| 1 [11:8] | Wala-in akhkharna AAanhumu alAAathabaila ommatin maAAdoodatin layaqoolunna ma yahbisuhuala yawma ya/teehim laysa masroofan AAanhum wahaqabihim ma kanoo bihi yastahzi-oona |  ولئن أخرنا عنهم العذاب إلى أمة معدودة ليقولن ما يحبسه ألا يوم يأتيهم ليس مصروفا عنهم وحاق بهم ما كانوا به يستهزئونوَلَئِنْ أَخَّرْنَا عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابَ إِلَى أُمَّةٍ مَّعْدُودَةٍ لَّيَقُولُنَّ مَا يَحْبِسُهُ أَلاَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمْ لَيْسَ مَصْرُوفًا عَنْهُمْ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِؤُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولئن - And if| أخرنا - We delay| عنهم - from them| العذاب - the punishment| إلى - for| أمة - a time| معدودة - determined,| ليقولن - they will surely say,| ما - "What| يحبسه - detains it?"| ألا - No doubt!| يوم - (On) the Day| يأتيهم - it comes to them| ليس - not| مصروفا - (will be) averted| عنهم - from them| وحاق - and will surround| بهم - them| ما - what| كانوا - they used (to)| به - mock at [it].| يستهزئون - mock at [it].| | ||||||
| 2 [14:44] | Waanthiri alnnasa yawmaya/teehimu alAAathabu fayaqoolu allatheena thalamoorabbana akhkhirna ila ajalin qareebin nujibdaAAwataka wanattabiAAi alrrusula awa lam takoonooaqsamtum min qablu ma lakum min zawalin | وأنذر الناس يوم يأتيهم العذاب فيقول الذين ظلموا ربنا أخرنا إلى أجل قريب نجب دعوتك ونتبع الرسل أولم تكونوا أقسمتم من قبل ما لكم من زوال وَأَنذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُواْ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ | |||||
