| 4 [2:54] | Wa-ith qala moosaliqawmihi ya qawmi innakum thalamtumanfusakum biittikhathikumu alAAijla fatooboo ilabari-ikum faoqtuloo anfusakum thalikumkhayrun lakum AAinda bari-ikum fataba AAalaykuminnahu huwa alttawwabu alrraheemu | وإذ قال موسى لقومه يا قوم إنكم ظلمتم أنفسكم باتخاذكم العجل فتوبوا إلى بارئكم فاقتلوا أنفسكم ذلكم خير لكم عند بارئكم فتاب عليكم إنه هو التواب الرحيم وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّكُمْ ظَلَمْتُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ بِاتِّخَاذِكُمُ الْعِجْلَ فَتُوبُواْ إِلَى بَارِئِكُمْ فَاقْتُلُواْ أَنْـفُسَكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ عِندَ بَارِئِكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قال - said| موسى - Musa| لقومه - to his people,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| إنكم - Indeed, you| ظلمتم - [you] have wronged| أنفسكم - yourselves| باتخاذكم - by your taking| العجل - the calf.| فتوبوا - So turn in repentance| إلى - to| بارئكم - your Creator,| فاقتلوا - and kill| أنفسكم - yourselves.| ذلكم - That| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you| عند - with| بارئكم - your Creator."| فتاب - Then He turned| عليكم - towards you.| إنه - Indeed He!| هو - He| التواب - (is) the-returning,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 5 [2:128] | Rabbana waijAAalnamuslimayni laka wamin thurriyyatina ommatanmuslimatan laka waarina manasikana watubAAalayna innaka anta alttawwabu alrraheemu | ربنا واجعلنا مسلمين لك ومن ذريتنا أمة مسلمة لك وأرنا مناسكنا وتب علينا إنك أنت التواب الرحيم رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |ربنا - Our Lord!| واجعلنا - [and] Make us| مسلمين - both submissive| لك - to You.| ومن - And from| ذريتنا - our offspring| أمة - a community| مسلمة - submissive| لك - to You.| وأرنا - And show us| مناسكنا - our ways of worship| وتب - and turn| علينا - to us.| إنك - Indeed You!| أنت - [You] (are)| التواب - the Oft-returning,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 6 [2:160] | Illa allatheena taboowaaslahoo wabayyanoo faola-ika atoobuAAalayhim waana alttawwabu alrraheemu | إلا الذين تابوا وأصلحوا وبينوا فأولئك أتوب عليهم وأنا التواب الرحيم إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَأَصْلَحُواْ وَبَيَّنُواْ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَنَا التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |إلا - Except| الذين - those| تابوا - who repent[ed]| وأصلحوا - and reform[ed]| وبينوا - and openly declar[ed].| فأولئك - Then those,| أتوب - I will accept repentance| عليهم - from them,| وأنا - and I (am)| التواب - the Acceptor of Repentance,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 7 [2:163] | Wa-ilahukum ilahun wahidunla ilaha illa huwa alrrahmanualrraheemu | وإلهكم إله واحد لا إله إلا هو الرحمن الرحيم وَإِلَـهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ لاَّ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||

| 8 [9:104] | Alam yaAAlamoo anna Allaha huwayaqbalu alttawbata AAan AAibadihi waya/khuthualssadaqati waanna Allaha huwa alttawwabualrraheemu | ألم يعلموا أن الله هو يقبل التوبة عن عباده ويأخذ الصدقات وأن الله هو التواب الرحيم أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَأْخُذُ الصَّدَقَاتِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||

| 9 [9:118] | WaAAala alththalathatiallatheena khullifoo hatta itha daqatAAalayhimu al-ardu bima rahubat wadaqatAAalayhim anfusuhum wathannoo an la maljaamina Allahi illa ilayhi thumma tabaAAalayhim liyatooboo inna Allaha huwa alttawwabualrraheemu | وعلى الثلاثة الذين خلفوا حتى إذا ضاقت عليهم الأرض بما رحبت وضاقت عليهم أنفسهم وظنوا أن لا ملجأ من الله إلا إليه ثم تاب عليهم ليتوبوا إن الله هو التواب الرحيم وَعَلَى الثَّلاَثَةِ الَّذِينَ خُلِّفُواْ حَتَّى إِذَا ضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَظَنُّواْ أَن لاَّ مَلْجَأَ مِنَ اللّهِ إِلاَّ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ لِيَتُوبُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |وعلى - And on| الثلاثة - the three| الذين - (of) those who| خلفوا - were left behind,| حتى - until| إذا - when| ضاقت - (was) straitened| عليهم - for them| الأرض - the earth,| بما - though| رحبت - it was vast.| وضاقت - And (was) straitened| عليهم - for them| أنفسهم - their own souls| وظنوا - and they were certain| أن - that| لا - (there is) no| ملجأ - refuge| من - from| الله - Allah| إلا - except| إليه - to Him.| ثم - Then| تاب - He turned (in mercy)| عليهم - to them| ليتوبوا - that they may repent.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah,| هو - He| التواب - (is) the Acceptor of repentance,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 10 [10:107] | Wa-in yamsaska Allahu bidurrinfala kashifa lahu illa huwa wa-in yuridkabikhayrin fala radda lifadlihi yuseebubihi man yashao min AAibadihi wahuwa alghafooru alrraheemu | وإن يمسسك الله بضر فلا كاشف له إلا هو وإن يردك بخير فلا راد لفضله يصيب به من يشاء من عباده وهو الغفور الرحيم وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلاَ كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَإِن يُرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلاَ رَآدَّ لِفَضْلِهِ يُصِيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| يمسسك - Allah touches you| الله - Allah touches you| بضر - with adversity| فلا - (there is) no| كاشف - remover| له - of it| إلا - except| هو - Him,| وإن - and if| يردك - He intends for you| بخير - any good| فلا - then (there is) no| راد - repeller| لفضله - (of) His Bounty.| يصيب - He causes it to reach| به - He causes it to reach| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| من - of| عباده - His slaves.| وهو - And He| الغفور - (is) the Oft-Forgiving,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 11 [12:98] | Qala sawfa astaghfiru lakum rabbeeinnahu huwa alghafooru alrraheemu | قال سوف أستغفر لكم ربي إنه هو الغفور الرحيم قَالَ سَوْفَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكُمْ رَبِّيَ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| سوف - "Soon| أستغفر - I will ask forgiveness| لكم - for you| ربي - (from) my Lord.| إنه - Indeed, He,| هو - He| الغفور - (is) the Oft-Forgiving,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful."| | ||||||
