| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[10:17] | Faman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi innahu la yuflihualmujrimoona
|  فمن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا يفلح المجرمون
فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ |
| Words | |فمن - So who| أظلم - (is) more wrong| ممن - than he who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - denies| بآياته - His Signs?| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| المجرمون - the criminals.| |

| በአላህም ላይ እብለትን ከቀጣጠፈ ወይም በአንቀጾቹ ከአስተባበለ ይበልጥ በዳይ ማን ነው እነሆ አመጸኞች አይድኑም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فمن } أي لا أحد { أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا } بنسبة الشريك إليه { أو كذَّب بآياته } القرآن { إنه } أي الشأن { لا يفلح } يسعد { المجرمون } المشركون . |
| Anwa i idensen kteô, ger win id igren tikerkas $ef Öebbi, ne$ win inekôen issekniyen iS? Ih, ur rebêen ibe$wviyen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর তার চেয়ে বড় জালেম, কে হবে, যে আল্লাহর প্রতি অপবাদ আরোপ করেছে কিংবা তাঁর আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে অভিহিত করছে? কস্মিনকালেও পাপীদের কোন কল্যাণ হয় না। |
| Literal | So who (is) more unjust/oppressive than who fabricated on God lies/denials/falsifications or lied/falsified with His verses/evidences ? That He does not make the criminals/sinners succeed/win |
| Yusuf Ali | Who doth more wrong than such as forge a lie against Allah, or deny His Signs? But never will prosper those who sin. |
| Pickthal | Who doeth greater wrong than he who inventeth a lie concerning Allah and denieth His revelations? Lo! the guilty never are successful. |
| Arberry | And who does greater evil than he who forges against God a lie, or cries lies to His signs? Surely the sinners do not prosper. |
