| 2 [2:187] | Ohilla lakum laylata alssiyamialrrafathu ila nisa-ikum hunna libasunlakum waantum libasun lahunna AAalima Allahuannakum kuntum takhtanoona anfusakum fatabaAAalaykum waAAafa AAankum faal-ana bashiroohunnawaibtaghoo ma kataba Allahu lakum wakuloo waishraboohatta yatabayyana lakumu alkhaytu al-abyadumina alkhayti al-aswadi mina alfajri thumma atimmoo alssiyamaila allayli wala tubashiroohunna waantum AAakifoonafee almasajidi tilka hudoodu Allahi falataqrabooha kathalika yubayyinu Allahu ayatihililnnasi laAAallahum yattaqoona | أحل لكم ليلة الصيام الرفث إلى نسائكم هن لباس لكم وأنتم لباس لهن علم الله أنكم كنتم تختانون أنفسكم فتاب عليكم وعفا عنكم فالآن باشروهن وابتغوا ما كتب الله لكم وكلوا واشربوا حتى يتبين لكم الخيط الأبيض من الخيط الأسود من الفجر ثم أتموا الصيام إلى الليل ولا تباشروهن وأنتم عاكفون في المساجد تلك حدود الله فلا تقربوها كذلك يبين الله آياته للناس لعلهم يتقون أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَى نِسَآئِكُمْ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَّهُنَّ عَلِمَ اللّهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنكُمْ فَالْآنَ بَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُواْ مَا كَتَبَ اللّهُ لَكُمْ وَكُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّواْ الصِّيَامَ إِلَى الَّيْلِ وَلاَ تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ فَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أحل - Permitted| لكم - for you| ليلة - (in the) nights| الصيام - (of) fasting| الرفث - (is) the approach| إلى - to| نسائكم - your wives.| هن - They| لباس - (are) garments| لكم - for you| وأنتم - and you| لباس - (are) garments| لهن - for them.| علم - Knows| الله - Allah| أنكم - that you| كنتم - used to| تختانون - deceive| أنفسكم - yourselves,| فتاب - so He turned| عليكم - towards you| وعفا - and He forgave| عنكم - [on] you.| فالآن - So now| باشروهن - have relations with them| وابتغوا - and seek| ما - what| كتب - has ordained| الله - Allah| لكم - for you.| وكلوا - And eat| واشربوا - and drink| حتى - until| يتبين - becomes distinct| لكم - to you| الخيط - the thread| الأبيض - [the] white| من - from| الخيط - the thread| الأسود - [the] black| من - of| الفجر - [the] dawn.| ثم - Then| أتموا - complete| الصيام - the fast| إلى - till| الليل - the night.| ولا - And (do) not| تباشروهن - have relations with them| وأنتم - while you| عاكفون - (are) secluded| في - in| المساجد - the masajid.| تلك - These| حدود - (are the) limits| الله - (set by) Allah,| فلا - so (do) not| تقربوها - approach them.| كذلك - Thus| يبين - makes clear| الله - Allah| آياته - His verses| للناس - for [the] people| لعلهم - so that they may| يتقون - (become) righteous.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:271] | In tubdoo alssadaqatifaniAAimma hiya wa-in tukhfooha watu/toohaalfuqaraa fahuwa khayrun lakum wayukaffiru AAankum minsayyi-atikum waAllahu bimataAAmaloona khabeerun | إن تبدوا الصدقات فنعما هي وإن تخفوها وتؤتوها الفقراء فهو خير لكم ويكفر عنكم من سيئاتكم والله بما تعملون خبير إِن تُبْدُواْ الصَّدَقَاتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَ وَإِن تُخْفُوهَا وَتُؤْتُوهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنكُم مِّن سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَاللّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تبدوا - you disclose| الصدقات - the charities| فنعما - then good| هي - it (is).| وإن - But if| تخفوها - you keep it secret| وتؤتوها - and give it| الفقراء - (to) the poor,| فهو - then it| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you.| ويكفر - And He will remove| عنكم - from you| من - [of]| سيئاتكم - your evil deeds.| والله - And Allah| بما - with what| تعملون - you do| خبير - (is) All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:152] | Walaqad sadaqakumu AllahuwaAAdahu ith tahussoonahum bi-ithnihi hattaitha fashiltum watanazaAAtum fee al-amri waAAasaytummin baAAdi ma arakum ma tuhibboonaminkum man yureedu alddunya waminkum man yureedual-akhirata thumma sarafakum AAanhum liyabtaliyakumwalaqad AAafa AAankum waAllahu thoofadlin AAala almu/mineena | ولقد صدقكم الله وعده إذ تحسونهم بإذنه حتى إذا فشلتم وتنازعتم في الأمر وعصيتم من بعد ما أراكم ما تحبون منكم من يريد الدنيا ومنكم من يريد الآخرة ثم صرفكم عنهم ليبتليكم ولقد عفا عنكم والله ذو فضل على المؤمنين وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَكُمُ اللّهُ وَعْدَهُ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُم بِإِذْنِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا فَشِلْتُمْ وَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَعَصَيْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا أَرَاكُم مَّا تُحِبُّونَ مِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الدُّنْيَا وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الْآخِرَةَ ثُمَّ صَرَفَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِيَبْتَلِيَكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنكُمْ وَاللّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| صدقكم - fulfilled to you| الله - Allah| وعده - His promise,| إذ - when| تحسونهم - you were killing them| بإذنه - by His permission,| حتى - until| إذا - when| فشلتم - you lost courage| وتنازعتم - and you fell into dispute| في - concerning| الأمر - the order| وعصيتم - and you disobeyed| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| أراكم - He (had) shown you| ما - what| تحبون - you love.| منكم - Among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الدنيا - the world| ومنكم - and among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| ثم - Then| صرفكم - He diverted you| عنهم - from them| ليبتليكم - so that He may test you.| ولقد - And surely| عفا - He forgave| عنكم - you.| والله - And Allah| ذو - (is the) Possessor| فضل - (of) Bounty| على - for| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 5 [4:28] | Yureedu Allahu an yukhaffifa AAankumwakhuliqa al-insanu daAAeefan | يريد الله أن يخفف عنكم وخلق الإنسان ضعيفا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَن يُخَفِّفَ عَنكُمْ وَخُلِقَ الْإِنسَانُ ضَعِيفًا | |||||
| Words | |يريد - Wishes| الله - Allah| أن - to| يخفف - lighten| عنكم - for you;| وخلق - and was created| الإنسان - the mankind| ضعيفا - weak.| | ||||||
| 6 [4:31] | In tajtaniboo kaba-ira matunhawna AAanhu nukaffir AAankum sayyi-atikum wanudkhilkummudkhalan kareeman | إن تجتنبوا كبائر ما تنهون عنه نكفر عنكم سيئاتكم وندخلكم مدخلا كريما إِن تَجْتَنِبُواْ كَبَآئِرَ مَا تُنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ نُكَفِّرْ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَنُدْخِلْكُم مُّدْخَلاً كَرِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تجتنبوا - you avoid| كبائر - great (sins)| ما - (of) what| تنهون - you are forbidden| عنه - from [it],| نكفر - We will remove| عنكم - from you| سيئاتكم - your evil deeds| وندخلكم - and We will admit you| مدخلا - (to) an entrance| كريما - noble.| | ||||||
| 7 [5:11] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooothkuroo niAAmata Allahi AAalaykum ith hammaqawmun an yabsutoo ilaykum aydiyahum fakaffa aydiyahumAAankum waittaqoo Allaha waAAala Allahifalyatawakkali almu/minoona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا اذكروا نعمت الله عليكم إذ هم قوم أن يبسطوا إليكم أيديهم فكف أيديهم عنكم واتقوا الله وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ هَمَّ قَوْمٌ أَن يَبْسُطُواْ إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَكَفَّ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَنكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| اذكروا - Remember| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - upon you| إذ - when| هم - determined| قوم - a people| أن - that| يبسطوا - they stretch| إليكم - towards you| أيديهم - their hands,| فكف - but He restrained| أيديهم - their hands| عنكم - from you.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah.| وعلى - And upon| الله - Allah| فليتوكل - so let put the trust| المؤمنون - the believers.| | ||||||
| 8 [5:12] | Walaqad akhatha Allahu meethaqabanee isra-eela wabaAAathna minhumu ithnay AAasharanaqeeban waqala Allahu innee maAAakum la-inaqamtumu alssalata waataytumu alzzakatawaamantum birusulee waAAazzartumoohum waaqradtumuAllaha qardan hasanan laokaffiranna AAankumsayyi-atikum walaodkhilannakum jannatin tajree mintahtiha al-anharu faman kafara baAAda thalikaminkum faqad dalla sawaa alssabeeli | ولقد أخذ الله ميثاق بني إسرائيل وبعثنا منهم اثني عشر نقيبا وقال الله إني معكم لئن أقمتم الصلاة وآتيتم الزكاة وآمنتم برسلي وعزرتموهم وأقرضتم الله قرضا حسنا لأكفرن عنكم سيئاتكم ولأدخلنكم جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار فمن كفر بعد ذلك منكم فقد ضل سواء السبيل وَلَقَدْ أَخَذَ اللّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَآئِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيبًا وَقَالَ اللّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنتُم بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا لَّأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلَأُدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ فَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| أخذ - took| الله - Allah| ميثاق - a Covenant| بني - (from the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| وبعثنا - and We appointed| منهم - among them| اثني - two| عشر - (and) ten| نقيبا - leaders.| وقال - And said| الله - Allah,| إني - "Indeed, I (am)| معكم - with you,| لئن - if| أقمتم - you establish| الصلاة - the prayer| وآتيتم - and give| الزكاة - the zakah| وآمنتم - and you believe| برسلي - in My Messengers| وعزرتموهم - and you assist them| وأقرضتم - and you loan| الله - (to) Allah| قرضا - a loan| حسنا - goodly| لأكفرن - surely I will remove| عنكم - from you| سيئاتكم - your evil deeds| ولأدخلنكم - and I will surely admit you| جنات - (to) gardens| تجري - flow| من - from| تحتها - underneath them| الأنهار - the rivers.| فمن - But whoever| كفر - disbelieved| بعد - after| ذلك - that| منكم - among you,| فقد - then certainly| ضل - he strayed| سواء - (from) the way,| السبيل - the right.| | ||||||
| 9 [6:94] | Walaqad ji/tumoona furadakama khalaqnakum awwala marratin wataraktum makhawwalnakum waraa thuhoorikum wamanara maAAakum shufaAAaakumu allatheenazaAAamtum annahum feekum shurakao laqad taqattaAAabaynakum wadalla AAankum ma kuntum tazAAumoona | ولقد جئتمونا فرادى كما خلقناكم أول مرة وتركتم ما خولناكم وراء ظهوركم وما نرى معكم شفعاءكم الذين زعمتم أنهم فيكم شركاء لقد تقطع بينكم وضل عنكم ما كنتم تزعمون وَلَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا فُرَادَى كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَتَرَكْتُم مَّا خَوَّلْنَاكُمْ وَرَاءَ ظُهُورِكُمْ وَمَا نَرَى مَعَكُمْ شُفَعَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّهُمْ فِيكُمْ شُرَكَاءَ لَقَد تَّقَطَّعَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنكُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| جئتمونا - you have come to Us| فرادى - alone| كما - as| خلقناكم - We created you| أول - (the) first| مرة - time,| وتركتم - and you have left| ما - whatever| خولناكم - We bestowed (on) you| وراء - behind| ظهوركم - your backs.| وما - And not| نرى - We see| معكم - with you| شفعاءكم - your intercessors| الذين - those whom| زعمتم - you claimed| أنهم - that they (were)| فيكم - in your (matters)| شركاء - partners (with Allah).| لقد - Indeed,| تقطع - have been severed (bonds)| بينكم - between you| وضل - and is lost| عنكم - from you| ما - what| كنتم - you used to| تزعمون - claim."| | ||||||
| 10 [7:48] | Wanada as-habual-aAArafi rijalan yaAArifoonahum biseemahumqaloo ma aghna AAankum jamAAukum wamakuntum tastakbiroona | ونادى أصحاب الأعراف رجالا يعرفونهم بسيماهم قالوا ما أغنى عنكم جمعكم وما كنتم تستكبرون وَنَادَى أَصْحَابُ الْأَعْرَافِ رِجَالاً يَعْرِفُونَهُمْ بِسِيمَاهُمْ قَالُواْ مَا أَغْنَى عَنكُمْ جَمْعُكُمْ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ونادى - And (will) call out| أصحاب - (the) companions| الأعراف - (of) the heights| رجالا - (to) men| يعرفونهم - whom they recognize| بسيماهم - by their marks| قالوا - saying,| ما - "Not| أغنى - (has) availed| عنكم - [to] you| جمعكم - your gathering| وما - and what| كنتم - you were| تستكبرون - arrogant (about)."| | ||||||
| 11 [8:11] | Ith yughashsheekumu alnnuAAasaamanatan minhu wayunazzilu AAalaykum mina alssama-imaan liyutahhirakum bihi wayuthhiba AAankumrijza alshshaytani waliyarbita AAalaquloobikum wayuthabbita bihi al-aqdama | إذ يغشيكم النعاس أمنة منه وينزل عليكم من السماء ماء ليطهركم به ويذهب عنكم رجز الشيطان وليربط على قلوبكم ويثبت به الأقدام إِذْ يُغَشِّيكُمُ النُّعَاسَ أَمَنَةً مِّنْهُ وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيْكُم مِّن السَّمَاءِ مَاءً لِّيُطَهِّرَكُم بِهِ وَيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمْ رِجْزَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتَ بِهِ الْأَقْدَامَ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| يغشيكم - He covered you| النعاس - with [the] slumber,| أمنة - a security| منه - from Him,| وينزل - and sent down| عليكم - upon you| من - from| السماء - the sky| ماء - water,| ليطهركم - so that He may purify you| به - with it,| ويذهب - and take away| عنكم - from you| رجز - evil (suggestions)| الشيطان - (of) the Shaitaan.| وليربط - And to strengthen| على - [on]| قلوبكم - your hearts| ويثبت - and make firm| به - with it| الأقدام - your feet.| | ||||||
| 12 [8:19] | In tastaftihoo faqad jaakumualfathu wa-in tantahoo fahuwa khayrun lakum wa-intaAAoodoo naAAud walan tughniya AAankum fi-atukum shay-an walawkathurat waanna Allaha maAAa almu/mineena | إن تستفتحوا فقد جاءكم الفتح وإن تنتهوا فهو خير لكم وإن تعودوا نعد ولن تغني عنكم فئتكم شيئا ولو كثرت وأن الله مع المؤمنين إِن تَسْتَفْتِحُواْ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُمُ الْفَتْحُ وَإِن تَنتَهُواْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَعُودُواْ نَعُدْ وَلَن تُغْنِيَ عَنكُمْ فِئَتُكُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَوْ كَثُرَتْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تستفتحوا - you ask for victory| فقد - then certainly| جاءكم - has come to you| الفتح - the victory.| وإن - And if| تنتهوا - you desist,| فهو - then it (is)| خير - good| لكم - for you,| وإن - but if| تعودوا - you return,| نعد - We will return (too).| ولن - And never| تغني - will avail| عنكم - you| فئتكم - your forces| شيئا - anything,| ولو - even if| كثرت - (they are) numerous.| وأن - And that| الله - Allah| مع - (is) with| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 13 [8:29] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooin tattaqoo Allaha yajAAal lakum furqananwayukaffir AAankum sayyi-atikum wayaghfir lakum waAllahuthoo alfadli alAAatheemi | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن تتقوا الله يجعل لكم فرقانا ويكفر عنكم سيئاتكم ويغفر لكم والله ذو الفضل العظيم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِن تَتَّقُواْ اللّهَ يَجْعَل لَّكُمْ فُرْقَاناً وَيُكَفِّرْ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَاللّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| إن - If| تتقوا - you fear| الله - Allah,| يجعل - He will grant| لكم - you| فرقانا - a criterion| ويكفر - and will remove| عنكم - from you| سيئاتكم - your evil deeds| ويغفر - and forgive| لكم - you.| والله - And Allah| ذو - (is) the Possessor| الفضل - (of) Bounty,| العظيم - the Great.| | ||||||
| 14 [8:66] | Al-ana khaffafa Allahu AAankumwaAAalima anna feekum daAAfan fa-in yakun minkum mi-atun sabiratunyaghliboo mi-atayni wa-in yakun minkum alfun yaghliboo alfaynibi-ithni Allahi waAllahu maAAa alssabireena | الآن خفف الله عنكم وعلم أن فيكم ضعفا فإن يكن منكم مائة صابرة يغلبوا مائتين وإن يكن منكم ألف يغلبوا ألفين بإذن الله والله مع الصابرين الْآنَ خَفَّفَ اللّهُ عَنكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ ضَعْفًا فَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّئَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَغْلِبُواْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ أَلْفٌ يَغْلِبُواْ أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الآن - Now| خفف - has (been) lightened| الله - (by) Allah| عنكم - for you,| وعلم - and He knows| أن - that| فيكم - in you| ضعفا - (there) is weakness.| فإن - So if| يكن - (there) are| منكم - among you| مائة - a hundred| صابرة - steadfast,| يغلبوا - they will overcome| مائتين - two hundred.| وإن - And if| يكن - (there) are| منكم - among you| ألف - a thousand,| يغلبوا - they will overcome| ألفين - two thousand| بإذن - with (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah.| والله - And Allah| مع - (is) with| الصابرين - the steadfast.| | ||||||
| 15 [9:25] | Laqad nasarakumu Allahu feemawatina katheeratin wayawma hunaynin ithaAAjabatkum kathratukum falam tughni AAankum shay-an wadaqatAAalaykumu al-ardu bima rahubat thummawallaytum mudbireena | لقد نصركم الله في مواطن كثيرة ويوم حنين إذ أعجبتكم كثرتكم فلم تغن عنكم شيئا وضاقت عليكم الأرض بما رحبت ثم وليتم مدبرين لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللّهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْئًا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ | |||||

| 16 [12:67] | Waqala ya baniyya latadkhuloo min babin wahidin waodkhuloo minabwabin mutafarriqatin wama oghnee AAankum mina Allahimin shay-in ini alhukmu illa lillahiAAalayhi tawakkaltu waAAalayhi falyatawakkali almutawakkiloona | وقال يا بني لا تدخلوا من باب واحد وادخلوا من أبواب متفرقة وما أغني عنكم من الله من شيء إن الحكم إلا لله عليه توكلت وعليه فليتوكل المتوكلون وَقَالَ يَا بَنِيَّ لاَ تَدْخُلُواْ مِن بَابٍ وَاحِدٍ وَادْخُلُواْ مِنْ أَبْوَابٍ مُّتَفَرِّقَةٍ وَمَا أُغْنِي عَنكُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلّهِ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَعَلَيْهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And he said,| يا - O| بني - "O my sons!| لا - (Do) not| تدخلوا - enter| من - from| باب - one gate,| واحد - one gate,| وادخلوا - but enter| من - from| أبواب - gates| متفرقة - different.| وما - And not| أغني - I can avail| عنكم - you| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| شيء - thing.| إن - Not| الحكم - (is) the decision| إلا - except| لله - with Allah,| عليه - upon Him| توكلت - I put my trust| وعليه - and upon Him,| فليتوكل - let put (their) trust| المتوكلون - the ones who put trust."| | ||||||
| 17 [16:54] | Thumma itha kashafa alddurraAAankum itha fareequn minkum birabbihim yushrikoona | ثم إذا كشف الضر عنكم إذا فريق منكم بربهم يشركون ثُمَّ إِذَا كَشَفَ الضُّرَّ عَنكُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنكُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يُشْرِكُونَ | |||||

| 18 [17:56] | Quli odAAu allatheena zaAAamtum mindoonihi fala yamlikoona kashfa alddurriAAankum wala tahweelan | قل ادعوا الذين زعمتم من دونه فلا يملكون كشف الضر عنكم ولا تحويلا قُلِ ادْعُواْ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِهِ فَلاَ يَمْلِكُونَ كَشْفَ الضُّرِّ عَنكُمْ وَلاَ تَحْوِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| ادعوا - "Call| الذين - those whom| زعمتم - you claimed| من - besides Him,| دونه - besides Him,| فلا - [then] not| يملكون - they have power| كشف - (to) remove| الضر - the misfortunes| عنكم - from you| ولا - and not| تحويلا - (to) transfer (it)."| | ||||||
| 19 [33:33] | Waqarna fee buyootikunna walatabarrajna tabarruja aljahiliyyati al-oola waaqimnaalssalata waateena alzzakatawaatiAAna Allaha warasoolahu innama yureeduAllahu liyuthhiba AAankumu alrrijsa ahlaalbayti wayutahhirakum tatheeran | وقرن في بيوتكن ولا تبرجن تبرج الجاهلية الأولى وأقمن الصلاة وآتين الزكاة وأطعن الله ورسوله إنما يريد الله ليذهب عنكم الرجس أهل البيت ويطهركم تطهيرا وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتِينَ الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |وقرن - And stay| في - in| بيوتكن - your houses| ولا - and (do) not| تبرجن - display yourselves| تبرج - (as was the) display| الجاهلية - (of the times of) ignorance| الأولى - the former.| وأقمن - And establish| الصلاة - the prayer| وآتين - and give| الزكاة - zakah| وأطعن - and obey| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger.| إنما - Only| يريد - Allah wishes| الله - Allah wishes| ليذهب - to remove| عنكم - from you| الرجس - the impurity,| أهل - (O) People| البيت - (of) the House!| ويطهركم - And to purify you| تطهيرا - (with thorough) purification.| | ||||||
| 20 [39:7] | In takfuroo fa-inna Allaha ghaniyyunAAankum wala yarda liAAibadihi alkufra wa-intashkuroo yardahu lakum wala taziru waziratunwizra okhra thumma ila rabbikum marjiAAukumfayunabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona innahu AAaleemun bithatialssudoori | إن تكفروا فإن الله غني عنكم ولا يرضى لعباده الكفر وإن تشكروا يرضه لكم ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى ثم إلى ربكم مرجعكم فينبئكم بما كنتم تعملون إنه عليم بذات الصدور إِن تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنكُمْ وَلَا يَرْضَى لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ وَإِن تَشْكُرُوا يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تكفروا - you disbelieve| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| غني - (is) free from need| عنكم - of you.| ولا - And not| يرضى - He likes| لعباده - in His slaves| الكفر - ungratefulness.| وإن - And if| تشكروا - you are grateful| يرضه - He likes it| لكم - in you.| ولا - And not| تزر - will bear| وازرة - bearer of burdens| وزر - (the) burden| أخرى - (of) another.| ثم - Then| إلى - to| ربكم - your Lord| مرجعكم - (is) your return,| فينبئكم - then He will inform you| بما - about what| كنتم - you used to| تعملون - do.| إنه - Indeed, He| عليم - (is) the All-Knower| بذات - of what (is) in the breasts.| الصدور - of what (is) in the breasts.| | ||||||
