| 1 [6:14] | Qul aghayra Allahi attakhithuwaliyyan fatiri alssamawati waal-ardiwahuwa yutAAimu wala yutAAamu qul inneeomirtu an akoona awwala man aslama wala takoonanna minaalmushrikeena |  قل أغير الله أتخذ وليا فاطر السماوات والأرض وهو يطعم ولا يطعم قل إني أمرت أن أكون أول من أسلم ولا تكونن من المشركينقُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيًّا فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلاَ يُطْعَمُ قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكَينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أغير - "Is it other than| الله - Allah| أتخذ - I (should) take| وليا - (as) a protector,| فاطر - Creator,| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| وهو - while (it is) He| يطعم - Who feeds| ولا - and not| يطعم - He is fed?"| قل - Say,| إني - "Indeed I| أمرت - [I] am commanded| أن - that| أكون - I be| أول - (the) first| من - who| أسلم - submits (to Allah)| ولا - and not| تكونن - be| من - of| المشركين - the polytheists."| | ||||||
| 2 [6:40] | Qul araaytakum in atakum AAathabuAllahi aw atatkumu alssaAAatu aghayra AllahitadAAoona in kuntum sadiqeena | قل أرأيتكم إن أتاكم عذاب الله أو أتتكم الساعة أغير الله تدعون إن كنتم صادقين قُلْ أَرَأَيْتَكُم إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللّهِ أَوْ أَتَتْكُمُ السَّاعَةُ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ تَدْعُونَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||

| 3 [6:164] | Qul aghayra Allahi abghee rabbanwahuwa rabbu kulli shay-in wala taksibu kullu nafsin illaAAalayha wala taziru waziratun wizra okhrathumma ila rabbikum marjiAAukum fayunabbi-okum bimakuntum feehi takhtalifoona | قل أغير الله أبغي ربا وهو رب كل شيء ولا تكسب كل نفس إلا عليها ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى ثم إلى ربكم مرجعكم فينبئكم بما كنتم فيه تختلفون قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلاَ تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلاَّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أغير - "Is (it) other than| الله - Allah| أبغي - I (should) seek| ربا - (as) a Lord,| وهو - while He| رب - (is) the Lord| كل - (of) every| شيء - thing?"| ولا - And not| تكسب - earns| كل - every| نفس - soul| إلا - except| عليها - against itself,| ولا - and not| تزر - bears| وازرة - any bearer of burden,| وزر - burden| أخرى - (of) another.| ثم - Then| إلى - to| ربكم - your Lord| مرجعكم - (is) your return| فينبئكم - then He will inform you| بما - about what| كنتم - you were| فيه - concerning it| تختلفون - differing.| | ||||||
| 4 [7:140] | Qala aghayra Allahi abgheekumilahan wahuwa faddalakum AAala alAAalameena | قال أغير الله أبغيكم إلها وهو فضلكم على العالمين قَالَ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْغِيكُمْ إِلَـهًا وَهُوَ فَضَّلَكُمْ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| أغير - "Should other than| الله - Allah| أبغيكم - I seek for you| إلها - a god,| وهو - while He| فضلكم - has preferred you| على - over| العالمين - the worlds?"| | ||||||
