| 1 [2:210] | Hal yanthuroona illaan ya/tiyahumu Allahu fee thulalin minaalghamami waalmala-ikatu waqudiyaal-amru wa-ila Allahi turjaAAu al-omooru |  هل ينظرون إلا أن يأتيهم الله في ظلل من الغمام والملائكة وقضي الأمر وإلى الله ترجع الأمورهَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ أَن يَأْتِيَهُمُ اللّهُ فِي ظُلَلٍ مِّنَ الْغَمَامِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةُ وَقُضِيَ الأَمْرُ وَإِلَى اللّهِ تُرْجَعُ الأمُورُ | |||||
| Words | |هل - Are| ينظرون - they waiting| إلا - [except]| أن - that| يأتيهم - comes to them| الله - Allah| في - in| ظلل - (the) shadows| من - of| الغمام - [the] clouds,| والملائكة - and the Angels,| وقضي - and is decreed| الأمر - the matter?| وإلى - And to| الله - Allah| ترجع - return| الأمور - (all) the matters.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:128] | Laysa laka mina al-amri shay-on aw yatoobaAAalayhim aw yuAAaththibahum fa-innahum thalimoona | ليس لك من الأمر شيء أو يتوب عليهم أو يعذبهم فإنهم ظالمون لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ | |||||

| 3 [3:152] | Walaqad sadaqakumu AllahuwaAAdahu ith tahussoonahum bi-ithnihi hattaitha fashiltum watanazaAAtum fee al-amri waAAasaytummin baAAdi ma arakum ma tuhibboonaminkum man yureedu alddunya waminkum man yureedual-akhirata thumma sarafakum AAanhum liyabtaliyakumwalaqad AAafa AAankum waAllahu thoofadlin AAala almu/mineena | ولقد صدقكم الله وعده إذ تحسونهم بإذنه حتى إذا فشلتم وتنازعتم في الأمر وعصيتم من بعد ما أراكم ما تحبون منكم من يريد الدنيا ومنكم من يريد الآخرة ثم صرفكم عنهم ليبتليكم ولقد عفا عنكم والله ذو فضل على المؤمنين وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَكُمُ اللّهُ وَعْدَهُ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُم بِإِذْنِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا فَشِلْتُمْ وَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَعَصَيْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا أَرَاكُم مَّا تُحِبُّونَ مِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الدُّنْيَا وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الْآخِرَةَ ثُمَّ صَرَفَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِيَبْتَلِيَكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنكُمْ وَاللّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| صدقكم - fulfilled to you| الله - Allah| وعده - His promise,| إذ - when| تحسونهم - you were killing them| بإذنه - by His permission,| حتى - until| إذا - when| فشلتم - you lost courage| وتنازعتم - and you fell into dispute| في - concerning| الأمر - the order| وعصيتم - and you disobeyed| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| أراكم - He (had) shown you| ما - what| تحبون - you love.| منكم - Among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الدنيا - the world| ومنكم - and among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| ثم - Then| صرفكم - He diverted you| عنهم - from them| ليبتليكم - so that He may test you.| ولقد - And surely| عفا - He forgave| عنكم - you.| والله - And Allah| ذو - (is the) Possessor| فضل - (of) Bounty| على - for| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:154] | Thumma anzala AAalaykum min baAAdi alghammiamanatan nuAAasan yaghsha ta-ifatan minkumwata-ifatun qad ahammat-hum anfusuhum yathunnoonabiAllahi ghayra alhaqqi thannaaljahiliyyati yaqooloona hal lana mina al-amri minshay-in qul inna al-amra kullahu lillahi yukhfoona feeanfusihim ma la yubdoona laka yaqooloona law kanalana mina al-amri shay-on ma qutilna hahunaqul law kuntum fee buyootikum labaraza allatheena kutibaAAalayhimu alqatlu ila madajiAAihim waliyabtaliyaAllahu ma fee sudoorikum waliyumahhisama fee quloobikum waAllahu AAaleemun bithatialssudoori | ثم أنزل عليكم من بعد الغم أمنة نعاسا يغشى طائفة منكم وطائفة قد أهمتهم أنفسهم يظنون بالله غير الحق ظن الجاهلية يقولون هل لنا من الأمر من شيء قل إن الأمر كله لله يخفون في أنفسهم ما لا يبدون لك يقولون لو كان لنا من الأمر شيء ما قتلنا هاهنا قل لو كنتم في بيوتكم لبرز الذين كتب عليهم القتل إلى مضاجعهم وليبتلي الله ما في صدوركم وليمحص ما في قلوبكم والله عليم بذات الصدور ثُمَّ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّن بَعْدِ الْغَمِّ أَمَنَةً نُّعَاسًا يَغْشَى طَآئِفَةً مِّنكُمْ وَطَآئِفَةٌ قَدْ أَهَمَّتْهُمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ يَظُنُّونَ بِاللّهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ ظَنَّ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَقُولُونَ هَل لَّنَا مِنَ الْأَمْرِ مِن شَيْءٍ قُلْ إِنَّ الْأَمْرَ كُلَّهُ لِلَّهِ يُخْفُونَ فِي أَنفُسِهِم مَّا لاَ يُبْدُونَ لَكَ يَقُولُونَ لَوْ كَانَ لَنَا مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ مَّا قُتِلْنَا هَاهُنَا قُل لَّوْ كُنتُمْ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ لَبَرَزَ الَّذِينَ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقَتْلُ إِلَى مَضَاجِعِهِمْ وَلِيَبْتَلِيَ اللّهُ مَا فِي صُدُورِكُمْ وَلِيُمَحِّصَ مَا فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| أنزل - He sent down| عليكم - upon you| من - from| بعد - after| الغم - the distress| أمنة - security -| نعاسا - slumber| يغشى - overcoming| طائفة - a group| منكم - of you,| وطائفة - while a group| قد - certainly| أهمتهم - worried [them]| أنفسهم - (about) themselves| يظنون - thinking| بالله - about Allah| غير - other than| الحق - the truth -| ظن - (the) thought| الجاهلية - (of) [the] ignorance.| يقولون - saying,| هل - "Is (there)| لنا - for us| من - from| الأمر - the matter| من - any| شيء - thing?"| قل - Say,| إن - "Indeed| الأمر - the matter| كله - all (of) it| لله - (is) for Allah."| يخفون - They hide| في - in| أنفسهم - themselves| ما - what| لا - not| يبدون - they reveal| لك - to you,| يقولون - They say,| لو - "If| كان - was| لنا - for us| من - from| الأمر - the matter| شيء - anything| ما - not| قتلنا - we would have been killed| هاهنا - here."| قل - Say,| لو - "If| كنتم - you were| في - in| بيوتكم - your houses,| لبرز - surely (would have) come out| الذين - those who -| كتب - was decreed| عليهم - upon them| القتل - [the] death| إلى - towards| مضاجعهم - their places of death.| وليبتلي - And that might test| الله - Allah| ما - what| في - (is) in| صدوركم - your breasts| وليمحص - and that He may purge| ما - what| في - (is) in| قلوبكم - your hearts.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Aware| بذات - of what| الصدور - (is in) the breasts.| | ||||||
| 5 [3:159] | Fabima rahmatin mina Allahilinta lahum walaw kunta faththan ghaleethaalqalbi lainfaddoo min hawlika faoAAfuAAanhum waistaghfir lahum washawirhum fee al-amrifa-itha AAazamta fatawakkal AAala Allahiinna Allaha yuhibbu almutawakkileena | فبما رحمة من الله لنت لهم ولو كنت فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا من حولك فاعف عنهم واستغفر لهم وشاورهم في الأمر فإذا عزمت فتوكل على الله إن الله يحب المتوكلين فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ لِنْتَ لَهُمْ وَلَوْ كُنتَ فَظًّا غَلِيظَ الْقَلْبِ لاَنفَضُّواْ مِنْ حَوْلِكَ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فبما - So because| رحمة - (of) Mercy| من - from| الله - Allah| لنت - you dealt gently| لهم - with them.| ولو - And if| كنت - you had been| فظا - rude| غليظ - (and) harsh| القلب - (at) [the] heart,| لانفضوا - surely they (would have) dispersed| من - from| حولك - around you.| فاعف - Then pardon| عنهم - [from] them| واستغفر - and ask forgiveness| لهم - for them| وشاورهم - and consult them| في - in| الأمر - the matter.| فإذا - Then when| عزمت - you have decided,| فتوكل - then put trust| على - on| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| يحب - loves| المتوكلين - the ones who put trust (in Him).| | ||||||
| 6 [4:59] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAoo alrrasoolawaolee al-amri minkum fa-in tanazaAAtum fee shay-infaruddoohu ila Allahi waalrrasooli in kuntumtu/minoona biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhirithalika khayrun waahsanu ta/weelan | يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم فإن تنازعتم في شيء فردوه إلى الله والرسول إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر ذلك خير وأحسن تأويلا يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| أطيعوا - Obey| الله - Allah| وأطيعوا - and obey| الرسول - the Messenger| وأولي - and those| الأمر - (having) authority| منكم - among you.| فإن - Then if| تنازعتم - you disagree| في - in| شيء - anything,| فردوه - refer it| إلى - to| الله - Allah| والرسول - and the Messenger,| إن - if| كنتم - you| تؤمنون - believe| بالله - in Allah| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - [the] Last.| ذلك - That| خير - (is) best| وأحسن - and more suitable| تأويلا - (for final) determination.| | ||||||
| 7 [4:83] | Wa-itha jaahum amrun minaal-amni awi alkhawfi athaAAoo bihi walaw raddoohu ilaalrrasooli wa-ila olee al-amri minhum laAAalimahuallatheena yastanbitoonahu minhum walawla fadluAllahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu laittabaAAtumualshshaytana illa qaleelan | وإذا جاءهم أمر من الأمن أو الخوف أذاعوا به ولو ردوه إلى الرسول وإلى أولي الأمر منهم لعلمه الذين يستنبطونه منهم ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته لاتبعتم الشيطان إلا قليلا وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءهم - comes to them| أمر - a matter| من - of| الأمن - the security| أو - or| الخوف - [the] fear| أذاعوا - they spread| به - [with] it.| ولو - But if| ردوه - they (had) referred it| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger| وإلى - and to| أولي - those| الأمر - (having) authority| منهم - among them,| لعلمه - surely would have known it| الذين - those who| يستنبطونه - draw correct conclusion (from) it| منهم - among them.| ولولا - And if not| فضل - (had been the) bounty| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - on you| ورحمته - and His Mercy,| لاتبعتم - surely you (would have) followed| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| إلا - except| قليلا - a few.| | ||||||
| 8 [6:8] | Waqaloo lawla onzila AAalayhimalakun walaw anzalna malakan laqudiya al-amruthumma la yuntharoona | وقالوا لولا أنزل عليه ملك ولو أنزلنا ملكا لقضي الأمر ثم لا ينظرون وَقَالُواْ لَوْلاَ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ مَلَكٌ وَلَوْ أَنزَلْنَا مَلَكًا لَّقُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ ثُمَّ لاَ يُنظَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقالوا - And they said,| لولا - "Why has not been| أنزل - sent down| عليه - to him| ملك - an Angel?"| ولو - And if| أنزلنا - We (had) sent down| ملكا - an Angel,| لقضي - surely (would) have been decided| الأمر - the matter| ثم - then| لا - no| ينظرون - respite would have been granted to them.| | ||||||
| 9 [6:58] | Qul law anna AAindee matastaAAjiloona bihi laqudiya al-amru baynee wabaynakum waAllahuaAAlamu bialththalimeena | قل لو أن عندي ما تستعجلون به لقضي الأمر بيني وبينكم والله أعلم بالظالمين قُل لَّوْ أَنَّ عِندِي مَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِهِ لَقُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِالظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| لو - "If| أن - that| عندي - (were) with me| ما - what| تستعجلون - you seek to hasten| به - of it,| لقضي - surely would have been decided| الأمر - the matter| بيني - between me| وبينكم - and between you.| والله - And Allah| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بالظالمين - of the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 10 [8:43] | Ith yureekahumu Allahu fee manamikaqaleelan walaw arakahum katheeran lafashiltum walatanazaAAtumfee al-amri walakinna Allaha sallama innahuAAaleemun bithati alssudoori | إذ يريكهم الله في منامك قليلا ولو أراكهم كثيرا لفشلتم ولتنازعتم في الأمر ولكن الله سلم إنه عليم بذات الصدور إِذْ يُرِيكَهُمُ اللّهُ فِي مَنَامِكَ قَلِيلاً وَلَوْ أَرَاكَهُمْ كَثِيرًا لَّفَشِلْتُمْ وَلَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي الأَمْرِ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ سَلَّمَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| يريكهم - you (where) shown them| الله - (by) Allah| في - in| منامك - your dream| قليلا - (as) few,| ولو - and if| أراكهم - He had shown them to you| كثيرا - (as) many| لفشلتم - surely you would have lost courage| ولتنازعتم - and surely you would have disputed| في - in| الأمر - the matter,| ولكن - but| الله - Allah| سلم - saved (you).| إنه - Indeed, He| عليم - (is) All-Knower| بذات - of what is in| الصدور - the breasts.| | ||||||
| 11 [10:3] | Inna rabbakumu Allahu allatheekhalaqa alssamawati waal-ardafee sittati ayyamin thumma istawa AAalaalAAarshi yudabbiru al-amra ma min shafeeAAin illamin baAAdi ithnihi thalikumu Allahu rabbukumfaoAAbudoohu afala tathakkaroona | إن ربكم الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام ثم استوى على العرش يدبر الأمر ما من شفيع إلا من بعد إذنه ذلكم الله ربكم فاعبدوه أفلا تذكرون إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مَا مِن شَفِيعٍ إِلاَّ مِن بَعْدِ إِذْنِهِ ذَلِكُمُ اللّهُ رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُوهُ أَفَلاَ تَذَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| ربكم - your Lord| الله - (is) Allah| الذي - the One Who| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| في - in| ستة - six| أيام - periods,| ثم - then| استوى - He established| على - on| العرش - the Throne,| يدبر - disposing| الأمر - the affairs.| ما - Not| من - (is) any intercessor| شفيع - (is) any intercessor| إلا - except| من - after| بعد - after| إذنه - His permission.| ذلكم - That| الله - (is) Allah,| ربكم - your Lord,| فاعبدوه - so worship Him.| أفلا - Then will not| تذكرون - you remember?| | ||||||
| 12 [10:31] | Qul man yarzuqukum mina alssama-iwaal-ardi amman yamliku alssamAAa waal-absarawaman yukhriju alhayya mina almayyiti wayukhriju almayyitamina alhayyi waman yudabbiru al-amra fasayaqooloona Allahufaqul afala tattaqoona | قل من يرزقكم من السماء والأرض أمن يملك السمع والأبصار ومن يخرج الحي من الميت ويخرج الميت من الحي ومن يدبر الأمر فسيقولون الله فقل أفلا تتقون قُلْ مَن يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَمَّن يَمْلِكُ السَّمْعَ والْأَبْصَارَ وَمَن يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيَّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَمَن يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ فَسَيَقُولُونَ اللّهُ فَقُلْ أَفَلاَ تَتَّقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| من - "Who| يرزقكم - provides for you| من - from| السماء - the sky| والأرض - and the earth?| أمن - Or who| يملك - controls| السمع - the hearing| والأبصار - and the sight?| ومن - And who| يخرج - brings out| الحي - the living| من - from| الميت - the dead,| ويخرج - and brings forth| الميت - the dead| من - from| الحي - the living?| ومن - And who| يدبر - disposes| الأمر - the affairs?"| فسيقولون - Then they will say,| الله - "Allah."| فقل - Then say,| أفلا - "Then will not| تتقون - you fear (Him)?"| | ||||||
| 13 [11:44] | Waqeela ya ardu iblaAAee maakiwaya samao aqliAAee wagheeda almaowaqudiya al-amru waistawat AAala aljoodiyyiwaqeela buAAdan lilqawmi alththalimeena | وقيل يا أرض ابلعي ماءك ويا سماء أقلعي وغيض الماء وقضي الأمر واستوت على الجودي وقيل بعدا للقوم الظالمين وَقِيلَ يَا أَرْضُ ابْلَعِي مَاءَكِ وَيَا سَمَاءُ أَقْلِعِي وَغِيضَ الْمَاءُ وَقُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ وَاسْتَوَتْ عَلَى الْجُودِيِّ وَقِيلَ بُعْداً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقيل - And it was said,| يا - O| أرض - "O earth!| ابلعي - Swallow| ماءك - your water,| ويا - And O| سماء - Withhold."| أقلعي - And subsided| وغيض - the water,| الماء - and was fulfilled| وقضي - the Command.| الأمر - And it rested| واستوت - on| على - the Judi.| الجودي - And it was said,| وقيل - "Away| بعدا - with the people| للقوم - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 14 [11:123] | Walillahi ghaybu alssamawatiwaal-ardi wa-ilayhi yurjaAAu al-amru kulluhu faoAAbudhuwatawakkal AAalayhi wama rabbuka bighafilin AAammataAAmaloona | ولله غيب السماوات والأرض وإليه يرجع الأمر كله فاعبده وتوكل عليه وما ربك بغافل عما تعملون وَلِلّهِ غَيْبُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُ الْأَمْرُ كُلُّهُ فَاعْبُدْهُ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَيْهِ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولله - And for Allah| غيب - (is the) unseen| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| وإليه - and to Him| يرجع - will be returned| الأمر - the matter,| كله - all (of) it,| فاعبده - so worship Him,| وتوكل - and put your trust| عليه - upon Him.| وما - And your Lord is not| ربك - And your Lord is not| بغافل - unaware| عما - of what| تعملون - you do.| | ||||||
| 15 [12:41] | Ya sahibayi alssijniamma ahadukuma fayasqee rabbahu khamranwaamma al-akharu fayuslabu fata/kulu alttayrumin ra/sihi qudiya al-amru allathee feehi tastaftiyani | يا صاحبي السجن أما أحدكما فيسقي ربه خمرا وأما الآخر فيصلب فتأكل الطير من رأسه قضي الأمر الذي فيه تستفتيان يَا صَاحِبَيِ السِّجْنِ أَمَّا أَحَدُكُمَا فَيَسْقِي رَبَّهُ خَمْرًا وَأَمَّا الْآخَرُ فَيُصْلَبُ فَتَأْكُلُ الطَّيْرُ مِن رَّأْسِهِ قُضِيَ الأَمْرُ الَّذِي فِيهِ تَسْتَفْتِيَانِ | |||||

| 16 [13:2] | Allahu allathee rafaAAa alssamawatibighayri AAamadin tarawnaha thumma istawa AAalaalAAarshi wasakhkhara alshshamsa waalqamara kullunyajree li-ajalin musamman yudabbiru al-amra yufassilu al-ayatilaAAallakum biliqa-i rabbikum tooqinoona | الله الذي رفع السماوات بغير عمد ترونها ثم استوى على العرش وسخر الشمس والقمر كل يجري لأجل مسمى يدبر الأمر يفصل الآيات لعلكم بلقاء ربكم توقنون اللّهُ الَّذِي رَفَعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأََجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى يُدَبِّرُ الْأََمْرَ يُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُم بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّكُمْ تُوقِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah| الذي - (is) the One Who| رفع - raised| السماوات - the heavens| بغير - without| عمد - pillars| ترونها - that you see,| ثم - then| استوى - He established| على - on| العرش - the Throne| وسخر - and subjected| الشمس - the sun| والقمر - and the moon| كل - each| يجري - running| لأجل - for a term| مسمى - appointed,| يدبر - He arranges| الأمر - the matter;| يفصل - He details| الآيات - the Signs| لعلكم - so that you may| بلقاء - in the meeting| ربكم - (with) your Lord| توقنون - believe with certainty.| | ||||||
| 17 [13:31] | Walaw anna qur-anan suyyirat bihialjibalu aw quttiAAat bihi al-ardu awkullima bihi almawta bal lillahi al-amru jameeAAanafalam yay-asi allatheena amanoo an law yashaoAllahu lahada alnnasa jameeAAan walayazalu allatheena kafaroo tuseebuhum bimasanaAAoo qariAAatun aw tahullu qareeban mindarihim hatta ya/tiya waAAdu Allahiinna Allaha la yukhlifu almeeAAada | ولو أن قرآنا سيرت به الجبال أو قطعت به الأرض أو كلم به الموتى بل لله الأمر جميعا أفلم ييأس الذين آمنوا أن لو يشاء الله لهدى الناس جميعا ولا يزال الذين كفروا تصيبهم بما صنعوا قارعة أو تحل قريبا من دارهم حتى يأتي وعد الله إن الله لا يخلف الميعاد وَلَوْ أَنَّ قُرْآنًا سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبَالُ أَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ الْأَرْضُ أَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ الْمَوْتَى بَل لِّلّهِ الْأَمْرُ جَمِيعًا أَفَلَمْ يَيْأَسِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَن لَّوْ يَشَاءُ اللّهُ لَهَدَى النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ يَزَالُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ تُصِيبُهُم بِمَا صَنَعُواْ قَارِعَةٌ أَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبًا مِّن دَارِهِمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ وَعْدُ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| أن - that was| قرآنا - any Quran,| سيرت - could be moved| به - by it| الجبال - the mountains,| أو - or| قطعت - could be cloven asunder| به - by it| الأرض - the earth,| أو - or| كلم - could be made to speak| به - by it| الموتى - the dead.| بل - Nay,| لله - with Allah| الأمر - (is) the command| جميعا - all.| أفلم - Then do not| ييأس - know| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe| أن - that| لو - if| يشاء - had willed| الله - Allah,| لهدى - surely, He would have guided| الناس - all?| جميعا - all of the mankind?| ولا - And not| يزال - will cease| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve| تصيبهم - to strike them| بما - for what| صنعوا - they did| قارعة - a disaster,| أو - or| تحل - it settles| قريبا - close| من - from| دارهم - their homes| حتى - until| يأتي - comes| وعد - (the) promise| الله - (of) Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (will) not| يخلف - fail| الميعاد - (in) the Promise.| | ||||||
| 18 [14:22] | Waqala alshshaytanulamma qudiya al-amru inna Allaha waAAadakumwaAAda alhaqqi wawaAAadtukum faakhlaftukum wama kanaliya AAalaykum min sultanin illa an daAAawtukum faistajabtumlee fala taloomoonee waloomoo anfusakum ma anabimusrikhikum wama antum bimusrikhiyya inneekafartu bima ashraktumooni min qablu inna alththalimeenalahum AAathabun aleemun | وقال الشيطان لما قضي الأمر إن الله وعدكم وعد الحق ووعدتكم فأخلفتكم وما كان لي عليكم من سلطان إلا أن دعوتكم فاستجبتم لي فلا تلوموني ولوموا أنفسكم ما أنا بمصرخكم وما أنتم بمصرخي إني كفرت بما أشركتمون من قبل إن الظالمين لهم عذاب أليم وَقَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ إِنَّ اللّهَ وَعَدَكُمْ وَعْدَ الْحَقِّ وَوَعَدتُّكُمْ فَأَخْلَفْتُكُمْ وَمَا كَانَ لِيَ عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَانٍ إِلاَّ أَن دَعَوْتُكُمْ فَاسْتَجَبْتُمْ لِي فَلاَ تَلُومُونِي وَلُومُواْ أَنفُسَكُم مَّا أَنَاْ بِمُصْرِخِكُمْ وَمَا أَنتُمْ بِمُصْرِخِيَّ إِنِّي كَفَرْتُ بِمَآ أَشْرَكْتُمُونِ مِن قَبْلُ إِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And will say| الشيطان - the Shaitaan,| لما - when| قضي - has been decided| الأمر - the matter,| إن - "Indeed,| الله - Allah| وعدكم - promised you| وعد - a promise| الحق - (of) truth.| ووعدتكم - And I promised you,| فأخلفتكم - but I betrayed you.| وما - But not| كان - I had| لي - I had| عليكم - over you| من - any| سلطان - authority| إلا - except| أن - that| دعوتكم - I invited you,| فاستجبتم - and you responded| لي - to me.| فلا - So (do) not| تلوموني - blame me,| ولوموا - but blame| أنفسكم - yourselves.| ما - Not| أنا - (can) I| بمصرخكم - (be) your helper| وما - and not| أنتم - you (can)| بمصرخي - (be) my helper.| إني - Indeed, I| كفرت - deny| بما - [of what]| أشركتمون - your association of me (with Allah)| من - before.| قبل - before.| إن - Indeed,| الظالمين - the wrongdoers,| لهم - for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| أليم - painful."| | ||||||
| 19 [15:66] | Waqadayna ilayhi thalikaal-amra anna dabira haola-i maqtooAAunmusbiheena | وقضينا إليه ذلك الأمر أن دابر هؤلاء مقطوع مصبحين وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ الْأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَؤُلاَءِ مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقضينا - And We conveyed| إليه - to him| ذلك - [that]| الأمر - the matter| أن - that| دابر - (the) root| هؤلاء - (of) these| مقطوع - would be cut off| مصبحين - (by) early morning.| | ||||||
| 20 [19:39] | Waanthirhum yawma alhasrati ithqudiya al-amru wahum fee ghaflatin wahum layu/minoona | وأنذرهم يوم الحسرة إذ قضي الأمر وهم في غفلة وهم لا يؤمنون وَأَنْذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ الْحَسْرَةِ إِذْ قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ وَهُمْ فِي غَفْلَةٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
