| 1 [3:128] | Laysa laka mina al-amri shay-on aw yatoobaAAalayhim aw yuAAaththibahum fa-innahum thalimoona |  ليس لك من الأمر شيء أو يتوب عليهم أو يعذبهم فإنهم ظالمونلَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ | |||||

| 2 [4:17] | Innama alttawbatu AAalaAllahi lillatheena yaAAmaloona alssoo-abijahalatin thumma yatooboona min qareebin faola-ikayatoobu Allahu AAalayhim wakana AllahuAAaleeman hakeeman | إنما التوبة على الله للذين يعملون السوء بجهالة ثم يتوبون من قريب فأولئك يتوب الله عليهم وكان الله عليما حكيما إِنَّمَا التَّوْبَةُ عَلَى اللّهِ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السُّوءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُونَ مِن قَرِيبٍ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ يَتُوبُ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَلِيماً حَكِيماً | |||||

| 3 [4:27] | WaAllahu yureedu an yatoobaAAalaykum wayureedu allatheena yattabiAAoona alshshahawatian tameeloo maylan AAatheeman | والله يريد أن يتوب عليكم ويريد الذين يتبعون الشهوات أن تميلوا ميلا عظيما وَاللّهُ يُرِيدُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الشَّهَوَاتِ أَن تَمِيلُواْ مَيْلاً عَظِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |والله - And Allah| يريد - wishes| أن - to| يتوب - accept repentance| عليكم - from you,| ويريد - but wish| الذين - those who| يتبعون - follow| الشهوات - the passions| أن - that| تميلوا - you deviate -| ميلا - (into) a deviation| عظيما - great.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:39] | Faman taba min baAAdi thulmihiwaaslaha fa-inna Allaha yatoobu AAalayhiinna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun | فمن تاب من بعد ظلمه وأصلح فإن الله يتوب عليه إن الله غفور رحيم فَمَن تَابَ مِن بَعْدِ ظُلْمِهِ وَأَصْلَحَ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - But whoever| تاب - repented| من - from| بعد - after| ظلمه - his wrongdoing| وأصلح - and reforms,| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| يتوب - will turn in forgiveness| عليه - to him.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 5 [9:27] | Thumma yatoobu Allahu min baAAdi thalikaAAala man yashao waAllahu ghafoorunraheemun | ثم يتوب الله من بعد ذلك على من يشاء والله غفور رحيم ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ اللّهُ مِن بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ عَلَى مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||

| 6 [9:102] | Waakharoona iAAtarafoo bithunoobihimkhalatoo AAamalan salihan waakharasayyi-an AAasa Allahu an yatooba AAalayhim inna Allahaghafoorun raheemun | وآخرون اعترفوا بذنوبهم خلطوا عملا صالحا وآخر سيئا عسى الله أن يتوب عليهم إن الله غفور رحيم وَآخَرُونَ اعْتَرَفُواْ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ خَلَطُواْ عَمَلاً صَالِحًا وَآخَرَ سَيِّئًا عَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وآخرون - And others| اعترفوا - (who have) acknowledged| بذنوبهم - their sins.| خلطوا - They had mixed| عملا - a deed| صالحا - righteous| وآخر - (with) other| سيئا - (that was) evil.| عسى - Perhaps| الله - Allah| أن - [that]| يتوب - will turn (in mercy)| عليهم - to them.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 7 [9:106] | Waakharoona murjawna li-amri Allahiimma yuAAaththibuhum wa-imma yatoobuAAalayhim waAllahu AAaleemun hakeemun | وآخرون مرجون لأمر الله إما يعذبهم وإما يتوب عليهم والله عليم حكيم وَآخَرُونَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ اللّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وآخرون - And others| مرجون - deferred| لأمر - for the Command of Allah -| الله - for the Command of Allah -| إما - whether| يعذبهم - He will punish them| وإما - or| يتوب - He will turn (in mercy)| عليهم - to them.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 8 [25:71] | Waman taba waAAamila salihanfa-innahu yatoobu ila Allahi mataban | ومن تاب وعمل صالحا فإنه يتوب إلى الله متابا وَمَن تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَإِنَّهُ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَتَابًا | |||||

| 9 [33:24] | Liyajziya Allahu alssadiqeenabisidqihim wayuAAaththiba almunafiqeena inshaa aw yatooba AAalayhim inna Allaha kanaghafooran raheeman | ليجزي الله الصادقين بصدقهم ويعذب المنافقين إن شاء أو يتوب عليهم إن الله كان غفورا رحيما لِّيَجْزِيَ اللَّهُ الصَّادِقِينَ بِصِدْقِهِمْ وَيُعَذِّبَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ إِن شَاءَ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
