْنَا أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَائِكَةً وَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِيْمَانًا وَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَلِيَقُولَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَذَا مَثَلًا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَى لِلْبَشَرِ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| جعلنا - We have made| أصحاب - keepers| النار - (of) the Fire| إلا - except| ملائكة - Angels.| وما - And not| جعلنا - We have made| عدتهم - their number| إلا - except| فتنة - (as) a trial| للذين - for those who| كفروا - disbelieve -| ليستيقن - that may be certain| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Scripture| ويزداد - and may increase| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe| إيمانا - (in) faith,| ولا - and not| يرتاب - may doubt| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Scripture| والمؤمنون - and the believers,| وليقول - and that may say| الذين - those| في - in| قلوبهم - their hearts| مرض - (is) a disease| والكافرون - and the disbelievers| ماذا - "What| أراد - (does) intend| الله - Allah| بهذا - by this| مثلا - example?"| كذلك - Thus| يضل - does let go astray| الله - Allah| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| ويهدي - and guides| من - whom| يشاء - He wills.| وما - And none| يعلم - knows| جنود - (the) hosts| ربك - (of) your Lord| إلا - except| هو - Him.| وما - And not| هي - it| إلا - (is) but| ذكرى - a reminder| للبشر - to (the) human beings.| | ||||||
