| 1 [2:165] | Wamina alnnasi man yattakhithumin dooni Allahi andadan yuhibboonahum kahubbiAllahi waallatheena amanoo ashaddu hubbanlillahi walaw yara allatheena thalamooith yarawna alAAathaba anna alquwwata lillahijameeAAan waanna Allaha shadeedu alAAathabi |  ومن الناس من يتخذ من دون الله أندادا يحبونهم كحب الله والذين آمنوا أشد حبا لله ولو يرى الذين ظلموا إذ يرون العذاب أن القوة لله جميعا وأن الله شديد العذابوَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ أَندَاداً يُحِبُّونَهُمْ كَحُبِّ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَشَدُّ حُبًّا لِّلّهِ وَلَوْ يَرَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ إِذْ يَرَوْنَ الْعَذَابَ أَنَّ الْقُوَّةَ لِلّهِ جَمِيعاً وَأَنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعَذَابِ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And among| الناس - the mankind| من - who| يتخذ - takes| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah| أندادا - equals.| يحبونهم - They love them| كحب - as (they should) love| الله - Allah.| والذين - And those who| آمنوا - believe[d]| أشد - (are) stronger| حبا - (in) love| لله - for Allah.| ولو - And if| يرى - would see| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged,| إذ - when| يرون - they will see| العذاب - the punishment| أن - that| القوة - the power| لله - (belongs) to Allah| جميعا - all| وأن - and [that]| الله - Allah| شديد - (is) severe| العذاب - (in) [the] punishment.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:169] | Innama ya/murukum bialssoo-iwaalfahsha-i waan taqooloo AAala Allahima la taAAlamoona | إنما يأمركم بالسوء والفحشاء وأن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَالْفَحْشَاءِ وَأَن تَقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| يأمركم - he commands you| بالسوء - to (do) the evil| والفحشاء - and the shameful| وأن - and that| تقولوا - you say| على - about| الله - Allah| ما - what| لا - not| تعلمون - you know.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:184] | Ayyaman maAAdoodatin faman kanaminkum mareedan aw AAala safarin faAAiddatun minayyamin okhara waAAala allatheena yuteeqoonahufidyatun taAAamu miskeenin faman tatawwaAAakhayran fahuwa khayrun lahu waan tasoomoo khayrun lakum inkuntum taAAlamoona | أياما معدودات فمن كان منكم مريضا أو على سفر فعدة من أيام أخر وعلى الذين يطيقونه فدية طعام مسكين فمن تطوع خيرا فهو خير له وأن تصوموا خير لكم إن كنتم تعلمون أَيَّامًا مَّعْدُودَاتٍ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ فَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُ وَأَن تَصُومُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أياما - (Fasting for) days| معدودات - numbered.| فمن - So whoever| كان - is| منكم - among you| مريضا - sick| أو - or| على - on| سفر - a journey,| فعدة - then a prescribed number| من - of| أيام - days| أخر - other.| وعلى - And on| الذين - those who| يطيقونه - can afford it,| فدية - a ransom| طعام - (of) feeding| مسكين - a poor.| فمن - And whoever| تطوع - volunteers| خيرا - good| فهو - then it| خير - (is) better| له - for him.| وأن - And to| تصوموا - fast| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you,| إن - if| كنتم - you| تعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 4 [2:237] | Wa-in tallaqtumoohunna min qabli antamassoohunna waqad faradtum lahunna fareedatanfanisfu ma faradtum illa an yaAAfoonaaw yaAAfuwa allathee biyadihi AAuqdatu alnnikahiwaan taAAfoo aqrabu lilttaqwa wala tansawooalfadla baynakum inna Allaha bimataAAmaloona baseerun | وإن طلقتموهن من قبل أن تمسوهن وقد فرضتم لهن فريضة فنصف ما فرضتم إلا أن يعفون أو يعفو الذي بيده عقدة النكاح وأن تعفوا أقرب للتقوى ولا تنسوا الفضل بينكم إن الله بما تعملون بصير وَإِن طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ إَلاَّ أَن يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ وَأَن تَعْفُواْ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَنسَوُاْ الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| طلقتموهن - you divorce them| من - from| قبل - before| أن - [that]| تمسوهن - you (have) touched them| وقد - while already| فرضتم - you have specified| لهن - for them| فريضة - an obligation (dower),| فنصف - then (give) half| ما - (of) what| فرضتم - you have specified,| إلا - unless| أن - [that]| يعفون - they (women) forgo (it)| أو - or| يعفو - forgoes| الذي - the one| بيده - in whose hands| عقدة - (is the) knot| النكاح - (of) the marriage.| وأن - And that| تعفوا - you forgo,| أقرب - (is) nearer| للتقوى - to [the] righteousness.| ولا - And (do) not| تنسوا - forget| الفضل - the graciousness| بينكم - among you.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| بصير - (is) All-Seer.| | ||||||
| 5 [2:280] | Wa-in kana thoo AAusratinfanathiratun ila maysaratin waan tasaddaqookhayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona | وإن كان ذو عسرة فنظرة إلى ميسرة وأن تصدقوا خير لكم إن كنتم تعلمون وَإِن كَانَ ذُو عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ إِلَى مَيْسَرَةٍ وَأَن تَصَدَّقُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| كان - is| ذو - the (debtor)| عسرة - in difficulty,| فنظرة - then postponement| إلى - until| ميسرة - ease.| وأن - And if| تصدقوا - you remit as charity| خير - (it is) better| لكم - for you.| إن - If| كنتم - you| تعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 6 [3:171] | Yastabshiroona biniAAmatin mina Allahiwafadlin waanna Allaha la yudeeAAuajra almu/mineena | يستبشرون بنعمة من الله وفضل وأن الله لا يضيع أجر المؤمنين يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِنِعْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَفَضْلٍ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يستبشرون - They receive good tidings| بنعمة - of Favor| من - from| الله - Allah| وفضل - and Bounty| وأن - and that| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يضيع - let go waste| أجر - (the) reward| المؤمنين - (of) the believers.| | ||||||
| 7 [3:182] | Thalika bima qaddamataydeekum waanna Allaha laysa bithallaminlilAAabeedi | ذلك بما قدمت أيديكم وأن الله ليس بظلام للعبيد ذَلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلاَّمٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ | |||||
| Words | |ذلك - That| بما - (is) because| قدمت - (of what) sent forth| أيديكم - your hands| وأن - and that| الله - Allah| ليس - is not| بظلام - unjust| للعبيد - to (His) slaves.| | ||||||
| 8 [4:23] | Hurrimat AAalaykum ommahatukumwabanatukum waakhawatukum waAAammatukum wakhalatukumwabanatu al-akhi wabanatu al-okhti waommahatukumuallatee ardaAAnakum waakhawatukum mina alrradaAAatiwaommahatu nisa-ikum waraba-ibukumu allateefee hujoorikum min nisa-ikumu allateedakhaltum bihinna fa-in lam takoonoo dakhaltum bihinna falajunaha AAalaykum wahala-ilu abna-ikumuallatheena min aslabikum waan tajmaAAoobayna al-okhtayni illa ma qad salafa inna Allahakana ghafooran raheeman | حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم وبناتكم وأخواتكم وعماتكم وخالاتكم وبنات الأخ وبنات الأخت وأمهاتكم اللاتي أرضعنكم وأخواتكم من الرضاعة وأمهات نسائكم وربائبكم اللاتي في حجوركم من نسائكم اللاتي دخلتم بهن فإن لم تكونوا دخلتم بهن فلا جناح عليكم وحلائل أبنائكم الذين من أصلابكم وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين إلا ما قد سلف إن الله كان غفورا رحيما حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالاَتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللاَّتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَآئِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللاَّتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِكُمُ اللاَّتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُواْ دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلاَئِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلاَبِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُواْ بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إَلاَّ مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |حرمت - Forbidden| عليكم - to you| أمهاتكم - (are) your mothers| وبناتكم - and your daughters| وأخواتكم - and your sisters| وعماتكم - and your father's sisters| وخالاتكم - and your mother's sisters| وبنات - and daughters| الأخ - (of) brothers,| وبنات - and daughters| الأخت - (of) sisters| وأمهاتكم - and (the) mothers| اللاتي - who| أرضعنكم - nursed you| وأخواتكم - and your sisters| من - from| الرضاعة - the nursing| وأمهات - and mothers| نسائكم - (of) your wives| وربائبكم - and your step daughters| اللاتي - who| في - (are) in| حجوركم - your guardianship| من - of| نسائكم - your women| اللاتي - whom| دخلتم - you had relations| بهن - with them,| فإن - but if| لم - not| تكونوا - you had| دخلتم - relations| بهن - with them,| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - sin| عليكم - on you.| وحلائل - And wives| أبنائكم - (of) your sons,| الذين - those who| من - (are) from| أصلابكم - your loins| وأن - and that| تجمعوا - you gather together| بين - [between]| الأختين - two sisters| إلا - except| ما - what| قد - has| سلف - passed before.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most-Merciful.| | ||||||
| 9 [4:25] | Waman lam yastatiAA minkum tawlanan yankiha almuhsanati almu/minatifamin ma malakat aymanukum min fatayatikumualmu/minati waAllahu aAAlamu bi-eemanikumbaAAdukum min baAAdin fainkihoohunnabi-ithni ahlihinna waatoohunna ojoorahunna bialmaAAroofimuhsanatin ghayra masafihatin walamuttakhithati akhdanin fa-itha ohsinnafa-in atayna bifahishatin faAAalayhinna nisfu maAAala almuhsanati mina alAAathabi thalikaliman khashiya alAAanata minkum waan tasbiroo khayrunlakum waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun | ومن لم يستطع منكم طولا أن ينكح المحصنات المؤمنات فمن ما ملكت أيمانكم من فتياتكم المؤمنات والله أعلم بإيمانكم بعضكم من بعض فانكحوهن بإذن أهلهن وآتوهن أجورهن بالمعروف محصنات غير مسافحات ولا متخذات أخدان فإذا أحصن فإن أتين بفاحشة فعليهن نصف ما على المحصنات من العذاب ذلك لمن خشي العنت منكم وأن تصبروا خير لكم والله غفور رحيم وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ وَأَن تَصْبِرُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| لم - (is) not| يستطع - able to| منكم - among you| طولا - afford| أن - to| ينكح - marry| المحصنات - the free chaste| المؤمنات - [the] believing women| فمن - then (marry) from| ما - what| ملكت - possess[ed]| أيمانكم - your right hands| من - of| فتياتكم - your slave girls -| المؤمنات - (of) the believers.| والله - And Allah| أعلم - knows best| بإيمانكم - about your faith.| بعضكم - You| من - (are) from| بعض - (one) another.| فانكحوهن - So marry them| بإذن - with (the) permission| أهلهن - (of) their family| وآتوهن - and give them| أجورهن - their bridal due| بالمعروف - in a fair manner.| محصنات - (They should be) chaste| غير - not| مسافحات - those who commit immorality| ولا - and not| متخذات - those who take| أخدان - secret lovers.| فإذا - Then when| أحصن - they are married| فإن - and if| أتين - they commit| بفاحشة - adultery| فعليهن - then for them| نصف - (is) half| ما - (of) what| على - (is) on| المحصنات - the free chaste women| من - of| العذاب - the punishment.| ذلك - That| لمن - (is) for whoever| خشي - fears| العنت - committing sin| منكم - among you| وأن - and that| تصبروا - you be patient| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you.| والله - And Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 10 [4:127] | Wayastaftoonaka fee alnnisa-iquli Allahu yufteekum feehinna wama yutlaAAalaykum fee alkitabi fee yatama alnnisa-iallatee la tu/toonahunna ma kutiba lahunnawatarghaboona an tankihoohunna waalmustadAAafeenamina alwildani waan taqoomoo lilyatama bialqistiwama tafAAaloo min khayrin fa-inna Allaha kanabihi AAaleeman | ويستفتونك في النساء قل الله يفتيكم فيهن وما يتلى عليكم في الكتاب في يتامى النساء اللاتي لا تؤتونهن ما كتب لهن وترغبون أن تنكحوهن والمستضعفين من الولدان وأن تقوموا لليتامى بالقسط وما تفعلوا من خير فإن الله كان به عليما وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ الَّاتِي لاَ تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ وَأَن تَقُومُواْ لِلْيَتَامَى بِالْقِسْطِ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِهِ عَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ويستفتونك - And they seek your ruling| في - concerning| النساء - the women.| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| يفتيكم - gives you the ruling| فيهن - about them| وما - and what| يتلى - is recited| عليكم - to you| في - in| الكتاب - the Book| في - concerning| يتامى - orphans| النساء - (of) girls| اللاتي - (to) whom| لا - not| تؤتونهن - (do) you give them| ما - what| كتب - is ordained| لهن - for them| وترغبون - and you desire| أن - to| تنكحوهن - marry them,| والمستضعفين - and the ones who are weak| من - of| الولدان - the children| وأن - and to| تقوموا - stand| لليتامى - for orphans| بالقسط - with justice.| وما - And whatever| تفعلوا - you do| من - of| خير - good| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| به - about it| عليما - All-Knowing.| | ||||||
| 11 [5:3] | Hurrimat AAalaykumu almaytatu waalddamuwalahmu alkhinzeeri wama ohilla lighayri Allahibihi waalmunkhaniqatu waalmawqoothatu waalmutaraddiyatuwaalnnateehatu wama akala alssabuAAuilla ma thakkaytum wama thubihaAAala alnnusubi waan tastaqsimoo bial-azlamithalikum fisqun alyawma ya-isa allatheena kafaroomin deenikum fala takhshawhum waikhshawni alyawmaakmaltu lakum deenakum waatmamtu AAalaykum niAAmatee waradeetulakumu al-islama deenan famani idturra fee makhmasatinghayra mutajanifin li-ithmin fa-inna Allahaghafoorun raheemun | حرمت عليكم الميتة والدم ولحم الخنزير وما أهل لغير الله به والمنخنقة والموقوذة والمتردية والنطيحة وما أكل السبع إلا ما ذكيتم وما ذبح على النصب وأن تستقسموا بالأزلام ذلكم فسق اليوم يئس الذين كفروا من دينكم فلا تخشوهم واخشون اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام دينا فمن اضطر في مخمصة غير متجانف لإثم فإن الله غفور رحيم حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالْدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللّهِ بِهِ وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُ وَالْمَوْقُوذَةُ وَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَالنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِلاَّ مَا ذَكَّيْتُمْ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ وَأَن تَسْتَقْسِمُواْ بِالْأَزْلاَمِ ذَلِكُمْ فِسْقٌ الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن دِينِكُمْ فَلاَ تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلاَمَ دِينًا فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِّإِثْمٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |حرمت - Are made unlawful| عليكم - on you| الميتة - the dead animals,| والدم - and the blood,| ولحم - and flesh| الخنزير - (of) the swine,| وما - and what| أهل - has been dedicated| لغير - to other than| الله - Allah,| به - [on it],| والمنخنقة - and that which is strangled (to death),| والموقوذة - and that which is hit fatally,| والمتردية - and that which has a fatal fall,| والنطيحة - and that which is gored by horns,| وما - and that which| أكل - ate (it)| السبع - the wild animal| إلا - except| ما - what| ذكيتم - you slaughtered,| وما - and what| ذبح - is sacrificed| على - on| النصب - the stone altars,| وأن - and that| تستقسموا - you seek division| بالأزلام - by divining arrows -| ذلكم - that| فسق - (is) grave disobedience.| اليوم - This day| يئس - (have) despaired| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| من - of| دينكم - your religion,| فلا - so (do) not| تخشوهم - fear them,| واخشون - but fear Me.| اليوم - This day| أكملت - I have perfected| لكم - for you| دينكم - your religion| وأتممت - and I have completed| عليكم - upon you| نعمتي - My Favor| ورضيت - and I have approved| لكم - for you| الإسلام - [the] Islam| دينا - (as) a religion.| فمن - But whoever| اضطر - (is) forced| في - by| مخمصة - hunger| غير - (and) not| متجانف - inclining| لإثم - to sin,| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 12 [5:49] | Waani ohkum baynahum bimaanzala Allahu wala tattabiAA ahwaahum waihtharhuman yaftinooka AAan baAAdi ma anzala Allahuilayka fa-in tawallaw faiAAlam annama yureedu Allahuan yuseebahum bibaAAdi thunoobihim wa-innakatheeran mina alnnasi lafasiqoona | وأن احكم بينهم بما أنزل الله ولا تتبع أهواءهم واحذرهم أن يفتنوك عن بعض ما أنزل الله إليك فإن تولوا فاعلم أنما يريد الله أن يصيبهم ببعض ذنوبهم وإن كثيرا من الناس لفاسقون وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأن - And that| احكم - you judge| بينهم - between them| بما - by what| أنزل - (has) revealed| الله - Allah| ولا - and (do) not| تتبع - follow| أهواءهم - their vain desires| واحذرهم - and beware of them| أن - lest| يفتنوك - they tempt you away| عن - from| بعض - some| ما - (of) what| أنزل - has revealed| الله - Allah| إليك - to you.| فإن - And if| تولوا - they turn away| فاعلم - then know that| أنما - only| يريد - intends| الله - Allah| أن - to| يصيبهم - afflict them| ببعض - for some| ذنوبهم - (of) their sins.| وإن - And indeed,| كثيرا - many| من - of| الناس - the people| لفاسقون - (are) defiantly disobedient.| | ||||||
| 13 [5:59] | Qul ya ahla alkitabi haltanqimoona minna illa an amanna biAllahiwama onzila ilayna wama onzila min qabluwaanna aktharakum fasiqoona | قل يا أهل الكتاب هل تنقمون منا إلا أن آمنا بالله وما أنزل إلينا وما أنزل من قبل وأن أكثركم فاسقون قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ هَلْ تَنقِمُونَ مِنَّا إِلاَّ أَنْ آمَنَّا بِاللّهِ وَمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلُ وَأَنَّ أَكْثَرَكُمْ فَاسِقُونَ | |||||

| 14 [5:97] | JaAAala Allahu alkaAAbata albayta alharamaqiyaman lilnnasi waalshshahra alharamawaalhadya waalqala-ida thalikalitaAAlamoo anna Allaha yaAAlamu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi waanna Allaha bikullishay-in AAaleemun | جعل الله الكعبة البيت الحرام قياما للناس والشهر الحرام والهدي والقلائد ذلك لتعلموا أن الله يعلم ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وأن الله بكل شيء عليم جَعَلَ اللّهُ الْكَعْبَةَ الْبَيْتَ الْحَرَامَ قِيَامًا لِّلنَّاسِ وَالشَّهْرَ الْحَرَامَ وَالْهَدْيَ وَالْقَلاَئِدَ ذَلِكَ لِتَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ | |||||

| 15 [5:98] | IAAlamoo anna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabiwaanna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun | اعلموا أن الله شديد العقاب وأن الله غفور رحيم اعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||

| 17 [6:153] | Waanna hatha sirateemustaqeeman faittabiAAoohu wala tattabiAAoo alssubulafatafarraqa bikum AAan sabeelihi thalikum wassakumbihi laAAallakum tattaqoona | وأن هذا صراطي مستقيما فاتبعوه ولا تتبعوا السبل فتفرق بكم عن سبيله ذلكم وصاكم به لعلكم تتقون وَأَنَّ هَـذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأن - And that,| هذا - this| صراطي - (is) My path,| مستقيما - straight,| فاتبعوه - so follow it.| ولا - And (do) not| تتبعوا - follow| السبل - the (other) paths,| فتفرق - then they will separate| بكم - you| عن - from| سبيله - His path.| ذلكم - That| وصاكم - (He) has enjoined on you| به - [with it]| لعلكم - so that you may| تتقون - become righteous.| | ||||||
| 18 [7:33] | Qul innama harrama rabbiyaalfawahisha ma thahara minhawama batana waal-ithma waalbaghyabighayri alhaqqi waan tushrikoo biAllahi malam yunazzil bihi sultanan waan taqooloo AAala Allahima la taAAlamoona | قل إنما حرم ربي الفواحش ما ظهر منها وما بطن والإثم والبغي بغير الحق وأن تشركوا بالله ما لم ينزل به سلطانا وأن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُواْ بِاللّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَن تَقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||

| 19 [7:185] | Awalam yanthuroo feemalakooti alssamawati waal-ardiwama khalaqa Allahu min shay-in waan AAasaan yakoona qadi iqtaraba ajaluhum fabi-ayyi hadeethinbaAAdahu yu/minoona | أولم ينظروا في ملكوت السماوات والأرض وما خلق الله من شيء وأن عسى أن يكون قد اقترب أجلهم فبأي حديث بعده يؤمنون أَوَلَمْ يَنظُرُواْ فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ وَأَنْ عَسَى أَن يَكُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
