[13:31] | Walaw anna qur-anan suyyirat bihialjibalu aw quttiAAat bihi al-ardu awkullima bihi almawta bal lillahi al-amru jameeAAanafalam yay-asi allatheena amanoo an law yashaoAllahu lahada alnnasa jameeAAan walayazalu allatheena kafaroo tuseebuhum bimasanaAAoo qariAAatun aw tahullu qareeban mindarihim hatta ya/tiya waAAdu Allahiinna Allaha la yukhlifu almeeAAada
|  ولو أن قرآنا سيرت به الجبال أو قطعت به الأرض أو كلم به الموتى بل لله الأمر جميعا أفلم ييأس الذين آمنوا أن لو يشاء الله لهدى الناس جميعا ولا يزال الذين كفروا تصيبهم بما صنعوا قارعة أو تحل قريبا من دارهم حتى يأتي وعد الله إن الله لا يخلف الميعاد
وَلَوْ أَنَّ قُرْآنًا سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبَالُ أَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ الْأَرْضُ أَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ الْمَوْتَى بَل لِّلّهِ الْأَمْرُ جَمِيعًا أَفَلَمْ يَيْأَسِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَن لَّوْ يَشَاءُ اللّهُ لَهَدَى النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ يَزَالُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ تُصِيبُهُم بِمَا صَنَعُواْ قَارِعَةٌ أَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبًا مِّن دَارِهِمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ وَعْدُ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ |
| Words | |ولو - And if| أن - that was| قرآنا - any Quran,| سيرت - could be moved| به - by it| الجبال - the mountains,| أو - or| قطعت - could be cloven asunder| به - by it| الأرض - the earth,| أو - or| كلم - could be made to speak| به - by it| الموتى - the dead.| بل - Nay,| لله - with Allah| الأمر - (is) the command| جميعا - all.| أفلم - Then do not| ييأس - know| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe| أن - that| لو - if| يشاء - had willed| الله - Allah,| لهدى - surely, He would have guided| الناس - all?| جميعا - all of the mankind?| ولا - And not| يزال - will cease| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve| تصيبهم - to strike them| بما - for what| صنعوا - they did| قارعة - a disaster,| أو - or| تحل - it settles| قريبا - close| من - from| دارهم - their homes| حتى - until| يأتي - comes| وعد - (the) promise| الله - (of) Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (will) not| يخلف - fail| الميعاد - (in) the Promise.| |

| ቁርኣንም በእርሱ ተራራዎች በተነዱበት ወይም በእርሱ ምድር በተቆራረጠችበት ወይም በእርሱ ሙታን እንዲናገሩ በተደረጉበት ኖሮ (የመካ ከሓዲዎች ባላመኑ ነበር)፡፡ በእውነቱ ነገሩ ሁሉ የአላህ ነው፡፡ እነዚያ ያመኑት ሰዎች እነሆ አላህ በሻ ኖሮ ሰዎችን በመላ በእርግጥ ይመራቸው እንደነበረ አያውቁምን እነዚያም የካዱት በሥራቸው ምክንያት (አጥፊ) ዐደጋ የምታገኛቸው ከመኾን ወይም የአላህ ቀጠሮ እስኪመጣ በአገራቸው አቅራቢያ (አንተ) የምትሰፍርባቸው ከመኾን አይወገዱም፡፡ አላህ ቀጠሮውን አያፈርስምና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ونزل لما قالوا له إن كنت نبيا فسيّر عنا جبال مكة، واجعل لنا فيها أنهارا وعيونا لنغرس ونزرع وابعث لنا آباءنا الموتى يكلمونا أنك نبي { ولو أن قرآنا سُيّرت به الجبال } نقلت عن أماكنها { أو قطّعت } شققت { به الأرض أو كلم به الموتى } بأن يحيوا لما آمنوا { بل لله الأمر جميعا } لا لغيره فلا يؤمن إلا من شاء إيمانه دون غيره إن أوتوا ما اقترحوا، ونزل لما أراد الصحابة إظهار ما اقترحوا طمعا في إيمانهم { أفلم ييأس } يعلم { الذين آمنوا أن } مخففة أي أنه { لو يشاء الله لهدي الناس جميعا } إلى الإيمان من غير آية { ولا يزال الذين كفروا } من أهل مكة { تصيبهم بما صنعوا } بصنعهم أي كفرهم { قارعهٌ } داهية تقرعهم بصنوف البلاء من القتل والأسر والحرب والجدب { أو تحل } يا محمد بجيشك { قريبا من دارهم } مكة { حتى يأتي وعد الله } بالنصر عليهم { إن الله لا يخلف الميعاد } وقد حلَّ بالحديبية حتى أتى فتح مكة . |
| A lemmer kan Leqwôan isselêa idurar, iceqqeq tamurt, ne$ issenîeq ed lmeggtin! Xaîi! Lumuô akw i Öebbi. Day ur éôin ara wid iumnen, ar, ma ihwa yaS, Öebbi ad Inhu medden meôôa? Zgan wid ijehlen a ten tewwet ssixîa, ilmend n wayen xeddmen. Ne$ a ppevôu ar tama n yixxamen nnsen, alamma tusa d lemâahda n Öebbi. Öebbi, s tidep, ur Ipzeggil ppaâud. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যদি কোন কোরআন এমন হত, যার সাহায্যে পাহাড় চলমান হয় অথবা যমীন খন্ডিত হয় অথবা মৃতরা কথা বলে, তবে কি হত? বরং সব কাজ তো আল্লাহর হাতে। ঈমানদাররা কি এ ব্যাপারে নিশ্চিত নয় যে, যদি আল্লাহ চাইতেন, তবে সব মানুষকে সৎপথে পরিচালিত করতেন? কাফেররা তাদের কৃতকর্মের কারণে সব সময় আঘাত পেতে থাকবে অথবা তাদের গৃহের নিকটবর্তী স্থানে আঘাত নেমে আসবে, যে, পর্যন্ত আল্লাহর ওয়াদা না আসে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ওয়াদার খেলাফ করেন না। |
| Literal | And if that a Koran the mountains were made to move/walk with it? Or the earth/Planet Earth was cut to pieces with it? Or the deads were conversed/spoken/talked to with it? But to God (is) the matter/affair/order/command all . Did those who believed not despair ? That (E) if God willed/wanted, He would have guided the people all together . And those who disbelieved disaster still/continues (to) strike them because (of) what they made/did , or (it) takes place/descends near/close from their home/country until God's promise comes, that God does not break the appointment (promise). |
| Yusuf Ali | If there were a Qur'an with which mountains were moved, or the earth were cloven asunder, or the dead were made to speak, (this would be the one!) But, truly, the command is with Allah in all things! Do not the Believers know, that, had Allah (so) willed, He could have guided all mankind (to the right)? But the Unbelievers,- never will disaster cease to seize them for their (ill) deeds, or to settle close to their homes, until the promise of Allah come to pass, for, verily, Allah will not fail in His promise. |

Do the believers still hope that they will believe? Had God wanted he could have guided the whole of mankind to the right path. The unbelievers will always suffer afflictions that result from their deeds or the affliction which occur near their homes, until God's promise of punishing them will be fulfilled. Is it not time for the believers to give up and realize that if GOD willed, He could have guided all the people? The disbelievers will continue to suffer disasters, as a consequence of their own works, or have disasters strike close to them, until GOD's promise is fulfilled. (The Qur'an is intended to move hearts, not mountains (6:7), (6:25), (6:112), (15:14-15), (17:90-93)). Nay, all Decree belongs to Allah. Do not the believers know that if Allah had Willed, He could have guided all mankind (by not giving them free will 10:100)? As for the rejecters of the Divine Laws, disasters will not cease to strike them for their deeds, even close to their homes until the Promise of Allah comes to pass. Verily, Allah never fails in His Promise. (Mankind will keep devising various political systems in search for the best. Those systems will keep collapsing and they will keep suffering far and close to their homes. Then, ultimately, they will realize that the Qur'an offers the solutions to all the problems facing humanity (41:53), (51:20-21)). |

| Na opama ka mataan! a adn a pphangadian a miyapakalalakaw sa sabap rkaniyan so manga palaw, odi na miyabnsad sa sabap rkaniyan so lopa, odi na minimbitiyarai sa sabap rkaniyan so miyamatay, (na misabap sa Qor´an aya!) kna, ka kapaar o Allah so pkhasowa sa kalangolangowan iyan. Ba di katawi o siran a miyamaratiyaya a o kabaya o Allah, na mataan! a khatoro Iyan so manga manosiya langon? Na da a parphay o siran a da pamaratiyaya sa kapkhasogat iran a tiyoba, sabap ko pinggolawla iran, odi na makadarpa ka ko marani ko darpa iran, taman sa makatalingoma so diyandi o Allah; mataan! a so Allah na di pndorat ko diyandi. |
