| 1 [2:138] | Sibghata Allahi waman ahsanumina Allahi sibghatan wanahnu lahu AAabidoona |  صبغة الله ومن أحسن من الله صبغة ونحن له عابدونصِبْغَةَ اللّهِ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ صِبْغَةً وَنَحْنُ لَهُ عَابِدُونَ | |||||

| 2 [4:125] | Waman ahsanu deenan mimman aslamawajhahu lillahi wahuwa muhsinun waittabaAAamillata ibraheema haneefan waittakhathaAllahu ibraheema khaleelan | ومن أحسن دينا ممن أسلم وجهه لله وهو محسن واتبع ملة إبراهيم حنيفا واتخذ الله إبراهيم خليلا وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ دِينًا مِّمَّنْ أَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُ لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ واتَّبَعَ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا وَاتَّخَذَ اللّهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلاً | |||||

| 3 [5:50] | Afahukma aljahiliyyatiyabghoona waman ahsanu mina Allahu hukmanliqawmin yooqinoona | أفحكم الجاهلية يبغون ومن أحسن من الله حكما لقوم يوقنون أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ | |||||

| 4 [6:152] | Wala taqraboo mala alyateemiilla biallatee hiya ahsanu hattayablugha ashuddahu waawfoo alkayla waalmeezana bialqistila nukallifu nafsan illa wusAAaha wa-ithaqultum faiAAdiloo walaw kana tha qurbawabiAAahdi Allahi awfoo thalikum wassakumbihi laAAallakum tathakkaroona | ولا تقربوا مال اليتيم إلا بالتي هي أحسن حتى يبلغ أشده وأوفوا الكيل والميزان بالقسط لا نكلف نفسا إلا وسعها وإذا قلتم فاعدلوا ولو كان ذا قربى وبعهد الله أوفوا ذلكم وصاكم به لعلكم تذكرون وَلاَ تَقْرَبُواْ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلاَّ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ بِالْقِسْطِ لاَ نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا وَإِذَا قُلْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُواْ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى وَبِعَهْدِ اللّهِ أَوْفُواْ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تقربوا - go near| مال - wealth| اليتيم - (of) the orphans| إلا - except| بالتي - with that| هي - which| أحسن - (is) best| حتى - until| يبلغ - he reaches| أشده - his maturity.| وأوفوا - And give full| الكيل - [the] measure| والميزان - and the weight| بالقسط - with justice.| لا - Not| نكلف - We burden| نفسا - any soul| إلا - except| وسعها - (to) its capacity.| وإذا - And when| قلتم - you speak| فاعدلوا - then be just| ولو - even if| كان - he is| ذا - (one of).| قربى - a near relative.| وبعهد - And (the) Covenant| الله - (of) Allah| أوفوا - fulfil.| ذلكم - That| وصاكم - (He) has enjoined on you| به - with it| لعلكم - so that you may| تذكرون - remember.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:154] | Thumma atayna moosaalkitaba tamaman AAala allathee ahsanawatafseelan likulli shay-in wahudan warahmatanlaAAallahum biliqa-i rabbihim yu/minoona | ثم آتينا موسى الكتاب تماما على الذي أحسن وتفصيلا لكل شيء وهدى ورحمة لعلهم بلقاء ربهم يؤمنون ثُمَّ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ تَمَامًا عَلَى الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ وَتَفْصِيلاً لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Moreover| آتينا - We gave| موسى - Musa| الكتاب - the Book,| تماما - completing (Our Favor)| على - on| الذي - the one who| أحسن - did good| وتفصيلا - and an explanation| لكل - of every| شيء - thing,| وهدى - and a guidance| ورحمة - and mercy,| لعلهم - so that they may| بلقاء - in (the) meeting| ربهم - (with) their Lord| يؤمنون - believe.| | ||||||
| 6 [9:121] | Wala yunfiqoona nafaqatan sagheeratanwala kabeeratan wala yaqtaAAoona wadiyanilla kutiba lahum liyajziyahumu Allahu ahsanama kanoo yaAAmaloona | ولا ينفقون نفقة صغيرة ولا كبيرة ولا يقطعون واديا إلا كتب لهم ليجزيهم الله أحسن ما كانوا يعملون وَلاَ يُنفِقُونَ نَفَقَةً صَغِيرَةً وَلاَ كَبِيرَةً وَلاَ يَقْطَعُونَ وَادِيًا إِلاَّ كُتِبَ لَهُمْ لِيَجْزِيَهُمُ اللّهُ أَحْسَنَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||

| 7 [11:7] | Wahuwa allathee khalaqa alssamawatiwaal-arda fee sittati ayyamin wakanaAAarshuhu AAala alma-i liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanuAAamalan wala-in qulta innakum mabAAoothoona min baAAdi almawtilayaqoolanna allatheena kafaroo in hatha illasihrun mubeenun | وهو الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام وكان عرشه على الماء ليبلوكم أيكم أحسن عملا ولئن قلت إنكم مبعوثون من بعد الموت ليقولن الذين كفروا إن هذا إلا سحر مبين وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَق السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً وَلَئِن قُلْتَ إِنَّكُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ مِن بَعْدِ الْمَوْتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِنْ هَـذَا إِلاَّ سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| في - in| ستة - six| أيام - epochs,| وكان - and His throne was| عرشه - and His throne was| على - on| الماء - the water| ليبلوكم - that He might test [you]| أيكم - which of you| أحسن - (is) best| عملا - (in) deed.| ولئن - But if| قلت - you say,| إنكم - "Indeed, you| مبعوثون - (will be) resurrected| من - after| بعد - after| الموت - [the] death,"| ليقولن - surely would say| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| إن - "This is not| هذا - "This is not| إلا - but| سحر - a magic| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 8 [12:3] | Nahnu naqussu AAalayka ahsanaalqasasi bima awhayna ilayka hathaalqur-ana wa-in kunta min qablihi lamina alghafileena | نحن نقص عليك أحسن القصص بما أوحينا إليك هذا القرآن وإن كنت من قبله لمن الغافلين نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ بِمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنَ وَإِن كُنتَ مِن قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ | |||||

| 9 [12:23] | Warawadat-hu allatee huwa fee baytihaAAan nafsihi waghallaqati al-abwaba waqalat haytalaka qala maAAatha Allahi innahu rabbee ahsanamathwaya innahu la yuflihu alththalimoona | وراودته التي هو في بيتها عن نفسه وغلقت الأبواب وقالت هيت لك قال معاذ الله إنه ربي أحسن مثواي إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَرَاوَدَتْهُ الَّتِي هُوَ فِي بَيْتِهَا عَن نَّفْسِهِ وَغَلَّقَتِ الْأَبْوَابَ وَقَالَتْ هَيْتَ لَكَ قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللّهِ إِنَّهُ رَبِّي أَحْسَنَ مَثْوَايَ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وراودته - And sought to seduce him| التي - she who,| هو - he (was)| في - in| بيتها - her house| عن - from| نفسه - his self.| وغلقت - And she closed| الأبواب - the doors| وقالت - and she said,| هيت - "Come on| لك - you."| قال - He said,| معاذ - "I seek refuge in Allah.| الله - "I seek refuge in Allah.| إنه - Indeed, he| ربي - (is) my lord| أحسن - (who has) made good| مثواي - my stay.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 10 [12:100] | WarafaAAa abawayhi AAala alAAarshiwakharroo lahu sujjadan waqala ya abati hathata/weelu ru/yaya min qablu qad jaAAalaha rabbee haqqanwaqad ahsana bee ith akhrajanee mina alssijniwajaa bikum mina albadwi min baAAdi an nazagha alshshaytanubaynee wabayna ikhwatee inna rabbee lateefun limayashao innahu huwa alAAaleemu alhakeemu | ورفع أبويه على العرش وخروا له سجدا وقال يا أبت هذا تأويل رؤياي من قبل قد جعلها ربي حقا وقد أحسن بي إذ أخرجني من السجن وجاء بكم من البدو من بعد أن نزغ الشيطان بيني وبين إخوتي إن ربي لطيف لما يشاء إنه هو العليم الحكيم وَرَفَعَ أَبَوَيْهِ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَخَرُّواْ لَهُ سُجَّدًا وَقَالَ يَا أَبَتِ هَـذَا تَأْوِيلُ رُؤْيَايَ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَعَلَهَا رَبِّي حَقًّا وَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ بِي إِذْ أَخْرَجَنِي مِنَ السِّجْنِ وَجَاءَ بِكُم مِّنَ الْبَدْوِ مِن بَعْدِ أَن نَّزَغَ الشَّيْطَانُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَتِي إِنَّ رَبِّي لَطِيفٌ لِّمَا يَشَاءُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |ورفع - And he raised| أبويه - his parents| على - upon| العرش - the throne| وخروا - and they fell down| له - to him| سجدا - prostrate.| وقال - And he said,| يا - O| أبت - "O my father!| هذا - This| تأويل - (is the) interpretation| رؤياي - (of) my dream,| من - (of) before.| قبل - (of) before.| قد - Verily,| جعلها - has made it| ربي - my Lord| حقا - true.| وقد - And indeed,| أحسن - He was good| بي - to me| إذ - when| أخرجني - He took me out| من - of| السجن - the prison,| وجاء - and brought| بكم - you| من - from| البدو - the bedouin life| من - after| بعد - after| أن - [that]| نزغ - had caused discord| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| بيني - between me| وبين - and between| إخوتي - my brothers.| إن - Indeed,| ربي - my Lord| لطيف - (is) Most Subtle| لما - to what| يشاء - He wills.| إنه - Indeed, He,| هو - He| العليم - (is) the All-Knower,| الحكيم - the All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 11 [16:125] | OdAAu ila sabeeli rabbika bialhikmatiwaalmawAAithati alhasanati wajadilhumbiallatee hiya ahsanu inna rabbaka huwa aAAlamubiman dalla AAan sabeelihi wahuwa aAAlamu bialmuhtadeena | ادع إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة وجادلهم بالتي هي أحسن إن ربك هو أعلم بمن ضل عن سبيله وهو أعلم بالمهتدين ادْعُ إِلَى سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ وَجَادِلْهُم بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ | |||||

| 16 [19:74] | Wakam ahlakna qablahum min qarnin humahsanu athathan wari/yan | وكم أهلكنا قبلهم من قرن هم أحسن أثاثا ورئيا وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هُمْ أَحْسَنُ أَثَاثًا وَرِئْيًا | |||||

| 17 [23:14] | Thumma khalaqna alnnutfataAAalaqatan fakhalaqna alAAalaqata mudghatanfakhalaqna almudghata AAithamanfakasawna alAAithama lahmanthumma ansha/nahu khalqan akhara fatabarakaAllahu ahsanu alkhaliqeena | ثم خلقنا النطفة علقة فخلقنا العلقة مضغة فخلقنا المضغة عظاما فكسونا العظام لحما ثم أنشأناه خلقا آخر فتبارك الله أحسن الخالقين ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَامًا فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْمًا ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقًا آخَرَ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ | |||||

| 18 [23:96] | IdfaAA biallatee hiya ahsanu alssayyi-atanahnu aAAlamu bima yasifoona | ادفع بالتي هي أحسن السيئة نحن أعلم بما يصفون ادْفَعْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ السَّيِّئَةَ نَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَصِفُونَ | |||||

| 20 [28:77] | Waibtaghi feema atakaAllahu alddara al-akhirata walatansa naseebaka mina alddunya waahsinkama ahsana Allahu ilayka wala tabghialfasada fee al-ardi inna Allaha layuhibbu almufsideena | وابتغ فيما آتاك الله الدار الآخرة ولا تنس نصيبك من الدنيا وأحسن كما أحسن الله إليك ولا تبغ الفساد في الأرض إن الله لا يحب المفسدين وَابْتَغِ فِيمَا آتَاكَ اللَّهُ الدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ وَلَا تَنسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَأَحْسِن كَمَا أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
