1 [4:98] | Illa almustadAAafeena mina alrrijaliwaalnnisa-i waalwildani layastateeAAoona heelatan wala yahtadoonasabeelan
| إلا المستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان لا يستطيعون حيلة ولا يهتدون سبيلا إِلاَّ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلاَ يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلاً |
Words | |إلا - Except| المستضعفين - the oppressed| من - among| الرجال - the men| والنساء - and the women| والولدان - and the children| لا - (who) not| يستطيعون - are able to| حيلة - plan| ولا - and not| يهتدون - they are directed| سبيلا - (to) a way.| |

| ግን ከወንዶችና ከሴቶች ከሕፃኖችም ሲኾኑ (ለመውጣት) መላን የማይችሉና መንገድንም የማይምመሩ ደካሞች (ቅጣት የለባቸውም) |
آل الجلالين | { إلا المستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان } الذين { لا يستطيعون حيلة } لا قوة لهم على الهجرة ولا نفقة { ولا يهتدون سبيلا } طريقا إلى أرض الهجرة . |
| Kkes ed uôhifen, argaz, tameîîut, agrud, ur nezmir i tsensert, ur nepwanhu s abrid. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | কিন্তু পুরুষ, নারী ও শিশুদের মধ্যে যারা অসহায়, তারা কোন উপায় করতে পারে না এবং পথও জানে না। |
Literal | Except the weakened from the men, and the women, and the children, they are not able (of a) solution (means) and nor they be guided a way/path. |
Yusuf Ali | Except those who are (really) weak and oppressed - men, women, and children - who have no means in their power, nor (a guide-post) to their way. |
