| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[11:91] | Qaloo ya shuAAaybu manafqahu katheeran mimma taqoolu wa-inna lanarakafeena daAAeefan walawla rahtukalarajamnaka wama anta AAalayna biAAazeezin
|  قالوا يا شعيب ما نفقه كثيرا مما تقول وإنا لنراك فينا ضعيفا ولولا رهطك لرجمناك وما أنت علينا بعزيز
قَالُواْ يَا شُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا وَلَوْلاَ رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَاكَ وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ |
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| يا - O| شعيب - "O Shuaib!| ما - Not| نفقه - we understand| كثيرا - much| مما - of what| تقول - you say,| وإنا - and indeed, we| لنراك - surely [we] see you| فينا - among us| ضعيفا - weak.| ولولا - And if not| رهطك - for your family| لرجمناك - surely we would have stoned you,| وما - and you are not| أنت - and you are not| علينا - against us| بعزيز - mighty."| |

| «ሹዐይብ ሆይ! ከምትለው ነገር ብዙውን አናውቀውም፡፡ እኛም አንተን በእኛ ውስጥ ደካማ ሆነህ እናይሃለን፡፡ ጎሳዎችህም ባልኖሩ ኖሮ በወገርንህ ነበር፤ አንተም በእኛ ላይ የተከበርክ አይደለህም» አሉት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قالوا } إيذانا بقلة المبالاة { يا شعيب ما نفقهُ } نفهم { كثيرا مما تقول وإنا لنراك فينا ضعيفا } ذليلا { ولولا رهطك } عشيرتك { لرجمناك } بالحجارة { وما أنت علينا بعزيز } كريم عن الرجم وإنما رهطك هم الأعزة . |
| Nnan: "a Cuâayeb, ur nefhim ara aîas n wayen id tenniv. Aql a$ nwala k d uôhif garane$. Lemmer maççi d alag ik, war ccekk, a k neôoem. Ur a$ tezmirev". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলল-হে শোয়ায়েব (আঃ) আপনি যা বলেছেন তার অনেক কথাই আমরা বুঝি নাই, আমারা তো আপনাকে আমাদের মধ্যে দূর্বল ব্যক্তি রূপে মনে করি। আপনার ভাই বন্ধুরা না থাকলে আমরা আপনাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করতাম। আমাদের দৃষ্টিতে আপনি কোন মর্যাদাবান ব্যক্তি নন। |
| Literal | They said: "You Shu'aib, we do not understand/know much (from) what you say, and that we, we see/understand you (E) (are) in us weak, and where it not for your tribe/group, we would have stoned you, and you are not with a dear on us." |
| Yusuf Ali | They said: "O Shu'aib! much of what thou sayest we do not understand! In fact among us we see that thou hast no strength! Were it not for thy family, we should certainly have stoned thee! for thou hast among us no great position!" |
