| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[4:99] | Faola-ika AAasa Allahuan yaAAfuwa AAanhum wakana Allahu AAafuwwan ghafooran
|  فأولئك عسى الله أن يعفو عنهم وكان الله عفوا غفورا
فَأُوْلَـئِكَ عَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُمْ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا |
| Words | |فأولئك - Then those,| عسى - may be,| الله - Allah| أن - will| يعفو - pardon| عنهم - [on] them,| وكان - and is| الله - Allah| عفوا - Oft-Pardoning,| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving.| |

| እነዚያም አላህ ከእነርሱ ይቅርታ ሊያደርግ ይሻል፡፡ አላህም ይቅር ባይ መሓሪ ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فأولئك عسى اللهُ أن يعفو عنهم وكان الله عفوَّا غفورا } . |
| Widak, amar Öebbi ad asen Isemmeê. Öebbi Izga Ipqili, Ipsemmiê. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতএব, আশা করা যায়, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন। আল্লাহ মার্জনাকারী, ক্ষমাশীল। |
| Literal | So those, maybe God that He forgives/pardons on them, and God was/is often forgiving, (a) forgiver. |
| Yusuf Ali | For these, there is hope that Allah will forgive: For Allah doth blot out (sins) and forgive again and again. |
| Pickthal | As for such, it may be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is ever Clement, Forgiving. |
| Arberry | haply them God will yet pardon, for God is All-pardoning, All-forgiving. |
