| 1 [2:266] | Ayawaddu ahadukum an takoona lahujannatun min nakheelin waaAAnabin tajree min tahtihaal-anharu lahu feeha min kulli alththamaratiwaasabahu alkibaru walahu thurriyyatun duAAafaofaasabaha iAAsarun feehi narun faihtaraqatkathalika yubayyinu Allahu lakumu al-ayatilaAAallakum tatafakkaroona |  أيود أحدكم أن تكون له جنة من نخيل وأعناب تجري من تحتها الأنهار له فيها من كل الثمرات وأصابه الكبر وله ذرية ضعفاء فأصابها إعصار فيه نار فاحترقت كذلك يبين الله لكم الآيات لعلكم تتفكرونأَيَوَدُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَن تَكُونَ لَهُ جَنَّةٌ مِّن نَّخِيلٍ وَأَعْنَابٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ لَهُ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ وَأَصَابَهُ الْكِبَرُ وَلَهُ ذُرِّيَّةٌ ضُعَفَاءُ فَأَصَابَهَا إِعْصَارٌ فِيهِ نَارٌ فَاحْتَرَقَتْ كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَفَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أيود - Would like| أحدكم - any of you| أن - that| تكون - it be| له - for him| جنة - a garden,| من - of| نخيل - date-palms| وأعناب - and grapevines| تجري - flowing| من - [from]| تحتها - underneath it| الأنهار - the rivers,| له - for him| فيها - in it| من - of| كل - all (kinds)| الثمرات - (of) [the] fruits,| وأصابه - and strikes him| الكبر - [the] old age| وله - and [for] his| ذرية - children| ضعفاء - (are) weak| فأصابها - then falls on it| إعصار - whirlwind,| فيه - in it| نار - (is) fire| فاحترقت - then it is burnt.| كذلك - Thus| يبين - makes clear| الله - Allah| لكم - for you| الآيات - (His) Signs| لعلكم - so that you may| تتفكرون - ponder.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:83] | Afaghayra deeni Allahi yabghoonawalahu aslama man fee alssamawati waal-arditawAAan wakarhan wa-ilayhi yurjaAAoona | أفغير دين الله يبغون وله أسلم من في السماوات والأرض طوعا وكرها وإليه يرجعون أَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ اللّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفغير - So is (it) other than| دين - (the) religion| الله - (of) Allah| يبغون - they seek?| وله - While to Him| أسلم - (have) submitted| من - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| طوعا - willingly| وكرها - or unwillingly,| وإليه - and towards Him| يرجعون - they will be returned.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:12] | Walakum nisfu ma taraka azwajukumin lam yakun lahunna waladun fa-in kana lahunna waladunfalakumu alrrubuAAu mimma tarakna min baAAdi wasiyyatinyooseena biha aw daynin walahunna alrrubuAAumimma taraktum in lam yakun lakum waladun fa-in kanalakum waladun falahunna alththumunu mimma taraktummin baAAdi wasiyyatin toosoona biha awdaynin wa-in kana rajulun yoorathu kalalatan awiimraatun walahu akhun aw okhtun falikulli wahidin minhumaalssudusu fa-in kanoo akthara min thalikafahum shurakao fee alththuluthi min baAAdi wasiyyatinyoosa biha aw daynin ghayra mudarrin wasiyyatanmina Allahi waAllahu AAaleemun haleemun | ولكم نصف ما ترك أزواجكم إن لم يكن لهن ولد فإن كان لهن ولد فلكم الربع مما تركن من بعد وصية يوصين بها أو دين ولهن الربع مما تركتم إن لم يكن لكم ولد فإن كان لكم ولد فلهن الثمن مما تركتم من بعد وصية توصون بها أو دين وإن كان رجل يورث كلالة أو امرأة وله أخ أو أخت فلكل واحد منهما السدس فإن كانوا أكثر من ذلك فهم شركاء في الثلث من بعد وصية يوصى بها أو دين غير مضار وصية من الله والله عليم حليم وَلَكُمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَاجُكُمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَلَكُمُ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْنَ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِينَ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ وَلَهُنَّ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَلَهُنَّ الثُّمُنُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ تُوصُونَ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ وَإِن كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلاَلَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ فَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ فَإِن كَانُواْ أَكْثَرَ مِن ذَلِكَ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِي الثُّلُثِ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَى بِهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٍ غَيْرَ مُضَآرٍّ وَصِيَّةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولكم - And for you| نصف - (is) half| ما - (of) what| ترك - (is) left| أزواجكم - by your wives| إن - if| لم - not| يكن - is| لهن - for them| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| كان - is| لهن - for them| ولد - a child,| فلكم - then for you| الربع - (is) the fourth| مما - of what| تركن - they left,| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| يوصين - they have made| بها - [for which]| أو - or| دين - any debt.| ولهن - And for them| الربع - (is) the fourth| مما - of what| تركتم - you left,| إن - if| لم - not| يكن - is| لكم - for you| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| كان - is| لكم - for you| ولد - a child,| فلهن - then for them| الثمن - (is) the eighth| مما - of what| تركتم - you left| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| توصون - you have made| بها - [for which]| أو - or| دين - any debt.| وإن - And if| كان - [is]| رجل - a man| يورث - (whose wealth) is to be inherited| كلالة - (has) no parent or child| أو - or| امرأة - a women| وله - and for him| أخ - (is) a brother| أو - or| أخت - a sister,| فلكل - then for each| واحد - one| منهما - of (the) two| السدس - (is) the sixth.| فإن - But if| كانوا - they are| أكثر - more| من - than| ذلك - that,| فهم - then they| شركاء - (are) partners| في - in| الثلث - the third,| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| يوصى - was made| بها - [for which]| أو - or| دين - any debt| غير - without| مضار - (being) harmful.| وصية - An ordinance| من - from| الله - Allah.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knowing,| حليم - All-Forbearing.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:14] | Waman yaAAsi Allahawarasoolahu wayataAAadda hudoodahu yudkhilhu narankhalidan feeha walahu AAathabun muheenun | ومن يعص الله ورسوله ويتعد حدوده يدخله نارا خالدا فيها وله عذاب مهين وَمَن يَعْصِ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ نَارًا خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَلَهُ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يعص - disobeys| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| ويتعد - and transgresses| حدوده - His limits -| يدخله - He will admit him| نارا - (to) Fire| خالدا - (will) abide forever| فيها - in it.| وله - And for him| عذاب - (is) a punishment| مهين - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 5 [4:176] | Yastaftoonaka quli Allahu yufteekumfee alkalalati ini imruon halaka laysa lahu waladun walahuokhtun falaha nisfu ma taraka wahuwayarithuha in lam yakun laha waladun fa-in kanataithnatayni falahuma alththuluthani mimmataraka wa-in kanoo ikhwatan rijalan wanisaanfalilththakari mithlu haththialonthayayni yubayyinu Allahu lakum an tadilloo waAllahubikulli shay-in AAaleemun | يستفتونك قل الله يفتيكم في الكلالة إن امرؤ هلك ليس له ولد وله أخت فلها نصف ما ترك وهو يرثها إن لم يكن لها ولد فإن كانتا اثنتين فلهما الثلثان مما ترك وإن كانوا إخوة رجالا ونساء فللذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين يبين الله لكم أن تضلوا والله بكل شيء عليم يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلاَلَةِ إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَآ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانُواْ إِخْوَةً رِّجَالاً وَنِسَاءً فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنثَيَيْنِ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمْ أَن تَضِلُّواْ وَاللّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يستفتونك - They seek your ruling.| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| يفتيكم - gives you a ruling| في - concerning| الكلالة - the Kalala| إن - if| امرؤ - a man| هلك - died| ليس - (and) not| له - he has| ولد - a child| وله - and he has| أخت - a sister,| فلها - then for her| نصف - (is) a half| ما - (of) what| ترك - he left.| وهو - And he| يرثها - will inherit from her| إن - if| لم - not| يكن - is| لها - for her| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| كانتا - there were| اثنتين - two females| فلهما - then for them| الثلثان - two thirds| مما - of what| ترك - he left.| وإن - But if| كانوا - they were| إخوة - brothers and sisters| رجالا - men| ونساء - and women,| فللذكر - then the male will have| مثل - like| حظ - share| الأنثيين - (of) the two females.| يبين - makes clear| الله - Allah| لكم - to you| أن - lest| تضلوا - you go astray.| والله - And Allah| بكل - of every| شيء - thing| عليم - (is) All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 6 [6:13] | Walahu ma sakana fee allayli waalnnahariwahuwa alssameeAAu alAAaleemu | وله ما سكن في الليل والنهار وهو السميع العليم وَلَهُ مَا سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |وله - And for Him| ما - (is) whatever| سكن - dwells| في - in| الليل - the night| والنهار - and the day,| وهو - and He| السميع - (is) All-Hearing,| العليم - All-Knowing.| | ||||||
| 7 [6:73] | Wahuwa allathee khalaqa alssamawatiwaal-arda bialhaqqi wayawma yaqoolukun fayakoonu qawluhu alhaqqu walahu almulku yawmayunfakhu fee alssoori AAalimu alghaybi waalshshahadatiwahuwa alhakeemu alkhabeeru | وهو الذي خلق السماوات والأرض بالحق ويوم يقول كن فيكون قوله الحق وله الملك يوم ينفخ في الصور عالم الغيب والشهادة وهو الحكيم الخبير وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ وَيَوْمَ يَقُولُ كُن فَيَكُونُ قَوْلُهُ الْحَقُّ وَلَهُ الْمُلْكُ يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِي الصُّورِ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And (it is) He| الذي - Who| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| بالحق - in truth.| ويوم - And (the) Day| يقول - He says,| كن - "Be"| فيكون - and it is,| قوله - His word| الحق - (is) the truth.| وله - And for Him| الملك - (is) the Dominion| يوم - (on the) Day| ينفخ - will be blown| في - in| الصور - the trumpet.| عالم - (He is) All-Knower| الغيب - (of) the unseen| والشهادة - and the seen.| وهو - And He| الحكيم - (is) the All-Wise,| الخبير - the All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 8 [7:206] | Inna allatheena AAinda rabbika layastakbiroona AAan AAibadatihi wayusabbihoonahuwalahu yasjudoona | إن الذين عند ربك لا يستكبرون عن عبادته ويسبحونه وله يسجدون إِنَّ الَّذِينَ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لاَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِ وَيُسَبِّحُونَهُ وَلَهُ يَسْجُدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| عند - (are) near| ربك - your Lord,| لا - not| يستكبرون - (do) they turn away in pride| عن - from| عبادته - His worship.| ويسبحونه - And they glorify Him| وله - and to Him| يسجدون - they prostrate.| | ||||||
| 9 [16:52] | Walahu ma fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi walahu alddeenu wasibanafaghayra Allahi tattaqoona | وله ما في السماوات والأرض وله الدين واصبا أفغير الله تتقون وَلَهُ مَا فِي الْسَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَهُ الدِّينُ وَاصِبًا أَفَغَيْرَ اللّهِ تَتَّقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وله - And to Him (belongs)| ما - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| وله - and to Him| الدين - (is due) the worship| واصبا - constantly.| أفغير - Then is it other (than)| الله - Allah| تتقون - you fear?| | ||||||
| 10 [21:19] | Walahu man fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi waman AAindahu la yastakbiroonaAAan AAibadatihi wala yastahsiroona | وله من في السماوات والأرض ومن عنده لا يستكبرون عن عبادته ولا يستحسرون وَلَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَنْ عِندَهُ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِ وَلَا يَسْتَحْسِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وله - And to Him (belongs)| من - whoever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| ومن - And (those) who| عنده - (are) near Him| لا - not| يستكبرون - they are arrogant| عن - to| عبادته - worship Him| ولا - and not| يستحسرون - they tire.| | ||||||
| 11 [23:80] | Wahuwa allathee yuhyeewayumeetu walahu ikhtilafu allayli waalnnahariafala taAAqiloona | وهو الذي يحيي ويميت وله اختلاف الليل والنهار أفلا تعقلون وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَلَهُ اخْتِلَافُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| يحيي - gives life| ويميت - and causes death| وله - and for Him| اختلاف - (is the) alternation| الليل - (of) the night| والنهار - and the day.| أفلا - Then will not| تعقلون - you reason?| | ||||||
| 12 [27:91] | Innama omirtu an aAAbuda rabba hathihialbaldati allathee harramaha walahu kullushay-in waomirtu an akoona mina almuslimeena | إنما أمرت أن أعبد رب هذه البلدة الذي حرمها وله كل شيء وأمرت أن أكون من المسلمين إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - "Only| أمرت - I am commanded| أن - that| أعبد - I worship| رب - (the) Lord| هذه - (of) this| البلدة - city,| الذي - the One Who| حرمها - made it sacred| وله - and to Him (belongs)| كل - all| شيء - things.| وأمرت - And I am commanded| أن - that| أكون - I be| من - of| المسلمين - the Muslims| | ||||||
| 13 [28:70] | Wahuwa Allahu la ilahailla huwa lahu alhamdu fee al-oola waal-akhiratiwalahu alhukmu wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | وهو الله لا إله إلا هو له الحمد في الأولى والآخرة وله الحكم وإليه ترجعون وَهُوَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْأُولَى وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||

| 14 [30:18] | Walahu alhamdu fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi waAAashiyyan waheena tuthhiroona | وله الحمد في السماوات والأرض وعشيا وحين تظهرون وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وله - And for Him| الحمد - (are) all praises| في - in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| وعشيا - and (at) night| وحين - and when| تظهرون - you are at noon.| | ||||||
| 15 [30:26] | Walahu man fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi kullun lahu qanitoona | وله من في السماوات والأرض كل له قانتون وَلَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَانِتُونَ | |||||

| 16 [30:27] | Wahuwa allathee yabdao alkhalqathumma yuAAeeduhu wahuwa ahwanu AAalayhi walahu almathalu al-aAAlafee alssamawati waal-ardiwahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu | وهو الذي يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده وهو أهون عليه وله المثل الأعلى في السماوات والأرض وهو العزيز الحكيم وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَى فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ | |||||

| 17 [34:1] | Alhamdu lillahi allatheelahu ma fee alssamawati wamafee al-ardi walahu alhamdu fee al-akhiratiwahuwa alhakeemu alkhabeeru | الحمد لله الذي له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وله الحمد في الآخرة وهو الحكيم الخبير الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ | |||||
