بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Wa-itha jaahum amrun minaal-amni awi alkhawfi athaAAoo bihi walaw raddoohu ilaalrrasooli wa-ila olee al-amri minhum laAAalimahuallatheena yastanbitoonahu minhum walawla fadluAllahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu laittabaAAtumualshshaytana illa qaleelan

وإذا جاءهم أمر من الأمن أو الخوف أذاعوا به ولو ردوه إلى الرسول وإلى أولي الأمر منهم لعلمه الذين يستنبطونه منهم ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته لاتبعتم الشيطان إلا قليلا
وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً

Words

ከጸጥታ ወይም ከፍርሃት አንዳች (ወሬ) በመጣላቸውም ጊዜ እርሱን ያጋንናሉ፡፡ ወደ መልክተኛውና ከእነርሱ ወደ ትዕዛዙ ባለቤቶች (ወደ ዐዋቂዎቹ) በመለሱት ኖሮ እነዚያ ከእነርሱ (ነገሩን) የሚያውጣጡት ባወቁት ነበር፡፡ በእናንተም ላይ የአላህ ችሮታና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ ኖሮ ከጥቂቶች በስተቀር ሰይጣንን በተከተላችሁ ነበር፡፡

آل الجلالين

{ وإذا جاءهم أمر } عن سرايا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ما حصل لهم { من الأمن } بالنصر { أو الخوف } الهزيمة { أذاعوا به } أفشَوه نزل في جماعة من المنافقين أو في ضعفاء المؤمنين كانوا يفعلون ذلك فتضعف قلوب المؤمنين ويتأذى النبي { ولو ردوه } أي الخبر { إلى الرسول وإلى أُولي الأمر منهم } أي الرأي من أكابر الصحابة أي لو سكتوا عنه حتى يخبروا به { لعَلِمَه } هل هو مما ينبغي أن يذاع أو لا { الذين يستنبطونه } يتبعونه ويطلبون علمه وهم المذيعون { منهم } من الرسول وأولي الأمر { ولولا فضل الله عليكم } بالإسلام { ورحمته } لكم بالقرآن { لاتبعتم الشيطان } فيما يأمركم به من الفواحش { إلا قليلا } .

মুহিউদ্দীন খান

আর যখন তাদের কছে পৌঁছে কোন সংবাদ শান্তি-সংক্রান্ত কিংবা ভয়ের, তখন তারা সেগুলোকে রটিয়ে দেয়। আর যদি সেগুলো পৌঁছে দিত রসূল পর্যন্ত কিংবা তাদের শাসকদের পর্যন্ত, তখন অনুসন্ধান করে দেখা যেত সেসব বিষয়, যা তাতে রয়েছে অনুসন্ধান করার মত। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও করুণা যদি তোমাদের উপর বিদ্যমান না থাকত তবে তোমাদের অল্প কতিপয় লোক ব্যতীত সবাই শয়তানের অনুসরণ করতে শুরু করত!

Literal

And if a matter/affair from the safety/security or the fear came to them, they spread/circulated with it, and if they returned it to the messenger and to (those) of the order/command from them; those who from them conclude/discover (understand) it would have known it (E), and where it not for God's grace/favour/blessing on you, and His mercy, you would have followed the devil, except a few (from you).

When there comes to them some matter touching (Public) safety or fear, they divulge it. If they had only referred it to the Messenger, or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have Tested it from them (direct). Were it not for the Grace and Mercy of Allah unto you, all but a few of you would have fallen into the clutches of Satan.

And if any tidings, whether of safety or fear, come unto them, they noise it abroad, whereas if they had referred it to the messenger and to such of them as are in authority, those among them who are able to think out the matter would have known it. If it had not been for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy ye would have followed Satan, save a few (of you).

When there comes to them a matter, be it of security or fear, they broadcast it; if they had referred it to the Messenger and to those in authority among them, those of them whose task it is to investigate would have known the matter. And but for the bounty of God to you, and His mercy, you would surely have followed Satan, except a few.

When they receive any news of peace or war, they announce it in public. Had they told it to the Messenger or to their (qualified) leaders, they could have used that information more properly. Were it not for the favor and mercy of God, all but a few of them would have followed Satan.

The Book of Allah provides easy and practical social guidance. There are people who spread rumors pertaining to safety or fear. Those who hear rumors shall refer the matter concerning public safety and threat, to the Messenger and the government officials. Those who are engaged in obtaining intelligence will indeed know what to do with it. Had it not been for the Bounty of Allah and His Mercy, most of you would still be following the Satanic elements.

اور جب ان کے پاس کوئی بات اطمینان یا ڈر کی آتی ہے اس کا چرچا کر بیٹھتے ہیں اور اگر اس میں رسول اور اپنے ذی اختیار لوگوں کی طرف رجوع لاتے تو ضرور اُن سے اُ س کی حقیقت جان لیتے یہ جو بعد میں کاوش کرتے ہیں اور اگر تم پر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت نہ ہوتی تو ضرور تم شیطان کے پیچھے لگ جاتے مگر تھوڑے

اور جب آتی ہے ان کے پاس کوئی بات، امن کی یا خوف کی تو نشر کردیتے ہیں اس کو حالانکہ اگر پہنچاتے اس کو رسول کے پاس یا اپنے صاحب اختیار لوگوں تک تو اس کی تحقیق کرتے وہ لوگ جو نتیجہ اخذ کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں ان میں سے اور اگر نہ ہوتا فضل اللہ کا تم پر اور حمت اس کی تو ضرور پیروی کرنے لگ جاتے تم شیطان کی، مگر تھوڑے۔

اور جب ان کے پاس امن یا خوف کی کوئی خبر پہنچتی ہے تو اس کو مشہور کردیتے ہیں اور اگر اس کو پیغمبر اور اپنے سرداروں کے پاس پہنچاتے تو تحقیق کرنے والے اس کی تحقیق کر لیتے اور اگر تم پر خدا کا فضل اور اس کی مہربانی نہ ہوتی تو چند اشخاص کے سوا سب شیطان کے پیرو ہوجاتے

یہ لوگ جہاں کوئی اطمینان بخش یا خوفناک خبر سن پاتے ہیں اُسے لے کر پھیلا دیتے ہیں، حالانکہ اگر یہ اُسے رسول اور اپنی جماعت کے ذمہ دار اصحاب تک پہنچائیں تو وہ ایسے لوگوں کے علم میں آ جائے جو اِن کے درمیان اس بات کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں کہ اس سے صحیح نتیجہ اخذ کرسکیں تم لوگوں پر اللہ کی مہربانی اور رحمت نہ ہوتی تو (تمہاری کمزوریاں ایسی تھیں کہ) معدودے چند کے سوا تم سب شیطان کے پیچھے لگ گئے ہوتے
