| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[19:39] | Waanthirhum yawma alhasrati ithqudiya al-amru wahum fee ghaflatin wahum layu/minoona
|  وأنذرهم يوم الحسرة إذ قضي الأمر وهم في غفلة وهم لا يؤمنون
وَأَنْذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ الْحَسْرَةِ إِذْ قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ وَهُمْ فِي غَفْلَةٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ |
| Words | |وأنذرهم - And warn them| يوم - (of the) Day| الحسرة - (of) the Regret,| إذ - when| قضي - has been decided| الأمر - the matter.| وهم - And they| في - (are) in| غفلة - heedlessness,| وهم - and they| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe.| |

| እነሱም (አሁን) በዝንጋቴ ላይ ኾነው ሳሉ እነሱም የማያምኑ ሲኾኑ ነገሩ በሚፈረድበት ጊዜ የቁልጭቱን ቀን አስፈራራቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وأنذرهم } خوّف يا محمد كفار مكة { يوم الحسرة } هو يوم القيامة يتحسر فيه المسيء على ترك الإحسان في الدنيا { إذ قُضي الأمر } لهم فيه بالعذاب { وهم } في الدنيا { في غفلة } عنه { وهم لا يؤمنون } به . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আপনি তাদেরকে পরিতাপের দিবস সম্পর্কে হুশিয়ার করে দিন যখন সব ব্যাপারের মীমাংসা হয়ে যাবে। এখন তারা অনবধানতায় আছে এবং তারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করছে না। |
| Literal | And warn/give them notice (of) the Grief's Day/Resurrection Day, when the matter/affair was accomplished/carried out , and they are in negligence/disregard, and they are not believing. |
| Yusuf Ali | But warn them of the Day of Distress, when the matter will be determined: for (behold,) they are negligent and they do not believe! |
