| 1 [4:81] | Wayaqooloona taAAatun fa-ithabarazoo min AAindika bayyata ta-ifatun minhum ghayra allatheetaqoolu waAllahu yaktubu ma yubayyitoonafaaAArid AAanhum watawakkal AAala Allahiwakafa biAllahi wakeelan |  ويقولون طاعة فإذا برزوا من عندك بيت طائفة منهم غير الذي تقول والله يكتب ما يبيتون فأعرض عنهم وتوكل على الله وكفى بالله وكيلاوَيَقُولُونَ طَاعَةٌ فَإِذَا بَرَزُواْ مِنْ عِندِكَ بَيَّتَ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُمْ غَيْرَ الَّذِي تَقُولُ وَاللّهُ يَكْتُبُ مَا يُبَيِّتُونَ فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّهِ وَكَفَى بِاللّهِ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ويقولون - And they say,| طاعة - "(We pledge) obedience."| فإذا - Then when| برزوا - they leave| من - from| عندك - you,| بيت - plan by night| طائفة - a group| منهم - of them| غير - other than| الذي - that which| تقول - you say.| والله - But Allah| يكتب - records| ما - what| يبيتون - they plan by night.| فأعرض - So turn (away)| عنهم - from them| وتوكل - and put (your) trust| على - in| الله - Allah.| وكفى - And sufficient| بالله - is Allah| وكيلا - (as) a Trustee.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:109] | Haantum haola-i jadaltumAAanhum fee alhayati alddunya famanyujadilu Allaha AAanhum yawma alqiyamati amman yakoonu AAalayhim wakeelan | ها أنتم هؤلاء جادلتم عنهم في الحياة الدنيا فمن يجادل الله عنهم يوم القيامة أم من يكون عليهم وكيلا هَاأَنتُمْ هَـؤُلاَءِ جَادَلْتُمْ عَنْهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فَمَن يُجَادِلُ اللّهَ عَنْهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَم مَّن يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ها - Here| أنتم - You are| هؤلاء - those who| جادلتم - [you] argue| عنهم - for them| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| فمن - but who| يجادل - will argue| الله - (with) Allah| عنهم - for them| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) [the] Resurrection| أم - or| من - who| يكون - will be| عليهم - [over them]| وكيلا - (their) defender.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:132] | Walillahi ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi wakafa biAllahiwakeelan | ولله ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وكفى بالله وكيلا وَلِلّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَكَفَى بِاللّهِ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ولله - And for Allah| ما - (is) whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and whatever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| وكفى - And is sufficient| بالله - Allah| وكيلا - (as) a Disposer of affairs.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:171] | Ya ahla alkitabi lataghloo fee deenikum wala taqooloo AAala Allahiilla alhaqqa innama almaseehu AAeesaibnu maryama rasoolu Allahi wakalimatuhu alqahaila maryama waroohun minhu faaminoo biAllahiwarusulihi wala taqooloo thalathatun intahookhayran lakum innama Allahu ilahun wahidunsubhanahu an yakoona lahu waladun lahu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi wakafa biAllahiwakeelan | يا أهل الكتاب لا تغلوا في دينكم ولا تقولوا على الله إلا الحق إنما المسيح عيسى ابن مريم رسول الله وكلمته ألقاها إلى مريم وروح منه فآمنوا بالله ورسله ولا تقولوا ثلاثة انتهوا خيرا لكم إنما الله إله واحد سبحانه أن يكون له ولد له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وكفى بالله وكيلا يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لاَ تَغْلُواْ فِي دِينِكُمْ وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْحَقِّ إِنَّمَا الْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُ أَلْقَاهَا إِلَى مَرْيَمَ وَرُوحٌ مِّنْهُ فَآمِنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ ثَلاَثَةٌ انتَهُواْ خَيْرًا لَّكُمْ إِنَّمَا اللّهُ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ سُبْحَانَهُ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَات وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَكَفَى بِاللّهِ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أهل - O People| الكتاب - (of) the Book!| لا - (Do) not| تغلوا - commit excess| في - in| دينكم - your religion| ولا - and (do) not| تقولوا - say| على - about| الله - Allah| إلا - except| الحق - the truth.| إنما - Only| المسيح - the Messiah,| عيسى - Isa,| ابن - son| مريم - (of) Maryam,| رسول - (was) a Messenger| الله - (of) Allah| وكلمته - and His word| ألقاها - which He conveyed| إلى - to| مريم - Maryam| وروح - and a spirit| منه - from Him.| فآمنوا - So believe| بالله - in Allah| ورسله - and His Messengers.| ولا - And (do) not| تقولوا - say,| ثلاثة - "Three;"| انتهوا - desist| خيرا - (it is) better| لكم - for you.| إنما - Only| الله - Allah| إله - (is) God| واحد - One.| سبحانه - Glory be to Him!| أن - That| يكون - He (should) have| له - for Him| ولد - a son.| له - To Him (belongs)| ما - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and whatever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| وكفى - And is sufficient| بالله - Allah| وكيلا - (as) a Disposer of affairs.| | ||||||
| 5 [17:2] | Waatayna moosa alkitabawajaAAalnahu hudan libanee isra-eela allatattakhithoo min doonee wakeelan | وآتينا موسى الكتاب وجعلناه هدى لبني إسرائيل ألا تتخذوا من دوني وكيلا وَآتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ وَجَعَلْنَاهُ هُدًى لِّبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَلاَّ تَتَّخِذُواْ مِن دُونِي وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |وآتينا - And We gave| موسى - Musa| الكتاب - the Book,| وجعلناه - and made it| هدى - a guidance| لبني - for the Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel,| ألا - "That not| تتخذوا - you take| من - other than Me| دوني - other than Me| وكيلا - (as) a Disposer of affairs."| | ||||||
| 6 [17:54] | Rabbukum aAAlamu bikum in yasha/ yarhamkumaw in yasha/ yuAAaththibkum wama arsalnakaAAalayhim wakeelan | ربكم أعلم بكم إن يشأ يرحمكم أو إن يشأ يعذبكم وما أرسلناك عليهم وكيلا رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِكُمْ إِن يَشَأْ يَرْحَمْكُمْ أَوْ إِن يَشَأْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ربكم - Your Lord| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بكم - of you.| إن - If| يشأ - He wills,| يرحمكم - He will have mercy on you;| أو - or| إن - if| يشأ - He wills| يعذبكم - He will punish you.| وما - And not| أرسلناك - We have sent you| عليهم - over them| وكيلا - (as) a guardian.| | ||||||
| 7 [17:65] | Inna AAibadee laysa laka AAalayhimsultanun wakafa birabbika wakeelan | إن عبادي ليس لك عليهم سلطان وكفى بربك وكيلا إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ وَكَفَى بِرَبِّكَ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |إن - "Indeed,| عبادي - My slaves| ليس - not| لك - for you| عليهم - over them| سلطان - any authority.| وكفى - And sufficient| بربك - (is) your Lord| وكيلا - (as) a Guardian."| | ||||||
| 8 [17:68] | Afaamintum an yakhsifa bikum janibaalbarri aw yursila AAalaykum hasiban thumma latajidoo lakum wakeelan | أفأمنتم أن يخسف بكم جانب البر أو يرسل عليكم حاصبا ثم لا تجدوا لكم وكيلا أَفَأَمِنتُمْ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمْ جَانِبَ الْبَرِّ أَوْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا ثُمَّ لاَ تَجِدُواْ لَكُمْ وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |أفأمنتم - Do you then feel secure| أن - that (not)| يخسف - He will cause to swallow| بكم - you,| جانب - side| البر - (of) the land| أو - or| يرسل - send| عليكم - against you| حاصبا - a storm of stones?| ثم - Then| لا - not| تجدوا - you will find| لكم - for you| وكيلا - a guardian?| | ||||||
| 9 [17:86] | Wala-in shi/na lanathhabannabiallathee awhayna ilayka thumma latajidu laka bihi AAalayna wakeelan | ولئن شئنا لنذهبن بالذي أوحينا إليك ثم لا تجد لك به علينا وكيلا وَلَئِن شِئْنَا لَنَذْهَبَنَّ بِالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ لاَ تَجِدُ لَكَ بِهِ عَلَيْنَا وَكِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ولئن - And if| شئنا - We willed,| لنذهبن - We (would) have surely taken away| بالذي - that which| أوحينا - We have revealed| إليك - to you.| ثم - Then| لا - not| تجد - you would find| لك - for you| به - concerning it| علينا - against Us| وكيلا - any advocate,| | ||||||
| 10 [25:43] | Araayta mani ittakhatha ilahahuhawahu afaanta takoonu AAalayhi wakeelan | أرأيت من اتخذ إلهه هواه أفأنت تكون عليه وكيلا أَرَأَيْتَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ إِلَهَهُ هَوَاهُ أَفَأَنتَ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَكِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |أرأيت - Have you seen| من - (one) who| اتخذ - takes| إلهه - (as) his god| هواه - his own desire?| أفأنت - Then would you| تكون - be| عليه - over him| وكيلا - a guardian?| | ||||||
| 11 [33:3] | Watawakkal AAala Allahi wakafabiAllahi wakeelan | وتوكل على الله وكفى بالله وكيلا وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |وتوكل - And put your trust| على - in| الله - Allah.| وكفى - And Allah is sufficient| بالله - And Allah is sufficient| وكيلا - (as) Disposer of affairs.| | ||||||
| 12 [33:48] | Wala tutiAAi alkafireenawaalmunafiqeena wadaAA athahum watawakkalAAala Allahi wakafa biAllahiwakeelan | ولا تطع الكافرين والمنافقين ودع أذاهم وتوكل على الله وكفى بالله وكيلا وَلَا تُطِعِ الْكَافِرِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَدَعْ أَذَاهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تطع - obey| الكافرين - the disbelievers| والمنافقين - and the hypocrites,| ودع - and disregard| أذاهم - their harm,| وتوكل - and put your trust| على - in| الله - Allah.| وكفى - And sufficient is Allah| بالله - And sufficient is Allah| وكيلا - (as) a Trustee.| | ||||||
| 13 [73:9] | Rabbu almashriqi waalmaghribi lailaha illa huwa faittakhithhu wakeelan | رب المشرق والمغرب لا إله إلا هو فاتخذه وكيلا رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَاتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيلًا | |||||
