| 1 [2:89] | Walamma jaahum kitabunmin AAindi Allahi musaddiqun lima maAAahumwakanoo min qablu yastaftihoona AAala allatheenakafaroo falamma jaahum ma AAarafoo kafaroobihi falaAAnatu Allahi AAala alkafireena |  ولما جاءهم كتاب من عند الله مصدق لما معهم وكانوا من قبل يستفتحون على الذين كفروا فلما جاءهم ما عرفوا كفروا به فلعنة الله على الكافرينوَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ كِتَابٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اللّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ مِن قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ مَّا عَرَفُواْ كَفَرُواْ بِهِ فَلَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| جاءهم - came to them| كتاب - a Book| من - of| عند - from| الله - Allah| مصدق - confirming| لما - what (was)| معهم - with them,| وكانوا - though they used to| من - from| قبل - before| يستفتحون - (that), pray for victory| على - over| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved -| فلما - then when| جاءهم - came to them| ما - what| عرفوا - they recognized,| كفروا - they disbelieved| به - in it.| فلعنة - So (the) curse| الله - (of) Allah| على - (is) on| الكافرين - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:101] | Walamma jaahum rasoolun minAAindi Allahi musaddiqun lima maAAahum nabathafareequn mina allatheena ootoo alkitaba kitabaAllahi waraa thuhoorihim kaannahum layaAAlamoona | ولما جاءهم رسول من عند الله مصدق لما معهم نبذ فريق من الذين أوتوا الكتاب كتاب الله وراء ظهورهم كأنهم لا يعلمون وَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اللّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ نَبَذَ فَرِيقٌ مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ كِتَابَ اللّهِ وَرَاءَ ظُهُورِهِمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| جاءهم - came to them| رسول - a Messenger| من - (of)| عند - from| الله - Allah| مصدق - confirming| لما - what| معهم - (was) with them,| نبذ - threw away| فريق - a party| من - of| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| كتاب - (the) Book| الله - (of) Allah| وراء - behind| ظهورهم - their backs| كأنهم - as if they| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:19] | Inna alddeena AAinda Allahial-islamu wama ikhtalafa allatheena ootooalkitaba illa min baAAdi ma jaahumualAAilmu baghyan baynahum waman yakfur bi-ayati Allahifa-inna Allaha sareeAAu alhisabi | إن الدين عند الله الإسلام وما اختلف الذين أوتوا الكتاب إلا من بعد ما جاءهم العلم بغيا بينهم ومن يكفر بآيات الله فإن الله سريع الحساب إِنَّ الدِّينَ عِندَ اللّهِ الْإِسْلاَمُ وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ الَّذِينَ أُوْتُواْ الْكِتَابَ إِلاَّ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ فَإِنَّ اللّهِ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الدين - the religion| عند - near| الله - Allah| الإسلام - (is) Islam.| وما - And not| اختلف - differed| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| إلا - except| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءهم - came to them| العلم - [the] knowledge| بغيا - out of envy| بينهم - among them.| ومن - And whoever| يكفر - disbelieves| بآيات - in (the) Verses| الله - (of) Allah,| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| سريع - (is) swift| الحساب - (in taking) account.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:105] | Wala takoonoo kaallatheenatafarraqoo waikhtalafoo min baAAdi ma jaahumualbayyinatu waola-ika lahum AAathabun AAatheemun | ولا تكونوا كالذين تفرقوا واختلفوا من بعد ما جاءهم البينات وأولئك لهم عذاب عظيم وَلاَ تَكُونُواْ كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاخْتَلَفُواْ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَأُوْلَـئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تكونوا - be| كالذين - like those who| تفرقوا - became divided| واختلفوا - and differed| من - from| بعد - after| ما - what| جاءهم - came to them -| البينات - the clear proofs.| وأولئك - And those| لهم - for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 5 [4:83] | Wa-itha jaahum amrun minaal-amni awi alkhawfi athaAAoo bihi walaw raddoohu ilaalrrasooli wa-ila olee al-amri minhum laAAalimahuallatheena yastanbitoonahu minhum walawla fadluAllahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu laittabaAAtumualshshaytana illa qaleelan | وإذا جاءهم أمر من الأمن أو الخوف أذاعوا به ولو ردوه إلى الرسول وإلى أولي الأمر منهم لعلمه الذين يستنبطونه منهم ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته لاتبعتم الشيطان إلا قليلا وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءهم - comes to them| أمر - a matter| من - of| الأمن - the security| أو - or| الخوف - [the] fear| أذاعوا - they spread| به - [with] it.| ولو - But if| ردوه - they (had) referred it| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger| وإلى - and to| أولي - those| الأمر - (having) authority| منهم - among them,| لعلمه - surely would have known it| الذين - those who| يستنبطونه - draw correct conclusion (from) it| منهم - among them.| ولولا - And if not| فضل - (had been the) bounty| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - on you| ورحمته - and His Mercy,| لاتبعتم - surely you (would have) followed| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| إلا - except| قليلا - a few.| | ||||||
| 6 [5:70] | Laqad akhathna meethaqabanee isra-eela waarsalna ilayhim rusulan kullamajaahum rasoolun bima la tahwaanfusuhum fareeqan kaththaboo wafareeqan yaqtuloona | لقد أخذنا ميثاق بني إسرائيل وأرسلنا إليهم رسلا كلما جاءهم رسول بما لا تهوى أنفسهم فريقا كذبوا وفريقا يقتلون لَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَأَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ رُسُلاً كُلَّمَا جَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ بِمَا لاَ تَهْوَى أَنْفُسُهُمْ فَرِيقًا كَذَّبُواْ وَفَرِيقًا يَقْتُلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Certainly| أخذنا - We took| ميثاق - a Covenant| بني - (from the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| وأرسلنا - and We sent| إليهم - to them| رسلا - Messengers.| كلما - Whenever| جاءهم - came to them| رسول - any Messenger| بما - with what| لا - not| تهوى - desired| أنفسهم - their souls,| فريقا - a group| كذبوا - they denied| وفريقا - and a group| يقتلون - they kill.| | ||||||
| 7 [6:5] | Faqad kaththaboo bialhaqqilamma jaahum fasawfa ya/teehim anbao makanoo bihi yastahzi-oona | فقد كذبوا بالحق لما جاءهم فسوف يأتيهم أنباء ما كانوا به يستهزئون فَقَدْ كَذَّبُواْ بِالْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِيهِمْ أَنبَاءُ مَا كَانُواْ بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِؤُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فقد - Then indeed,| كذبوا - they denied| بالحق - the truth| لما - when| جاءهم - it came to them,| فسوف - but soon| يأتيهم - will come to them| أنباء - news| ما - (of) what| كانوا - they used to| به - [at it]| يستهزئون - mock.| | ||||||
| 8 [6:43] | Falawla ith jaahumba/suna tadarraAAoo walakin qasat quloobuhumwazayyana lahumu alshshaytanu ma kanooyaAAmaloona | فلولا إذ جاءهم بأسنا تضرعوا ولكن قست قلوبهم وزين لهم الشيطان ما كانوا يعملون فَلَوْلاَ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا تَضَرَّعُواْ وَلَـكِن قَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلولا - Then why not| إذ - when| جاءهم - came to them| بأسنا - Our punishment,| تضرعوا - they humbled themselves?| ولكن - But| قست - became hardened| قلوبهم - their hearts| وزين - and made fair-seeming| لهم - to them| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| ما - what| كانوا - they used to| يعملون - do.| | ||||||
| 9 [7:5] | Fama kana daAAwahum ithjaahum ba/suna illa an qaloo innakunna thalimeena | فما كان دعواهم إذ جاءهم بأسنا إلا أن قالوا إنا كنا ظالمين فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَاهُمْ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فما - Then not| كان - was| دعواهم - their plea| إذ - when| جاءهم - came to them| بأسنا - Our punishment| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| إنا - "Indeed, we| كنا - were| ظالمين - wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 10 [10:76] | Falamma jaahumu alhaqqumin AAindina qaloo inna hatha lasihrunmubeenun | فلما جاءهم الحق من عندنا قالوا إن هذا لسحر مبين فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ عِندِنَا قَالُواْ إِنَّ هَـذَا لَسِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| جاءهم - came to them| الحق - the truth| من - from Us,| عندنا - from Us,| قالوا - they said,| إن - "Indeed| هذا - this| لسحر - (is) surely, a magic| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 11 [10:93] | Walaqad bawwa/na banee isra-eelamubawwaa sidqin warazaqnahum mina alttayyibatifama ikhtalafoo hatta jaahumualAAilmu inna rabbaka yaqdee baynahum yawma alqiyamatifeema kanoo feehi yakhtalifoona | ولقد بوأنا بني إسرائيل مبوأ صدق ورزقناهم من الطيبات فما اختلفوا حتى جاءهم العلم إن ربك يقضي بينهم يوم القيامة فيما كانوا فيه يختلفون وَلَقَدْ بَوَّأْنَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مُبَوَّأَ صِدْقٍ وَرَزَقْنَاهُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ فَمَا اخْتَلَفُواْ حَتَّى جَاءَهُمُ الْعِلْمُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily,| بوأنا - We settled| بني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| مبوأ - (in) a settlement| صدق - honorable,| ورزقناهم - and We provided them| من - with| الطيبات - the good things,| فما - and not| اختلفوا - they differ| حتى - until| جاءهم - came to them| العلم - the knowledge.| إن - Indeed,| ربك - your Lord| يقضي - will judge| بينهم - between them| يوم - (on) the Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection,| فيما - concerning what| كانوا - they used (to)| فيه - [in it]| يختلفون - differ.| | ||||||
| 12 [12:110] | Hatta itha istay-asa alrrusuluwathannoo annahum qad kuthiboo jaahumnasruna fanujjiya man nashao walayuraddu ba/suna AAani alqawmi almujrimeena | حتى إذا استيأس الرسل وظنوا أنهم قد كذبوا جاءهم نصرنا فنجي من نشاء ولا يرد بأسنا عن القوم المجرمين حَتَّى إِذَا اسْتَيْأَسَ الرُّسُلُ وَظَنُّواْ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كُذِبُواْ جَاءَهُمْ نَصْرُنَا فَنُجِّيَ مَن نَّشَاءُ وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُنَا عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |حتى - Until| إذا - when| استيأس - gave up hope| الرسل - the Messengers,| وظنوا - and thought| أنهم - that they| قد - certainly| كذبوا - were denied,| جاءهم - then came to them| نصرنا - Our help,| فنجي - and was saved| من - whom| نشاء - We willed.| ولا - And not| يرد - (can) be repelled| بأسنا - Our punishment| عن - from| القوم - the people| المجرمين - (who are) criminals.| | ||||||
| 13 [16:113] | Walaqad jaahum rasoolun minhum fakaththaboohufaakhathahumu alAAathabu wahum thalimoona | ولقد جاءهم رسول منهم فكذبوه فأخذهم العذاب وهم ظالمون وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| جاءهم - came to them| رسول - a Messenger| منهم - from among them| فكذبوه - but they denied him;| فأخذهم - so seized them| العذاب - the punishment| وهم - while they| ظالمون - (were) wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 14 [17:94] | Wama manaAAa alnnasa anyu/minoo ith jaahumu alhuda illa an qalooabaAAatha Allahu basharan rasoolan | وما منع الناس أن يؤمنوا إذ جاءهم الهدى إلا أن قالوا أبعث الله بشرا رسولا وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ إِذْ جَاءَهُمُ الْهُدَى إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ أَبَعَثَ اللّهُ بَشَرًا رَّسُولاً | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| منع - prevented| الناس - the people| أن - that| يؤمنوا - they believe| إذ - when| جاءهم - came to them| الهدى - the guidance| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| أبعث - "Has Allah sent| الله - "Has Allah sent| بشرا - a human| رسولا - Messenger?"| | ||||||
| 15 [17:101] | Walaqad atayna moosatisAAa ayatin bayyinatin fais-albanee isra-eela ith jaahum faqalalahu firAAawnu innee laathunnuka ya moosamashooran | ولقد آتينا موسى تسع آيات بينات فاسأل بني إسرائيل إذ جاءهم فقال له فرعون إني لأظنك يا موسى مسحورا وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى تِسْعَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ فَاسْأَلْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهُ فِرْعَونُ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ يَا مُوسَى مَسْحُورًا | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| آتينا - We had given| موسى - Musa| تسع - nine| آيات - Signs| بينات - clear,| فاسأل - so ask| بني - (the) Children of Israel| إسرائيل - (the) Children of Israel| إذ - when| جاءهم - he came to them,| فقال - then said| له - to him| فرعون - Firaun,| إني - "Indeed, I| لأظنك - [I] think you -| يا - O| موسى - O Musa!| مسحورا - (you are) bewitched."| | ||||||
| 16 [18:55] | Wama manaAAa alnnasa anyu/minoo ith jaahumu alhuda wayastaghfiroorabbahum illa an ta/tiyahum sunnatu al-awwaleena awya/tiyahumu alAAathabu qubulan | وما منع الناس أن يؤمنوا إذ جاءهم الهدى ويستغفروا ربهم إلا أن تأتيهم سنة الأولين أو يأتيهم العذاب قبلا وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا إِذْ جَاءَهُمُ الْهُدَى وَيَسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّهُمْ إِلاَّ أَن تَأْتِيَهُمْ سُنَّةُ الْأَوَّلِينَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ قُبُلاً | |||||
| Words | |وما - And nothing| منع - prevents| الناس - men| أن - that| يؤمنوا - they believe| إذ - when| جاءهم - has come to them| الهدى - the guidance| ويستغفروا - and they ask forgiveness| ربهم - (of) their Lord,| إلا - except| أن - that| تأتيهم - comes to them| سنة - (the) way| الأولين - (of) the former (people)| أو - or| يأتيهم - comes to them| العذاب - the punishment| قبلا - before (them)?| | ||||||
| 17 [23:68] | Afalam yaddabbaroo alqawla am jaahumma lam ya/ti abaahumu al-awwaleena | أفلم يدبروا القول أم جاءهم ما لم يأت آباءهم الأولين أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا الْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَاءَهُم مَّا لَمْ يَأْتِ آبَاءَهُمُ الْأَوَّلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |أفلم - Then, do not| يدبروا - they ponder| القول - the Word| أم - or| جاءهم - has come to them| ما - what| لم - not| يأت - (had) come| آباءهم - (to) their forefathers?| الأولين - (to) their forefathers?| | ||||||
| 18 [23:70] | Am yaqooloona bihi jinnatun bal jaahumbialhaqqi waaktharuhum lilhaqqi karihoona | أم يقولون به جنة بل جاءهم بالحق وأكثرهم للحق كارهون أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِ جِنَّةٌ بَلْ جَاءَهُم بِالْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أم - Or| يقولون - they say,| به - "In him| جنة - (is) madness?"| بل - Nay,| جاءهم - he brought them| بالحق - the truth,| وأكثرهم - but most of them| للحق - to the truth,| كارهون - (are) averse.| | ||||||
| 19 [26:206] | Thumma jaahum ma kanooyooAAadoona | ثم جاءهم ما كانوا يوعدون ثُمَّ جَاءَهُم مَّا كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ | |||||

| 20 [28:36] | Falamma jaahum moosabi-ayatina bayyinatin qaloo mahatha illa sihrun muftaran wamasamiAAna bihatha fee aba-inaal-awwaleena | فلما جاءهم موسى بآياتنا بينات قالوا ما هذا إلا سحر مفترى وما سمعنا بهذا في آبائنا الأولين فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُم مُّوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالُوا مَا هَذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّفْتَرًى وَمَا سَمِعْنَا بِهَذَا فِي آبَائِنَا الْأَوَّلِينَ | |||||
