| 1 [11:27] | Faqala almalao allatheenakafaroo min qawmihi ma naraka illa basharanmithlana wama naraka ittabaAAaka illaallatheena hum arathiluna badiya alrra/yiwama nara lakum AAalayna min fadlinbal nathunnukum kathibeena |  فقال الملأ الذين كفروا من قومه ما نراك إلا بشرا مثلنا وما نراك اتبعك إلا الذين هم أراذلنا بادي الرأي وما نرى لكم علينا من فضل بل نظنكم كاذبينفَقَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قِوْمِهِ مَا نَرَاكَ إِلاَّ بَشَرًا مِّثْلَنَا وَمَا نَرَاكَ اتَّبَعَكَ إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ هُمْ أَرَاذِلُنَا بَادِيَ الرَّأْيِ وَمَا نَرَى لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِن فَضْلٍ بَلْ نَظُنُّكُمْ كَاذِبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فقال - So said| الملأ - the chiefs| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieved| من - from| قومه - his people,| ما - "Not| نراك - we see you| إلا - but| بشرا - a man| مثلنا - like us,| وما - and not| نراك - we see you| اتبعك - followed [you]| إلا - except| الذين - those who| هم - [they]| أراذلنا - (are) the lowest of us| بادي - immature in opinion.| الرأي - immature in opinion.| وما - And not| نرى - we see| لكم - in you| علينا - over us| من - any| فضل - merit;| بل - nay,| نظنكم - we think you| كاذبين - (are) liars."| | ||||||
| 2 [14:10] | Qalat rusuluhum afee Allahishakkun fatiri alssamawati waal-ardiyadAAookum liyaghfira lakum min thunoobikumwayu-akhkhirakum ila ajalin musamman qaloo in antumilla basharun mithluna tureedoona an tasuddoonaAAamma kana yaAAbudu abaonafa/toona bisultanin mubeenin | قالت رسلهم أفي الله شك فاطر السماوات والأرض يدعوكم ليغفر لكم من ذنوبكم ويؤخركم إلى أجل مسمى قالوا إن أنتم إلا بشر مثلنا تريدون أن تصدونا عما كان يعبد آباؤنا فأتونا بسلطان مبين قَالَتْ رُسُلُهُمْ أَفِي اللّهِ شَكٌّ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِيَغْفِرَ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَـمًّى قَالُواْ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَآؤُنَا فَأْتُونَا بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - Said| رسلهم - their Messengers,| أفي - "Can (there) be about| الله - Allah| شك - any doubt,| فاطر - (the) Creator| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth?| يدعوكم - He invites you,| ليغفر - so that He may forgive| لكم - for you| من - [of]| ذنوبكم - your sins,| ويؤخركم - and give you respite| إلى - for| أجل - a term| مسمى - appointed."| قالوا - They said,| إن - "Not| أنتم - you| إلا - (are) but| بشر - a human| مثلنا - like us,| تريدون - you wish| أن - to| تصدونا - hinder us| عما - from what| كان - used to| يعبد - worship| آباؤنا - our forefathers.| فأتونا - So bring us| بسلطان - an authority| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 3 [23:47] | Faqaloo anu/minu libasharayni mithlinawaqawmuhuma lana AAabidoona | فقالوا أنؤمن لبشرين مثلنا وقومهما لنا عابدون فَقَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ لِبَشَرَيْنِ مِثْلِنَا وَقَوْمُهُمَا لَنَا عَابِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فقالوا - Then they said,| أنؤمن - "Shall we believe| لبشرين - (in) two men| مثلنا - like ourselves| وقومهما - while their people| لنا - for us| عابدون - (are) slaves."| | ||||||
| 4 [26:154] | Ma anta illa basharun mithlunafa/ti bi-ayatin in kunta mina alssadiqeena | ما أنت إلا بشر مثلنا فأت بآية إن كنت من الصادقين مَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِآيَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||

| 5 [26:186] | Wama anta illa basharunmithluna wa-in nathunnuka lamina alkathibeena | وما أنت إلا بشر مثلنا وإن نظنك لمن الكاذبين وَمَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| أنت - you| إلا - (are) except| بشر - a man| مثلنا - like us,| وإن - and indeed,| نظنك - we think you| لمن - surely (are) of| الكاذبين - the liars.| | ||||||
| 6 [36:15] | Qaloo ma antum illabasharun mithluna wama anzala alrrahmanumin shay-in in antum illa takthiboona | قالوا ما أنتم إلا بشر مثلنا وما أنزل الرحمن من شيء إن أنتم إلا تكذبون قَالُوا مَا أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَمَا أَنزَلَ الرَّحْمَن مِن شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ تَكْذِبُونَ | |||||
