[12:3] | Nahnu naqussu AAalayka ahsanaalqasasi bima awhayna ilayka hathaalqur-ana wa-in kunta min qablihi lamina alghafileena
|  نحن نقص عليك أحسن القصص بما أوحينا إليك هذا القرآن وإن كنت من قبله لمن الغافلين
نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ بِمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنَ وَإِن كُنتَ مِن قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ |

| እኛ ይህንን ቁርኣን ወደ አንተ በማውረዳችን በጣም መልካም ዜናዎችን በአንተ ላይ እንተርክልሃለን፡፡ እነሆ ከእርሱ በፊት (ካለፉት ሕዝቦች ታሪክ) በእርግጥ ከዘንጊዎቹ ነበርክ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { نحن نقص عليك أحسن القصص بما أوحينا } بإيحائنا { إليك هذا القرآن وإن } مخففة أي وإنه { كنت من قبله لمن الغافلين } . |
| Nekwni Nêekku yak tiêkayin igerzen mavi, deg wayen i k Nweêêa di Leqwôan agi, xas telliv, uqbel is, seg wid istehzan. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি তোমার নিকট উত্তম কাহিনী বর্ণনা করেছি, যেমতে আমি এ কোরআন তোমার নিকট অবতীর্ণ করেছি। তুমি এর আগে অবশ্যই এ ব্যাপারে অনবহিতদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিলে। |
