| 1 [4:23] | Hurrimat AAalaykum ommahatukumwabanatukum waakhawatukum waAAammatukum wakhalatukumwabanatu al-akhi wabanatu al-okhti waommahatukumuallatee ardaAAnakum waakhawatukum mina alrradaAAatiwaommahatu nisa-ikum waraba-ibukumu allateefee hujoorikum min nisa-ikumu allateedakhaltum bihinna fa-in lam takoonoo dakhaltum bihinna falajunaha AAalaykum wahala-ilu abna-ikumuallatheena min aslabikum waan tajmaAAoobayna al-okhtayni illa ma qad salafa inna Allahakana ghafooran raheeman |  حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم وبناتكم وأخواتكم وعماتكم وخالاتكم وبنات الأخ وبنات الأخت وأمهاتكم اللاتي أرضعنكم وأخواتكم من الرضاعة وأمهات نسائكم وربائبكم اللاتي في حجوركم من نسائكم اللاتي دخلتم بهن فإن لم تكونوا دخلتم بهن فلا جناح عليكم وحلائل أبنائكم الذين من أصلابكم وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين إلا ما قد سلف إن الله كان غفورا رحيماحُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالاَتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللاَّتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَآئِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللاَّتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِكُمُ اللاَّتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُواْ دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلاَئِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلاَبِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُواْ بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إَلاَّ مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |حرمت - Forbidden| عليكم - to you| أمهاتكم - (are) your mothers| وبناتكم - and your daughters| وأخواتكم - and your sisters| وعماتكم - and your father's sisters| وخالاتكم - and your mother's sisters| وبنات - and daughters| الأخ - (of) brothers,| وبنات - and daughters| الأخت - (of) sisters| وأمهاتكم - and (the) mothers| اللاتي - who| أرضعنكم - nursed you| وأخواتكم - and your sisters| من - from| الرضاعة - the nursing| وأمهات - and mothers| نسائكم - (of) your wives| وربائبكم - and your step daughters| اللاتي - who| في - (are) in| حجوركم - your guardianship| من - of| نسائكم - your women| اللاتي - whom| دخلتم - you had relations| بهن - with them,| فإن - but if| لم - not| تكونوا - you had| دخلتم - relations| بهن - with them,| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - sin| عليكم - on you.| وحلائل - And wives| أبنائكم - (of) your sons,| الذين - those who| من - (are) from| أصلابكم - your loins| وأن - and that| تجمعوا - you gather together| بين - [between]| الأختين - two sisters| إلا - except| ما - what| قد - has| سلف - passed before.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most-Merciful.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:43] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola taqraboo alssalata waantum sukarahatta taAAlamoo ma taqooloona walajunuban illa AAabiree sabeelin hattataghtasiloo wa-in kuntum marda aw AAala safarin awjaa ahadun minkum mina algha-iti aw lamastumualnnisaa falam tajidoo maan fatayammamoo saAAeedantayyiban faimsahoo biwujoohikum waaydeekuminna Allaha kana AAafuwwan ghafooran | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تقربوا الصلاة وأنتم سكارى حتى تعلموا ما تقولون ولا جنبا إلا عابري سبيل حتى تغتسلوا وإن كنتم مرضى أو على سفر أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط أو لامستم النساء فلم تجدوا ماء فتيمموا صعيدا طيبا فامسحوا بوجوهكم وأيديكم إن الله كان عفوا غفورا يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّى تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُبًا إِلاَّ عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّنَ الْغَآئِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| لا - (Do) not| تقربوا - go near| الصلاة - the prayer| وأنتم - while you| سكارى - (are) intoxicated| حتى - until| تعلموا - you know| ما - what| تقولون - you are saying| ولا - and not| جنبا - (when you are) impure| إلا - except| عابري - (when) passing| سبيل - (through) a way| حتى - until| تغتسلوا - you have bathed.| وإن - And if| كنتم - you are| مرضى - ill| أو - or| على - on| سفر - a journey| أو - or| جاء - came| أحد - one| منكم - of you| من - from| الغائط - the toilet,| أو - or| لامستم - you have touched| النساء - the women| فلم - and not| تجدوا - you find| ماء - water,| فتيمموا - then do tayammum| صعيدا - (with) earth| طيبا - clean| فامسحوا - and wipe (with it)| بوجوهكم - your faces| وأيديكم - and your hands.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عفوا - Oft-Pardoning,| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:96] | Darajatin minhu wamaghfiratan warahmatanwakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman | درجات منه ومغفرة ورحمة وكان الله غفورا رحيما دَرَجَاتٍ مِّنْهُ وَمَغْفِرَةً وَرَحْمَةً وَكَانَ اللّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||

| 4 [4:99] | Faola-ika AAasa Allahuan yaAAfuwa AAanhum wakana Allahu AAafuwwan ghafooran | فأولئك عسى الله أن يعفو عنهم وكان الله عفوا غفورا فَأُوْلَـئِكَ عَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُمْ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |فأولئك - Then those,| عسى - may be,| الله - Allah| أن - will| يعفو - pardon| عنهم - [on] them,| وكان - and is| الله - Allah| عفوا - Oft-Pardoning,| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving.| | ||||||
| 5 [4:100] | Waman yuhajir fee sabeeli Allahiyajid fee al-ardi muraghaman katheeran wasaAAatanwaman yakhruj min baytihi muhajiran ila Allahiwarasoolihi thumma yudrik-hu almawtu faqad waqaAAa ajruhu AAalaAllahi wakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman | ومن يهاجر في سبيل الله يجد في الأرض مراغما كثيرا وسعة ومن يخرج من بيته مهاجرا إلى الله ورسوله ثم يدركه الموت فقد وقع أجره على الله وكان الله غفورا رحيما وَمَن يُهَاجِرْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ يَجِدْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُرَاغَمًا كَثِيرًا وَسَعَةً وَمَن يَخْرُجْ مِن بَيْتِهِ مُهَاجِرًا إِلَى اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ يُدْرِكْهُ الْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللّهِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يهاجر - emigrates| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah,| يجد - will find| في - in| الأرض - the earth| مراغما - place(s) of refuge -| كثيرا - many,| وسعة - and abundance.| ومن - And whoever| يخرج - leaves| من - from| بيته - his home| مهاجرا - (as) an emigrant| إلى - to| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| ثم - then| يدركه - overtakes him| الموت - [the] death,| فقد - then certainly| وقع - (became) incumbent| أجره - his reward| على - on| الله - Allah.| وكان - And is| الله - Allah| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 6 [4:106] | Waistaghfiri Allaha inna Allahakana ghafooran raheeman | واستغفر الله إن الله كان غفورا رحيما وَاسْتَغْفِرِ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |واستغفر - And seek forgiveness| الله - (of) Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 7 [4:110] | Waman yaAAmal soo-an aw yathlimnafsahu thumma yastaghfiri Allaha yajidi Allahaghafooran raheeman | ومن يعمل سوءا أو يظلم نفسه ثم يستغفر الله يجد الله غفورا رحيما وَمَن يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا أَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُ ثُمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرِ اللّهَ يَجِدِ اللّهَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||

| 8 [4:129] | Walan tastateeAAoo an taAAdiloobayna alnnisa-i walaw harastum falatameeloo kulla almayli fatatharooha kaalmuAAallaqatiwa-in tuslihoo watattaqoo fa-inna Allaha kanaghafooran raheeman | ولن تستطيعوا أن تعدلوا بين النساء ولو حرصتم فلا تميلوا كل الميل فتذروها كالمعلقة وإن تصلحوا وتتقوا فإن الله كان غفورا رحيما وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُواْ أَن تَعْدِلُواْ بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ فَلاَ تَمِيلُواْ كُلَّ الْمَيْلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَالْمُعَلَّقَةِ وَإِن تُصْلِحُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ولن - And never| تستطيعوا - will you be able| أن - to| تعدلوا - deal justly| بين - between| النساء - [the] women| ولو - even if| حرصتم - you desired,| فلا - but (do) not| تميلوا - incline| كل - (with) all| الميل - the inclination| فتذروها - and leave her (the other)| كالمعلقة - like the suspended one.| وإن - And if| تصلحوا - you reconcile| وتتقوا - and fear (Allah)| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 9 [4:152] | Waallatheena amanoo biAllahiwarusulihi walam yufarriqoo bayna ahadin minhum ola-ikasawfa yu/teehim ojoorahum wakana Allahu ghafooranraheeman | والذين آمنوا بالله ورسله ولم يفرقوا بين أحد منهم أولئك سوف يؤتيهم أجورهم وكان الله غفورا رحيما وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَلَمْ يُفَرِّقُواْ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُمْ أُوْلَـئِكَ سَوْفَ يُؤْتِيهِمْ أُجُورَهُمْ وَكَانَ اللّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who| آمنوا - believe| بالله - in Allah| ورسله - and His Messengers| ولم - and not| يفرقوا - they differentiate| بين - between| أحد - (any) one| منهم - of them,| أولئك - those -| سوف - soon| يؤتيهم - He will give them| أجورهم - their reward.| وكان - And is| الله - Allah| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 10 [17:25] | Rabbukum aAAlamu bima fee nufoosikumin takoonoo saliheena fa-innahu kana lil-awwabeenaghafooran | ربكم أعلم بما في نفوسكم إن تكونوا صالحين فإنه كان للأوابين غفورا رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِي نُفُوسِكُمْ إِن تَكُونُواْ صَالِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لِلْأَوَّابِينَ غَفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |ربكم - Your Lord| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بما - of what| في - (is) in| نفوسكم - yourselves.| إن - If| تكونوا - you are| صالحين - righteous,| فإنه - then indeed, He| كان - is| للأوابين - to those who often turn (to Him)| غفورا - Most Forgiving.| | ||||||
| 11 [17:44] | Tusabbihu lahu alssamawatualssabAAu waal-ardu waman feehinna wa-in minshay-in illa yusabbihu bihamdihi walakinla tafqahoona tasbeehahum innahu kana haleemanghafooran | تسبح له السماوات السبع والأرض ومن فيهن وإن من شيء إلا يسبح بحمده ولكن لا تفقهون تسبيحهم إنه كان حليما غفورا تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَلَـكِن لاَّ تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |تسبح - Glorify| له - [to] Him| السماوات - the seven heavens| السبع - the seven heavens| والأرض - and the earth| ومن - and whatever| فيهن - (is) in them.| وإن - And (there is) not| من - any| شيء - thing| إلا - except| يسبح - glorifies| بحمده - His Praise,| ولكن - but| لا - not| تفقهون - you understand| تسبيحهم - their glorification.| إنه - Indeed, He| كان - is| حليما - Ever-Forbearing,| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving."| | ||||||
| 12 [25:6] | Qul anzalahu allathee yaAAlamu alssirrafee alssamawati waal-ardiinnahu kana ghafooran raheeman | قل أنزله الذي يعلم السر في السماوات والأرض إنه كان غفورا رحيما قُلْ أَنزَلَهُ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||

| 13 [25:70] | Illa man taba waamanawaAAamila AAamalan salihan faola-ikayubaddilu Allahu sayyi-atihim hasanatinwakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman | إلا من تاب وآمن وعمل عملا صالحا فأولئك يبدل الله سيئاتهم حسنات وكان الله غفورا رحيما إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُوْلَئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |إلا - Except| من - (he) who| تاب - repents| وآمن - and believes| وعمل - and does| عملا - righteous deeds,| صالحا - righteous deeds,| فأولئك - then (for) those| يبدل - Allah will replace| الله - Allah will replace| سيئاتهم - their evil deeds| حسنات - (with) good ones.| وكان - And is| الله - Allah| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 14 [33:5] | OdAAoohum li-aba-ihim huwa aqsatuAAinda Allahi fa-in lam taAAlamoo abaahumfa-ikhwanukum fee alddeeni wamawaleekumwalaysa AAalaykum junahun feema akhta/tumbihi walakin ma taAAammadat quloobukum wakanaAllahu ghafooran raheeman | ادعوهم لآبائهم هو أقسط عند الله فإن لم تعلموا آباءهم فإخوانكم في الدين ومواليكم وليس عليكم جناح فيما أخطأتم به ولكن ما تعمدت قلوبكم وكان الله غفورا رحيما ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللَّهِ فَإِن لَّمْ تَعْلَمُوا آبَاءَهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَمَوَالِيكُمْ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَخْطَأْتُم بِهِ وَلَكِن مَّا تَعَمَّدَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ادعوهم - Call them| لآبائهم - by their fathers;| هو - it| أقسط - (is) more just| عند - near| الله - Allah.| فإن - But if| لم - not| تعلموا - you know| آباءهم - their fathers -| فإخوانكم - then (they are) your brothers| في - in| الدين - [the] religion| ومواليكم - and your friends.| وليس - But not is| عليكم - upon you| جناح - any blame| فيما - in what| أخطأتم - you made a mistake| به - in it,| ولكن - but| ما - what| تعمدت - intended| قلوبكم - your hearts.| وكان - And Allah| الله - And Allah| غفورا - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 15 [33:24] | Liyajziya Allahu alssadiqeenabisidqihim wayuAAaththiba almunafiqeena inshaa aw yatooba AAalayhim inna Allaha kanaghafooran raheeman | ليجزي الله الصادقين بصدقهم ويعذب المنافقين إن شاء أو يتوب عليهم إن الله كان غفورا رحيما لِّيَجْزِيَ اللَّهُ الصَّادِقِينَ بِصِدْقِهِمْ وَيُعَذِّبَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ إِن شَاءَ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ليجزي - That Allah may reward| الله - That Allah may reward| الصادقين - the truthful| بصدقهم - for their truth| ويعذب - and punish| المنافقين - the hypocrites| إن - if| شاء - He wills| أو - or| يتوب - turn in mercy| عليهم - to them.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 16 [33:50] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyuinna ahlalna laka azwajaka allateeatayta ojoorahunna wama malakat yameenuka mimmaafaa Allahu AAalayka wabanati AAammika wabanatiAAammatika wabanati khalika wabanatikhalatika allatee hajarna maAAaka waimraatanmu/minatan in wahabat nafsaha lilnnabiyyi in aradaalnnabiyyu an yastankihaha khalisatanlaka min dooni almu/mineena qad AAalimna ma faradnaAAalayhim fee azwajihim wama malakat aymanuhumlikayla yakoona AAalayka harajun wakana Allahughafooran raheeman | يا أيها النبي إنا أحللنا لك أزواجك اللاتي آتيت أجورهن وما ملكت يمينك مما أفاء الله عليك وبنات عمك وبنات عماتك وبنات خالك وبنات خالاتك اللاتي هاجرن معك وامرأة مؤمنة إن وهبت نفسها للنبي إن أراد النبي أن يستنكحها خالصة لك من دون المؤمنين قد علمنا ما فرضنا عليهم في أزواجهم وما ملكت أيمانهم لكيلا يكون عليك حرج وكان الله غفورا رحيما يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ أَزْوَاجَكَ اللَّاتِي آتَيْتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّاتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالَاتِكَ اللَّاتِي هَاجَرْنَ مَعَكَ وَامْرَأَةً مُّؤْمِنَةً إِن وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ إِنْ أَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ أَن يَسْتَنكِحَهَا خَالِصَةً لَّكَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا فَرَضْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِي أَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ لِكَيْلَا يَكُونَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||

| 17 [33:59] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyuqul li-azwajika wabanatika wanisa-ialmu/mineena yudneena AAalayhinna min jalabeebihinna thalikaadna an yuAArafna fala yu/thayna wakanaAllahu ghafooran raheeman | يا أيها النبي قل لأزواجك وبناتك ونساء المؤمنين يدنين عليهن من جلابيبهن ذلك أدنى أن يعرفن فلا يؤذين وكان الله غفورا رحيما يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||

| 18 [33:73] | LiyuAAaththiba Allahu almunafiqeenawaalmunafiqati waalmushrikeena waalmushrikatiwayatooba Allahu AAala almu/mineena waalmu/minatiwakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman | ليعذب الله المنافقين والمنافقات والمشركين والمشركات ويتوب الله على المؤمنين والمؤمنات وكان الله غفورا رحيما لِّيُعَذِّبَ اللَّهُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْمُشْرِكَاتِ وَيَتُوبَ اللَّهُ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||

| 19 [35:41] | Inna Allaha yumsiku alssamawatiwaal-arda an tazoola wala-in zalatain amsakahuma min ahadin min baAAdihi innahu kanahaleeman ghafooran | إن الله يمسك السماوات والأرض أن تزولا ولئن زالتا إن أمسكهما من أحد من بعده إنه كان حليما غفورا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُمْسِكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ أَن تَزُولَا وَلَئِن زَالَتَا إِنْ أَمْسَكَهُمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِّن بَعْدِهِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًا | |||||
