[2:89] | Walamma jaahum kitabunmin AAindi Allahi musaddiqun lima maAAahumwakanoo min qablu yastaftihoona AAala allatheenakafaroo falamma jaahum ma AAarafoo kafaroobihi falaAAnatu Allahi AAala alkafireena
|  ولما جاءهم كتاب من عند الله مصدق لما معهم وكانوا من قبل يستفتحون على الذين كفروا فلما جاءهم ما عرفوا كفروا به فلعنة الله على الكافرين
وَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ كِتَابٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اللّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ مِن قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ مَّا عَرَفُواْ كَفَرُواْ بِهِ فَلَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ |
| Words | |ولما - And when| جاءهم - came to them| كتاب - a Book| من - of| عند - from| الله - Allah| مصدق - confirming| لما - what (was)| معهم - with them,| وكانوا - though they used to| من - from| قبل - before| يستفتحون - (that), pray for victory| على - over| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved -| فلما - then when| جاءهم - came to them| ما - what| عرفوا - they recognized,| كفروا - they disbelieved| به - in it.| فلعنة - So (the) curse| الله - (of) Allah| على - (is) on| الكافرين - the disbelievers.| |

| ከነሱም ጋር ያለውን (መጽሐፍ) አረጋጋጭ የኾነ መጽሐፍ ከአላህ ዘንድ በመጣላቸው ጊዜ (ከመምጣቱ) በፊት በነዚያ በካዱት ላይ ይረዱበት የነበሩ ሲኾኑ ያወቁት ነገር በመጣላቸው ጊዜ በርሱ ካዱ፡፡ የአላህም ርግማን በከሓዲዎች ላይ ይኹን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولما جاءهم كتاب من عند الله مصدق لما معهم } من التوراة: هو القرآن { وكانوا من قبل } قبل مجيئه { يستفتحون } يستنصرون { على الذين كفروا } يقولون اللهم انصرنا عليهم بالنبي المبعوث آخر الزمان { فلما جاءهم ما عرفوا } من الحق وهو بعثة النبي { كفروا به } جحداً وخوفاً على الرياسة وجوابُ لما الأولى دل عليه جواب الثانية { فلعنة الله على الكافرين } . |
| Mi ten id tusa Tezmamt, s$uô Öebbi, d atebbet n wayen illan $uôsen, - u llan, iu$ lêal, ssuturen ad $elben wid ijehlen - mi ten id iusa wayen ssnen, ugin t. Ad Inâal Öebbi ijehliyen! |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন তাদের কাছে আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে কিতাব এসে পৌঁছাল, যা সে বিষয়ের সত্যায়ন করে, যা তাদের কাছে রয়েছে এবং তারা পূর্বে করত। অবশেষে যখন তাদের কাছে পৌঁছল যাকে তারা চিনে রেখেছিল, তখন তারা তা অস্বীকার করে বসল। অতএব, অস্বীকারকারীদের উপর আল্লাহর অভিসম্পাত। |
| Literal | And when a Book came to them from at God, confirming to what (is) with them and they were from before judging/asking on those who disbelieved, so when what they knew came to them, they disbelieved with it, so God's curse/torture (is) on the disbelievers. |
| Yusuf Ali | And when there comes to them a Book from Allah, confirming what is with them,- although from of old they had prayed for victory against those without Faith,- when there comes to them that which they (should) have recognised, they refuse to believe in it but the curse of Allah is on those without Faith. |
