| 1 [3:184] | Fa-in kaththabooka faqad kuththibarusulun min qablika jaoo bialbayyinati waalzzuburiwaalkitabi almuneeri |  فإن كذبوك فقد كذب رسل من قبلك جاءوا بالبينات والزبر والكتاب المنيرفَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ جَآؤُوا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُنِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - Then if| كذبوك - they reject you,| فقد - then certainly| كذب - were rejected| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلك - before you| جاءوا - (who) came| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| والزبر - and the Scriptures| والكتاب - and the Book -| المنير - [the] Enlightening.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:21] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi innahu la yuflihu alththalimoona | ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (he) who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - rejects| بآياته - His Signs?| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will be successful| الظالمون - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:148] | Sayaqoolu allatheena ashrakoo law shaaAllahu ma ashrakna wala abaonawala harramna min shay-in kathalikakaththaba allatheena min qablihim hattathaqoo ba/sana qul hal AAindakum min AAilminfatukhrijoohu lana in tattabiAAoona illa alththannawa-in antum illa takhrusoona | سيقول الذين أشركوا لو شاء الله ما أشركنا ولا آباؤنا ولا حرمنا من شيء كذلك كذب الذين من قبلهم حتى ذاقوا بأسنا قل هل عندكم من علم فتخرجوه لنا إن تتبعون إلا الظن وإن أنتم إلا تخرصون سَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا أَشْرَكْنَا وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم حَتَّى ذَاقُواْ بَأْسَنَا قُلْ هَلْ عِندَكُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَتُخْرِجُوهُ لَنَا إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ تَخْرُصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |سيقول - Will say| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate partners (with Allah),| لو - "If| شاء - Had willed| الله - Allah,| ما - not| أشركنا - we (would) have associated partners (with Allah)| ولا - and not| آباؤنا - our forefathers| ولا - and not| حرمنا - we (would) have forbidden| من - [of]| شيء - anything."| كذلك - Likewise| كذب - denied| الذين - those who| من - (were from)| قبلهم - before them| حتى - until| ذاقوا - they tasted| بأسنا - Our wrath.| قل - Say,| هل - "Is| عندكم - with you| من - [of]| علم - any knowledge| فتخرجوه - then produce it| لنا - for us?| إن - Not| تتبعون - you follow| إلا - except| الظن - the assumption,| وإن - and not| أنتم - you (do)| إلا - but| تخرصون - guess."| | ||||||
| 4 [6:157] | Aw taqooloo law anna onzila AAalaynaalkitabu lakunna ahda minhum faqad jaakumbayyinatun min rabbikum wahudan warahmatun faman athlamumimman kaththaba bi-ayati Allahi wasadafaAAanha sanajzee allatheena yasdifoona AAan ayatinasoo-a alAAathabi bima kanoo yasdifoona | أو تقولوا لو أنا أنزل علينا الكتاب لكنا أهدى منهم فقد جاءكم بينة من ربكم وهدى ورحمة فمن أظلم ممن كذب بآيات الله وصدف عنها سنجزي الذين يصدفون عن آياتنا سوء العذاب بما كانوا يصدفون أَوْ تَقُولُواْ لَوْ أَنَّا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا الْكِتَابُ لَكُنَّا أَهْدَى مِنْهُمْ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَصَدَفَ عَنْهَا سَنَجْزِي الَّذِينَ يَصْدِفُونَ عَنْ آيَاتِنَا سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْدِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أو - Or| تقولوا - you say,| لو - "If| أنا - [that]| أنزل - was revealed| علينا - to us| الكتاب - the Book| لكنا - surely we (would) have been| أهدى - better guided| منهم - than them.| فقد - So verily| جاءكم - has come to you| بينة - clear proofs| من - from| ربكم - your Lord| وهدى - and a Guidance| ورحمة - and a Mercy.| فمن - Then who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (he) who| كذب - denies| بآيات - [with] (the) Verses| الله - (of) Allah,| وصدف - and turns away| عنها - from them?| سنجزي - We will recompense| الذين - those who| يصدفون - turn away| عن - from| آياتنا - Our Signs| سوء - (with) an evil| العذاب - punishment| بما - because| كانوا - they used to| يصدفون - turn away.| | ||||||
| 5 [7:37] | Faman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi ola-ika yanaluhum naseebuhummina alkitabi hatta itha jaat-humrusuluna yatawaffawnahum qaloo ayna makuntum tadAAoona min dooni Allahi qaloo dallooAAanna washahidoo AAala anfusihim annahum kanookafireena | فمن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته أولئك ينالهم نصيبهم من الكتاب حتى إذا جاءتهم رسلنا يتوفونهم قالوا أين ما كنتم تدعون من دون الله قالوا ضلوا عنا وشهدوا على أنفسهم أنهم كانوا كافرين فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ أُوْلَـئِكَ يَنَالُهُمْ نَصِيبُهُم مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا يَتَوَفَّوْنَهُمْ قَالُواْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ قَالُواْ ضَلُّواْ عَنَّا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ كَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - Then who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (one) who| افترى - invented| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - denies| بآياته - His Verses?| أولئك - Those -| ينالهم - will reach them| نصيبهم - their portion| من - from| الكتاب - the Book,| حتى - until| إذا - when| جاءتهم - comes to them| رسلنا - Our messengers (Angels)| يتوفونهم - (to) take them in death| قالوا - they say,| أين - "Where are| ما - those (whom)| كنتم - you used to| تدعون - invoke| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah?"| قالوا - They say,| ضلوا - "They strayed| عنا - from us,"| وشهدوا - and they (will) testify| على - against| أنفسهم - themselves| أنهم - that they| كانوا - were| كافرين - disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 6 [10:17] | Faman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi innahu la yuflihualmujrimoona | فمن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا يفلح المجرمون فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - So who| أظلم - (is) more wrong| ممن - than he who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - denies| بآياته - His Signs?| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| المجرمون - the criminals.| | ||||||
| 7 [10:39] | Bal kaththaboo bima lam yuheetoobiAAilmihi walamma ya/tihim ta/weeluhu kathalika kaththabaallatheena min qablihim faonthurkayfa kana AAaqibatu alththalimeena | بل كذبوا بما لم يحيطوا بعلمه ولما يأتهم تأويله كذلك كذب الذين من قبلهم فانظر كيف كان عاقبة الظالمين بَلْ كَذَّبُواْ بِمَا لَمْ يُحِيطُواْ بِعِلْمِهِ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِهِمْ تَأْوِيلُهُ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| كذبوا - they denied| بما - what| لم - not| يحيطوا - they could encompass| بعلمه - (of) its knowledge| ولما - and not| يأتهم - has come (to) them| تأويله - its interpretation.| كذلك - Thus| كذب - denied| الذين - those| من - before them,| قبلهم - before them,| فانظر - then see| كيف - how| كان - was| عاقبة - (the) end| الظالمين - (of) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 8 [12:18] | Wajaoo AAala qameesihibidamin kathibin qala bal sawwalat lakum anfusukumamran fasabrun jameelun waAllahu almustaAAanuAAala ma tasifoona | وجاءوا على قميصه بدم كذب قال بل سولت لكم أنفسكم أمرا فصبر جميل والله المستعان على ما تصفون وَجَآؤُوا عَلَى قَمِيصِهِ بِدَمٍ كَذِبٍ قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ وَاللّهُ الْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَى مَا تَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجاءوا - And they brought| على - upon| قميصه - his shirt| بدم - with false blood.| كذب - with false blood.| قال - He said,| بل - "Nay,| سولت - has enticed you| لكم - has enticed you| أنفسكم - your souls| أمرا - (to) a matter,| فصبر - so patience| جميل - (is) beautiful.| والله - And Allah| المستعان - (is) the One sought for help| على - against| ما - what| تصفون - you describe."| | ||||||
| 9 [15:80] | Walaqad kaththaba as-habualhijri almursaleena | ولقد كذب أصحاب الحجر المرسلين وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْحِجْرِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| كذب - denied| أصحاب - (the) companions| الحجر - (of) the Rocky Tract,| المرسلين - the Messengers.| | ||||||
| 10 [17:59] | Wama manaAAana an nursila bial-ayatiilla an kaththaba biha al-awwaloona waataynathamooda alnnaqata mubsiratan fathalamoobiha wama nursilu bial-ayatiilla takhweefan | وما منعنا أن نرسل بالآيات إلا أن كذب بها الأولون وآتينا ثمود الناقة مبصرة فظلموا بها وما نرسل بالآيات إلا تخويفا وَمَا مَنَعَنَا أَن نُّرْسِلَ بِالْآيَاتِ إِلاَّ أَن كَذَّبَ بِهَا الْأَوَّلُونَ وَآتَيْنَا ثَمُودَ النَّاقَةَ مُبْصِرَةً فَظَلَمُواْ بِهَا وَمَا نُرْسِلُ بِالْآيَاتِ إِلاَّ تَخْوِيفًا | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| منعنا - stopped Us| أن - that| نرسل - We send| بالآيات - the Signs| إلا - except| أن - that| كذب - denied| بها - them| الأولون - the former (people)| وآتينا - And We gave| ثمود - Thamud| الناقة - the she-camel| مبصرة - (as) a visible sign,| فظلموا - but they wronged| بها - her.| وما - And not| نرسل - We send| بالآيات - the Signs| إلا - except| تخويفا - (as) a warning.| | ||||||
| 11 [20:48] | Inna qad oohiya ilaynaanna alAAathaba AAala man kaththaba watawalla | إنا قد أوحي إلينا أن العذاب على من كذب وتولى إِنَّا قَدْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيْنَا أَنَّ الْعَذَابَ عَلَى مَن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّى | |||||
| Words | |إنا - Indeed, we| قد - verily,| أوحي - it has been revealed| إلينا - to us| أن - that| العذاب - the punishment| على - (will be) on| من - (one) who| كذب - denies| وتولى - and turns away."| | ||||||
| 12 [25:11] | Bal kaththaboo bialssaAAatiwaaAAtadna liman kaththaba bialssaAAatisaAAeeran | بل كذبوا بالساعة وأعتدنا لمن كذب بالساعة سعيرا بَلْ كَذَّبُوا بِالسَّاعَةِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِمَن كَذَّبَ بِالسَّاعَةِ سَعِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| كذبوا - they deny| بالساعة - the Hour| وأعتدنا - and We have prepared| لمن - for (those) who| كذب - deny| بالساعة - the Hour,| سعيرا - a Blazing Fire.| | ||||||

| 14 [29:18] | Wa-in tukaththiboo faqad kaththabaomamun min qablikum wama AAala alrrasooliilla albalaghu almubeenu | وإن تكذبوا فقد كذب أمم من قبلكم وما على الرسول إلا البلاغ المبين وَإِن تُكَذِّبُوا فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أُمَمٌ مِّن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| تكذبوا - you deny| فقد - then verily,| كذب - denied| أمم - (the) nations| من - before you.| قبلكم - before you.| وما - And not| على - (is) on| الرسول - the Messenger| إلا - except| البلاغ - the conveyance| المبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 15 [29:68] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththaba bialhaqqilamma jaahu alaysa fee jahannama mathwan lilkafireena | ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بالحق لما جاءه أليس في جهنم مثوى للكافرين وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِالْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||

| 16 [35:25] | Wa-in yukaththibooka faqad kaththabaallatheena min qablihim jaat-hum rusuluhum bialbayyinatiwabialzzuburi wabialkitabi almuneeri | وإن يكذبوك فقد كذب الذين من قبلهم جاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات وبالزبر وبالكتاب المنير وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالزُّبُرِ وَبِالْكِتَابِ الْمُنِيرِ | |||||

| 17 [38:14] | In kullun illa kaththaba alrrusulafahaqqa AAiqabi | إن كل إلا كذب الرسل فحق عقاب إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ | |||||

| 18 [39:25] | Kaththaba allatheena minqablihim faatahumu alAAathabu min haythu layashAAuroona | كذب الذين من قبلهم فأتاهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَاهُمْ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||

| 19 [39:32] | Faman athlamu mimman kathabaAAala Allahi wakaththaba bialssidqiith jaahu alaysa fee jahannama mathwan lilkafireena | فمن أظلم ممن كذب على الله وكذب بالصدق إذ جاءه أليس في جهنم مثوى للكافرين فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِالصِّدْقِ إِذْ جَاءَهُ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
