[3:110] | Kuntum khayra ommatin okhrijat lilnnasita/muroona bialmaAAroofi watanhawna AAani almunkariwatu/minoona biAllahi walaw amana ahlu alkitabilakana khayran lahum minhumu almu/minoona waaktharuhumualfasiqoona
|  كنتم خير أمة أخرجت للناس تأمرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنكر وتؤمنون بالله ولو آمن أهل الكتاب لكان خيرا لهم منهم المؤمنون وأكثرهم الفاسقون
كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَلَوْ آمَنَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَّهُم مِّنْهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ |
| Words | |كنتم - You are| خير - (the) best| أمة - (of) people| أخرجت - raised| للناس - for the mankind -| تأمرون - enjoining| بالمعروف - the right| وتنهون - and forbidding| عن - [from]| المنكر - the wrong| وتؤمنون - and believing| بالله - in Allah.| ولو - And if| آمن - believed| أهل - (the) People| الكتاب - (of) the Book| لكان - surely would have been| خيرا - good| لهم - for them.| منهم - Among them| المؤمنون - (are) [the] believers,| وأكثرهم - but most of them| الفاسقون - (are) defiantly disobedient.| |
