| 1 [7:85] | Wa-ila madyana akhahumshuAAayban qala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu qad jaatkum bayyinatunmin rabbikum faawfoo alkayla waalmeezana walatabkhasoo alnnasa ashyaahum walatufsidoo fee al-ardi baAAda islahiha thalikumkhayrun lakum in kuntum mu/mineena |  وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيبا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره قد جاءتكم بينة من ربكم فأوفوا الكيل والميزان ولا تبخسوا الناس أشياءهم ولا تفسدوا في الأرض بعد إصلاحها ذلكم خير لكم إن كنتم مؤمنينوَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلاَ تَبْخَسُواْ النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاَحِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإلى - And to| مدين - Madyan,| أخاهم - his brother| شعيبا - Shuaib.| قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah,| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| إله - god| غيره - other than Him.| قد - Verily,| جاءتكم - has came to you| بينة - a clear proof| من - from| ربكم - your Lord.| فأوفوا - So give full| الكيل - [the] measure| والميزان - and the weight| ولا - and (do) not| تبخسوا - deprive| الناس - [the] people| أشياءهم - in their things| ولا - and (do) not| تفسدوا - cause corruption| في - in| الأرض - the earth| بعد - after| إصلاحها - its reformation.| ذلكم - That| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مؤمنين - believers.| | ||||||
| 2 [11:85] | Waya qawmi awfoo almikyala waalmeezanabialqisti wala tabkhasoo alnnasaashyaahum wala taAAthaw fee al-ardimufsideena | ويا قوم أوفوا المكيال والميزان بالقسط ولا تبخسوا الناس أشياءهم ولا تعثوا في الأرض مفسدين وَيَا قَوْمِ أَوْفُواْ الْمِكْيَالَ وَالْمِيزَانَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلاَ تَبْخَسُواْ النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلاَ تَعْثَوْاْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ويا - And O| قوم - And O my people!| أوفوا - Give full| المكيال - measure,| والميزان - and weight| بالقسط - in justice| ولا - and (do) not| تبخسوا - deprive| الناس - the people| أشياءهم - (of) their things,| ولا - and (do) not| تعثوا - act wickedly| في - in| الأرض - the earth| مفسدين - spreading corruption.| | ||||||
| 3 [26:183] | Wala tabkhasoo alnnasaashyaahum wala taAAthaw fee al-ardimufsideena | ولا تبخسوا الناس أشياءهم ولا تعثوا في الأرض مفسدين وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
