| 1 [2:251] | Fahazamoohum bi-ithni Allahiwaqatala dawoodu jaloota waatahu Allahualmulka waalhikmata waAAallamahu mimma yashaowalawla dafAAu Allahi alnnasa baAAdahumbibaAAdin lafasadati al-ardu walakinna Allahathoo fadlin AAala alAAalameena |  فهزموهم بإذن الله وقتل داوود جالوت وآتاه الله الملك والحكمة وعلمه مما يشاء ولولا دفع الله الناس بعضهم ببعض لفسدت الأرض ولكن الله ذو فضل على العالمينفَهَزَمُوهُم بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَقَتَلَ دَاوُدُ جَالُوتَ وَآتَاهُ اللّهُ الْمُلْكَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَعَلَّمَهُ مِمَّا يَشَاءُ وَلَوْلاَ دَفْعُ اللّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَّفَسَدَتِ الأَرْضُ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فهزموهم - So they defeated them| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah,| وقتل - and killed| داوود - Dawood| جالوت - Jalut,| وآتاه - and gave him| الله - Allah| الملك - the kingdom| والحكمة - and the wisdom| وعلمه - and taught him| مما - that which| يشاء - He willed.| ولولا - And if not| دفع - (for the) repelling| الله - (by) Allah,| الناس - [the] people -| بعضهم - some of them| ببعض - with others,| لفسدت - certainly (would have) corrupted| الأرض - the Earth,| ولكن - [and] but| الله - Allah| ذو - (is) Possessor| فضل - (of) bounty| على - to| العالمين - the worlds.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:83] | Wa-itha jaahum amrun minaal-amni awi alkhawfi athaAAoo bihi walaw raddoohu ilaalrrasooli wa-ila olee al-amri minhum laAAalimahuallatheena yastanbitoonahu minhum walawla fadluAllahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu laittabaAAtumualshshaytana illa qaleelan | وإذا جاءهم أمر من الأمن أو الخوف أذاعوا به ولو ردوه إلى الرسول وإلى أولي الأمر منهم لعلمه الذين يستنبطونه منهم ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته لاتبعتم الشيطان إلا قليلا وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءهم - comes to them| أمر - a matter| من - of| الأمن - the security| أو - or| الخوف - [the] fear| أذاعوا - they spread| به - [with] it.| ولو - But if| ردوه - they (had) referred it| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger| وإلى - and to| أولي - those| الأمر - (having) authority| منهم - among them,| لعلمه - surely would have known it| الذين - those who| يستنبطونه - draw correct conclusion (from) it| منهم - among them.| ولولا - And if not| فضل - (had been the) bounty| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - on you| ورحمته - and His Mercy,| لاتبعتم - surely you (would have) followed| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| إلا - except| قليلا - a few.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:113] | Walawla fadlu AllahiAAalayka warahmatuhu lahammat ta-ifatun minhum anyudillooka wama yudilloona illaanfusahum wama yadurroonaka min shay-in waanzalaAllahu AAalayka alkitaba waalhikmatawaAAallamaka ma lam takun taAAlamu wakana fadluAllahi AAalayka AAatheeman | ولولا فضل الله عليك ورحمته لهمت طائفة منهم أن يضلوك وما يضلون إلا أنفسهم وما يضرونك من شيء وأنزل الله عليك الكتاب والحكمة وعلمك ما لم تكن تعلم وكان فضل الله عليك عظيما وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكَ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَهَمَّت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُضِلُّوكَ وَمَا يُضِلُّونَ إِلاَّ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَضُرُّونَكَ مِن شَيْءٍ وَأَنزَلَ اللّهُ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَعَلَّمَكَ مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ تَعْلَمُ وَكَانَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكَ عَظِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| فضل - (for the) Grace| الله - (of) Allah| عليك - upon you| ورحمته - and His Mercy -| لهمت - surely (had) resolved| طائفة - a group| منهم - of them| أن - to| يضلوك - mislead you.| وما - But not| يضلون - they mislead| إلا - except| أنفسهم - themselves,| وما - and not| يضرونك - they will harm you| من - in| شيء - anything.| وأنزل - And has sent down| الله - Allah| عليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book| والحكمة - and [the] Wisdom| وعلمك - and taught you| ما - what| لم - not| تكن - you did| تعلم - know.| وكان - And is| فضل - (the) Grace| الله - (of) Allah| عليك - upon you| عظيما - great.| | ||||||
| 4 [10:19] | Wama kana alnnasuilla ommatan wahidatan faikhtalafoo walawlakalimatun sabaqat min rabbika laqudiya baynahum feemafeehi yakhtalifoona | وما كان الناس إلا أمة واحدة فاختلفوا ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لقضي بينهم فيما فيه يختلفون وَمَا كَانَ النَّاسُ إِلاَّ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً فَاخْتَلَفُواْ وَلَوْلاَ كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِيمَا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - was| الناس - the mankind| إلا - but| أمة - a community,| واحدة - one,| فاختلفوا - then they differed.| ولولا - And had (it) not been| كلمة - a word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| لقضي - surely, it (would) have been judged| بينهم - between them| فيما - concerning what| فيه - [therein]| يختلفون - they differ.| | ||||||
| 5 [11:91] | Qaloo ya shuAAaybu manafqahu katheeran mimma taqoolu wa-inna lanarakafeena daAAeefan walawla rahtukalarajamnaka wama anta AAalayna biAAazeezin | قالوا يا شعيب ما نفقه كثيرا مما تقول وإنا لنراك فينا ضعيفا ولولا رهطك لرجمناك وما أنت علينا بعزيز قَالُواْ يَا شُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا وَلَوْلاَ رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَاكَ وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| يا - O| شعيب - "O Shuaib!| ما - Not| نفقه - we understand| كثيرا - much| مما - of what| تقول - you say,| وإنا - and indeed, we| لنراك - surely [we] see you| فينا - among us| ضعيفا - weak.| ولولا - And if not| رهطك - for your family| لرجمناك - surely we would have stoned you,| وما - and you are not| أنت - and you are not| علينا - against us| بعزيز - mighty."| | ||||||
| 6 [11:110] | Walaqad atayna moosaalkitaba faikhtulifa feehi walawla kalimatunsabaqat min rabbika laqudiya baynahum wa-innahum lafeeshakkin minhu mureebun | ولقد آتينا موسى الكتاب فاختلف فيه ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لقضي بينهم وإنهم لفي شك منه مريب وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلاَ كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily| آتينا - We gave| موسى - Musa| الكتاب - the Book,| فاختلف - but differences arose| فيه - therein.| ولولا - And if not| كلمة - (for) a Word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| لقضي - surely would have been judged| بينهم - between them.| وإنهم - And indeed, they| لفي - surely (are) in| شك - doubt| منه - concerning it| مريب - suspicious.| | ||||||
| 7 [17:74] | Walawla an thabbatnaka laqadkidta tarkanu ilayhim shay-an qaleelan | ولولا أن ثبتناك لقد كدت تركن إليهم شيئا قليلا وَلَوْلاَ أَن ثَبَّتْنَاكَ لَقَدْ كِدتَّ تَرْكَنُ إِلَيْهِمْ شَيْئًا قَلِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| أن - [that]| ثبتناك - We (had) strengthened you,| لقد - certainly,| كدت - you almost| تركن - (would) have inclined| إليهم - to them| شيئا - (in) something| قليلا - a little.| | ||||||
| 8 [18:39] | Walawla ith dakhalta jannatakaqulta ma shaa Allahu la quwwata illabiAllahi in tarani ana aqalla minka malanwawaladan | ولولا إذ دخلت جنتك قلت ما شاء الله لا قوة إلا بالله إن ترن أنا أقل منك مالا وولدا وَلَوْلاَ إِذْ دَخَلْتَ جَنَّتَكَ قُلْتَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ لاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ إِن تَرَنِ أَنَا أَقَلَّ مِنكَ مَالاً وَوَلَدًا | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And why (did you) not,| إذ - when| دخلت - you entered| جنتك - your garden| قلت - say,| ما - "What| شاء - wills| الله - Allah;| لا - (there is) no| قوة - power| إلا - except| بالله - with Allah."| إن - If| ترن - you see me| أنا - (me)| أقل - lesser| منك - than you| مالا - (in) wealth| وولدا - and children,| | ||||||
| 9 [20:129] | Walawla kalimatun sabaqat minrabbika lakana lizaman waajalun musamman | ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لكان لزاما وأجل مسمى وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| كلمة - (for) a Word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| لكان - surely (would) have been| لزاما - an obligation| وأجل - and a term| مسمى - determined.| | ||||||
| 10 [22:40] | Allatheena okhrijoo min diyarihimbighayri haqqin illa an yaqooloo rabbuna Allahuwalawla dafAAu Allahi alnnasa baAAdahumbibaAAdin lahuddimat sawamiAAu wabiyaAAun wasalawatunwamasajidu yuthkaru feeha ismu Allahikatheeran walayansuranna Allahu man yansuruhuinna Allaha laqawiyyun AAazeezun | الذين أخرجوا من ديارهم بغير حق إلا أن يقولوا ربنا الله ولولا دفع الله الناس بعضهم ببعض لهدمت صوامع وبيع وصلوات ومساجد يذكر فيها اسم الله كثيرا ولينصرن الله من ينصره إن الله لقوي عزيز الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِن دِيَارِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّا أَن يَقُولُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لَّهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| أخرجوا - have been evicted| من - from| ديارهم - their homes| بغير - without| حق - right| إلا - except| أن - that| يقولوا - they said,| ربنا - "Our Lord| الله - (is) Allah."| ولولا - And if not| دفع - Allah checks| الله - Allah checks| الناس - the people,| بعضهم - some of them| ببعض - by others| لهدمت - surely (would) have been demolished| صوامع - monasteries| وبيع - and churches| وصلوات - and synagogues| ومساجد - and masajid -| يذكر - is mentioned| فيها - in it| اسم - (the) name of Allah| الله - (the) name of Allah| كثيرا - much.| ولينصرن - And surely Allah will help| الله - And surely Allah will help| من - (those) who| ينصره - help Him.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لقوي - (is) surely All-Strong,| عزيز - All-Mighty.| | ||||||
| 11 [24:10] | Walawla fadlu AllahiAAalaykum warahmatuhu waanna Allaha tawwabunhakeemun | ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته وأن الله تواب حكيم وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| فضل - (for) the Grace of Allah| الله - (for) the Grace of Allah| عليكم - upon you| ورحمته - and His Mercy -| وأن - and that,| الله - Allah| تواب - (is) Oft-Returning (to Mercy),| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 12 [24:14] | Walawla fadlu AllahiAAalaykum warahmatuhu fee alddunya waal-akhiratilamassakum fee ma afadtum feehi AAathabunAAatheemun | ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته في الدنيا والآخرة لمسكم في ما أفضتم فيه عذاب عظيم وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِي مَا أَفَضْتُمْ فِيهِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| فضل - (for the) Grace| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - upon you| ورحمته - and His Mercy| في - in| الدنيا - the world| والآخرة - and the Hereafter,| لمسكم - surely would have touched you| في - in| ما - what| أفضتم - you had rushed glibly| فيه - concerning it| عذاب - a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 13 [24:16] | Walawla ith samiAAtumoohuqultum ma yakoonu lana an natakallama bihathasubhanaka hatha buhtanun AAatheemun | ولولا إذ سمعتموه قلتم ما يكون لنا أن نتكلم بهذا سبحانك هذا بهتان عظيم وَلَوْلَا إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ قُلْتُم مَّا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهَذَا سُبْحَانَكَ هَذَا بُهْتَانٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And why not,| إذ - when| سمعتموه - you heard it,| قلتم - you said,| ما - "Not| يكون - it is| لنا - for us| أن - that| نتكلم - we speak| بهذا - of this.| سبحانك - Glory be to You!| هذا - This| بهتان - (is) a slander| عظيم - great?"| | ||||||
| 14 [24:20] | Walawla fadlu AllahiAAalaykum warahmatuhu waanna Allaha raoofun raheemun | ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته وأن الله رءوف رحيم وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّه رَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| فضل - (for the) Grace of Allah| الله - (for the) Grace of Allah| عليكم - upon you| ورحمته - and His Mercy.| وأن - And that| الله - Allah| رءوف - (is) Full of Kindness,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 15 [24:21] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola tattabiAAoo khutuwati alshshaytaniwaman yattabiAA khutuwati alshshaytanifa-innahu ya/muru bialfahsha-i waalmunkariwalawla fadlu Allahi AAalaykum warahmatuhuma zaka minkum min ahadin abadan walakinnaAllaha yuzakkee man yashao waAllahusameeAAun AAaleemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تتبعوا خطوات الشيطان ومن يتبع خطوات الشيطان فإنه يأمر بالفحشاء والمنكر ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته ما زكى منكم من أحد أبدا ولكن الله يزكي من يشاء والله سميع عليم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَمَن يَتَّبِعْ خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ مَا زَكَا مِنكُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ أَبَدًا وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يُزَكِّي مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| لا - (Do) not| تتبعوا - follow| خطوات - (the) footsteps| الشيطان - (of) the Shaitaan,| ومن - and whoever| يتبع - follows| خطوات - (the) footsteps| الشيطان - (of) the Shaitaan| فإنه - then indeed, he| يأمر - commands| بالفحشاء - the immorality| والمنكر - and the evil.| ولولا - And if not| فضل - (for the) Grace of Allah| الله - (for the) Grace of Allah| عليكم - upon you| ورحمته - and His Mercy| ما - not| زكى - (would) have been pure| منكم - among you| من - anyone| أحد - anyone| أبدا - ever,| ولكن - but| الله - Allah| يزكي - purifies| من - whom| يشاء - He wills.| والله - And Allah| سميع - (is) All-Hearer,| عليم - All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 16 [28:47] | Walawla an tuseebahum museebatunbima qaddamat aydeehim fayaqooloo rabbana lawlaarsalta ilayna rasoolan fanattabiAAa ayatikawanakoona mina almu/mineena | ولولا أن تصيبهم مصيبة بما قدمت أيديهم فيقولوا ربنا لولا أرسلت إلينا رسولا فنتبع آياتك ونكون من المؤمنين وَلَوْلَا أَن تُصِيبَهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ وَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| أن - [that]| تصيبهم - struck them| مصيبة - a disaster| بما - for what| قدمت - had sent forth| أيديهم - their hands| فيقولوا - and they would say,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| لولا - Why not| أرسلت - You sent| إلينا - to us| رسولا - a Messenger| فنتبع - so we (could have) followed| آياتك - Your Verses| ونكون - and we (would) have been| من - of| المؤمنين - the believers?"| | ||||||
| 17 [29:53] | WayastaAAjiloonaka bialAAathabiwalawla ajalun musamman lajaahumu alAAathabuwalaya/tiyannahum baghtatan wahum la yashAAuroona | ويستعجلونك بالعذاب ولولا أجل مسمى لجاءهم العذاب وليأتينهم بغتة وهم لا يشعرون وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَلَوْلَا أَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى لَّجَاءَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَيَأْتِيَنَّهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويستعجلونك - And they ask you to hasten| بالعذاب - [with] the punishment.| ولولا - And if not| أجل - (for) a term| مسمى - appointed,| لجاءهم - surely (would) have come to them| العذاب - the punishment.| وليأتينهم - But it will surely come to them| بغتة - suddenly| وهم - while they| لا - (do) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 18 [37:57] | Walawla niAAmatu rabbee lakuntu minaalmuhdareena | ولولا نعمة ربي لكنت من المحضرين وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| نعمة - (for the) Grace| ربي - (of) my Lord,| لكنت - certainly, I (would) have been| من - among| المحضرين - those brought."| | ||||||
| 19 [41:45] | Walaqad atayna moosaalkitaba faikhtulifa feehi walawla kalimatunsabaqat min rabbika laqudiya baynahum wa-innahum lafeeshakkin minhu mureebin | ولقد آتينا موسى الكتاب فاختلف فيه ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لقضي بينهم وإنهم لفي شك منه مريب وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly,| آتينا - We gave| موسى - Musa| الكتاب - the Book,| فاختلف - but disputes arose| فيه - therein.| ولولا - And had it not been| كلمة - (for) a word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| لقضي - surely, would have been settled| بينهم - between them.| وإنهم - But indeed, they| لفي - surely (are) in| شك - doubt| منه - about it| مريب - disquieting.| | ||||||
| 20 [42:14] | Wama tafarraqoo illa minbaAAdi ma jaahumu alAAilmu baghyan baynahum walawlakalimatun sabaqat min rabbika ila ajalin musamman laqudiyabaynahum wa-inna allatheena oorithoo alkitaba minbaAAdihim lafee shakkin minhu mureebin | وما تفرقوا إلا من بعد ما جاءهم العلم بغيا بينهم ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك إلى أجل مسمى لقضي بينهم وإن الذين أورثوا الكتاب من بعدهم لفي شك منه مريب وَمَا تَفَرَّقُوا إِلَّا مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى لَّقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُورِثُوا الْكِتَابَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| تفرقوا - they became divided| إلا - until| من - after| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءهم - came to them| العلم - the knowledge| بغيا - (out of) rivalry,| بينهم - among them.| ولولا - And if not| كلمة - (for) a word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord| إلى - for| أجل - a term| مسمى - specified,| لقضي - surely, it (would have) been settled| بينهم - between them.| وإن - And indeed,| الذين - those who| أورثوا - were made to inherit| الكتاب - the Book| من - after them| بعدهم - after them| لفي - (are) surely in| شك - doubt| منه - concerning it -| مريب - disquieting.| | ||||||
