| 1 [2:211] | Sal banee isra-eela kam ataynahummin ayatin bayyinatin waman yubaddil niAAmata Allahimin baAAdi ma jaat-hu fa-inna Allahashadeedu alAAiqabi |  سل بني إسرائيل كم آتيناهم من آية بينة ومن يبدل نعمة الله من بعد ما جاءته فإن الله شديد العقابسَلْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَمْ آتَيْنَاهُم مِّنْ آيَةٍ بَيِّنَةٍ وَمَن يُبَدِّلْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ | |||||
| Words | |سل - Ask| بني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel,| كم - how many| آتيناهم - We gave them| من - of| آية - (the) Sign(s)| بينة - clear.| ومن - And whoever| يبدل - changes| نعمة - Favor| الله - (of) Allah| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءته - it (has) come to him -| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| شديد - (is) severe| العقاب - in [the] chastising.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:57] | Qul innee AAala bayyinatin min rabbeewakaththabtum bihi ma AAindee matastaAAjiloona bihi ini alhukmu illa lillahiyaqussu alhaqqa wahuwa khayru alfasileena | قل إني على بينة من ربي وكذبتم به ما عندي ما تستعجلون به إن الحكم إلا لله يقص الحق وهو خير الفاصلين قُلْ إِنِّي عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّي وَكَذَّبْتُم بِهِ مَا عِندِي مَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِهِ إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلّهِ يَقُصُّ الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْفَاصِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| إني - "Indeed, I (am)| على - on| بينة - clear proof| من - from| ربي - my Lord,| وكذبتم - while you deny| به - [with] it.| ما - Not| عندي - I have| ما - what| تستعجلون - you seek to hasten| به - of it.| إن - Not| الحكم - (is) the decision| إلا - except| لله - for Allah.| يقص - He relates| الحق - the truth,| وهو - and He| خير - (is the) best| الفاصلين - (of) the Deciders."| | ||||||
| 3 [6:157] | Aw taqooloo law anna onzila AAalaynaalkitabu lakunna ahda minhum faqad jaakumbayyinatun min rabbikum wahudan warahmatun faman athlamumimman kaththaba bi-ayati Allahi wasadafaAAanha sanajzee allatheena yasdifoona AAan ayatinasoo-a alAAathabi bima kanoo yasdifoona | أو تقولوا لو أنا أنزل علينا الكتاب لكنا أهدى منهم فقد جاءكم بينة من ربكم وهدى ورحمة فمن أظلم ممن كذب بآيات الله وصدف عنها سنجزي الذين يصدفون عن آياتنا سوء العذاب بما كانوا يصدفون أَوْ تَقُولُواْ لَوْ أَنَّا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا الْكِتَابُ لَكُنَّا أَهْدَى مِنْهُمْ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَصَدَفَ عَنْهَا سَنَجْزِي الَّذِينَ يَصْدِفُونَ عَنْ آيَاتِنَا سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْدِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أو - Or| تقولوا - you say,| لو - "If| أنا - [that]| أنزل - was revealed| علينا - to us| الكتاب - the Book| لكنا - surely we (would) have been| أهدى - better guided| منهم - than them.| فقد - So verily| جاءكم - has come to you| بينة - clear proofs| من - from| ربكم - your Lord| وهدى - and a Guidance| ورحمة - and a Mercy.| فمن - Then who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (he) who| كذب - denies| بآيات - [with] (the) Verses| الله - (of) Allah,| وصدف - and turns away| عنها - from them?| سنجزي - We will recompense| الذين - those who| يصدفون - turn away| عن - from| آياتنا - Our Signs| سوء - (with) an evil| العذاب - punishment| بما - because| كانوا - they used to| يصدفون - turn away.| | ||||||
| 4 [7:73] | Wa-ila thamooda akhahum salihanqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu qad jaatkum bayyinatunmin rabbikum hathihi naqatu Allahi lakum ayatanfatharooha ta/kul fee ardi Allahi walatamassooha bisoo-in faya/khuthakum AAathabunaleemun | وإلى ثمود أخاهم صالحا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره قد جاءتكم بينة من ربكم هذه ناقة الله لكم آية فذروها تأكل في أرض الله ولا تمسوها بسوء فيأخذكم عذاب أليم وَإِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ هَـذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللّهِ وَلاَ تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإلى - And to| ثمود - Thamud| أخاهم - (We sent) their brother| صالحا - Salih.| قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah,| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| إله - god| غيره - other than Him.| قد - Verily| جاءتكم - has come to you| بينة - a clear proof| من - from| ربكم - your Lord,| هذه - This| ناقة - (is) a she-camel| الله - (of) Allah| لكم - (it is) for you| آية - a Sign.| فذروها - So you leave her| تأكل - (to) eat| في - on| أرض - (the) earth| الله - (of) Allah,| ولا - and (do) not| تمسوها - touch her| بسوء - with harm,| فيأخذكم - lest seizes you| عذاب - a punishment| أليم - painful."| | ||||||
| 5 [7:85] | Wa-ila madyana akhahumshuAAayban qala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu qad jaatkum bayyinatunmin rabbikum faawfoo alkayla waalmeezana walatabkhasoo alnnasa ashyaahum walatufsidoo fee al-ardi baAAda islahiha thalikumkhayrun lakum in kuntum mu/mineena | وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيبا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره قد جاءتكم بينة من ربكم فأوفوا الكيل والميزان ولا تبخسوا الناس أشياءهم ولا تفسدوا في الأرض بعد إصلاحها ذلكم خير لكم إن كنتم مؤمنين وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلاَ تَبْخَسُواْ النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاَحِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإلى - And to| مدين - Madyan,| أخاهم - his brother| شعيبا - Shuaib.| قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah,| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| إله - god| غيره - other than Him.| قد - Verily,| جاءتكم - has came to you| بينة - a clear proof| من - from| ربكم - your Lord.| فأوفوا - So give full| الكيل - [the] measure| والميزان - and the weight| ولا - and (do) not| تبخسوا - deprive| الناس - [the] people| أشياءهم - in their things| ولا - and (do) not| تفسدوا - cause corruption| في - in| الأرض - the earth| بعد - after| إصلاحها - its reformation.| ذلكم - That| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مؤمنين - believers.| | ||||||
| 6 [8:42] | Ith antum bialAAudwati alddunyawahum bialAAudwati alquswa waalrrakbuasfala minkum walaw tawaAAadtum laikhtalaftum feealmeeAAadi walakin liyaqdiya Allahuamran kana mafAAoolan liyahlika man halaka AAan bayyinatinwayahya man hayya AAan bayyinatin wa-innaAllaha lasameeAAun AAaleemun | إذ أنتم بالعدوة الدنيا وهم بالعدوة القصوى والركب أسفل منكم ولو تواعدتم لاختلفتم في الميعاد ولكن ليقضي الله أمرا كان مفعولا ليهلك من هلك عن بينة ويحيى من حي عن بينة وإن الله لسميع عليم إِذْ أَنتُم بِالْعُدْوَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُم بِالْعُدْوَةِ الْقُصْوَى وَالرَّكْبُ أَسْفَلَ مِنكُمْ وَلَوْ تَوَاعَدتَّمْ لاَخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِي الْمِيعَادِ وَلَـكِن لِّيَقْضِيَ اللّهُ أَمْراً كَانَ مَفْعُولاً لِّيَهْلِكَ مَنْ هَلَكَ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وَيَحْيَى مَنْ حَيَّ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وَإِنَّ اللّهَ لَسَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| أنتم - you (were)| بالعدوة - on side of the valley,| الدنيا - the nearer| وهم - and they| بالعدوة - (were) on the side,| القصوى - the farther| والركب - and the caravan| أسفل - (was) lower| منكم - than you.| ولو - And if| تواعدتم - you (had) made an appointment| لاختلفتم - certainly you would have failed| في - in| الميعاد - the appointment.| ولكن - But| ليقضي - that might accomplish| الله - Allah| أمرا - a matter| كان - (that) was| مفعولا - destined,| ليهلك - that (might be) destroyed| من - (those) who| هلك - (were to be) destroyed| عن - on| بينة - a clear evidence| ويحيى - and (might) live| من - (those) who| حي - (were to) live| عن - on| بينة - a clear evidence.| وإن - And indeed,| الله - Allah| لسميع - (is) All-Hearing,| عليم - All-Knowing.| | ||||||
| 7 [11:17] | Afaman kana AAala bayyinatinmin rabbihi wayatloohu shahidun minhu wamin qablihi kitabumoosa imaman warahmatan ola-ikayu/minoona bihi waman yakfur bihi mina al-ahzabi faalnnarumawAAiduhu fala taku fee miryatin minhu innahu alhaqqumin rabbika walakinna akthara alnnasi layu/minoona | أفمن كان على بينة من ربه ويتلوه شاهد منه ومن قبله كتاب موسى إماما ورحمة أولئك يؤمنون به ومن يكفر به من الأحزاب فالنار موعده فلا تك في مرية منه إنه الحق من ربك ولكن أكثر الناس لا يؤمنون أَفَمَن كَانَ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِ وَيَتْلُوهُ شَاهِدٌ مِّنْهُ وَمِن قَبْلِهِ كِتَابُ مُوسَى إَمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً أُوْلَـئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِهِ مِنَ الْأَحْزَابِ فَالنَّارُ مَوْعِدُهُ فَلاَ تَكُ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِّنْهُ إِنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفمن - Then is he who| كان - is| على - on| بينة - a clear proof| من - from| ربه - his Lord,| ويتلوه - and recites it,| شاهد - a witness| منه - from Him,| ومن - and before it| قبله - and before it| كتاب - (was) a Book| موسى - (of) Musa| إماما - (as) a guide| ورحمة - and (as) mercy?| أولئك - Those| يؤمنون - believe| به - in it.| ومن - But whoever| يكفر - disbelieves| به - in it| من - among| الأحزاب - the sects,| فالنار - then the Fire| موعده - (will be) his promised (meeting) place.| فلا - So (do) not| تك - be| في - in| مرية - doubt| منه - about it.| إنه - Indeed, it| الحق - (is) the truth| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe.| | ||||||
| 8 [11:28] | Qala ya qawmi araaytum inkuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee waataneerahmatan min AAindihi faAAummiyat AAalaykum anulzimukumoohawaantum laha karihoona | قال يا قوم أرأيتم إن كنت على بينة من ربي وآتاني رحمة من عنده فعميت عليكم أنلزمكموها وأنتم لها كارهون قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كُنتُ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّيَ وَآتَانِي رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِهِ فَعُمِّيَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنُلْزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنتُمْ لَهَا كَارِهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| أرأيتم - Do you see| إن - if| كنت - I was| على - on| بينة - (the) clear proof| من - from| ربي - my Lord,| وآتاني - while He has given me| رحمة - mercy| من - from| عنده - Himself| فعميت - but (it) has been obscured| عليكم - from you,| أنلزمكموها - should We compel you (to accept) it| وأنتم - while you (are)| لها - averse to it?| كارهون - averse to it?| | ||||||
| 9 [11:63] | Qala ya qawmi araaytum inkuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee waataneeminhu rahmatan faman yansurunee mina Allahiin AAasaytuhu fama tazeedoonanee ghayra takhseerin | قال يا قوم أرأيتم إن كنت على بينة من ربي وآتاني منه رحمة فمن ينصرني من الله إن عصيته فما تزيدونني غير تخسير قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كُنتُ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّي وَآتَانِي مِنْهُ رَحْمَةً فَمَن يَنصُرُنِي مِنَ اللّهِ إِنْ عَصَيْتُهُ فَمَا تَزِيدُونَنِي غَيْرَ تَخْسِـيْـرٍ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| أرأيتم - Do you see,| إن - if| كنت - I am| على - on| بينة - a clear proof| من - from| ربي - my Lord,| وآتاني - and He has given me| منه - from Him,| رحمة - a Mercy| فمن - then who| ينصرني - (can) help me| من - against| الله - Allah,| إن - if| عصيته - I (were to) disobey Him?| فما - So not| تزيدونني - you would increase me| غير - but| تخسير - (in) loss.| | ||||||
| 10 [11:88] | Qala ya qawmi araaytum inkuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee warazaqanee minhu rizqanhasanan wama oreedu an okhalifakum ilama anhakum AAanhu in oreedu illa al-islahama istataAAtu wama tawfeeqee illa biAllahiAAalayhi tawakkaltu wa-ilayhi oneebu | قال يا قوم أرأيتم إن كنت على بينة من ربي ورزقني منه رزقا حسنا وما أريد أن أخالفكم إلى ما أنهاكم عنه إن أريد إلا الإصلاح ما استطعت وما توفيقي إلا بالله عليه توكلت وإليه أنيب قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كُنتُ عَلَىَ بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّي وَرَزَقَنِي مِنْهُ رِزْقًا حَسَنًا وَمَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُخَالِفَكُمْ إِلَى مَا أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ إِنْ أُرِيدُ إِلاَّ الْإِصْلاَحَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ وَمَا تَوْفِيقِي إِلاَّ بِاللّهِ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| أرأيتم - Do you see| إن - if| كنت - I am| على - on| بينة - a clear evidence| من - from| ربي - my Lord,| ورزقني - and He has provided me| منه - from Himself| رزقا - a good provision?| حسنا - a good provision?| وما - And not| أريد - I intend| أن - that| أخالفكم - I differ from you| إلى - in| ما - what| أنهاكم - I forbid you| عنه - from it.| إن - Not| أريد - I intend| إلا - except| الإصلاح - the reform| ما - as much as I am able.| استطعت - as much as I am able.| وما - And not| توفيقي - (is) my success| إلا - except| بالله - with Allah.| عليه - Upon Him| توكلت - I trust| وإليه - and to Him| أنيب - I turn.| | ||||||
| 11 [20:133] | Waqaloo lawla ya/teenabi-ayatin min rabbihi awa lam ta/tihim bayyinatu mafee alssuhufi al-oola | وقالوا لولا يأتينا بآية من ربه أولم تأتهم بينة ما في الصحف الأولى وَقَالُواْ لَوْلَا يَأْتِينَا بِآيَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِ أَوَلَمْ تَأْتِهِم بَيِّنَةُ مَا فِي الصُّحُفِ الْأُولَى | |||||
| Words | |وقالوا - And they say,| لولا - "Why not| يأتينا - he brings us| بآية - a sign| من - from| ربه - his Lord?"| أولم - Has not| تأتهم - come to them| بينة - evidence| ما - (of) what| في - (was) in| الصحف - the Scriptures| الأولى - the former?| | ||||||
| 12 [29:35] | Walaqad tarakna minha ayatanbayyinatan liqawmin yaAAqiloona | ولقد تركنا منها آية بينة لقوم يعقلون وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَا مِنْهَا آيَةً بَيِّنَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily,| تركنا - We have left| منها - about it| آية - a sign,| بينة - (as) evidence| لقوم - for a people| يعقلون - who use reason.| | ||||||
| 13 [47:14] | Afaman kana AAala bayyinatinmin rabbihi kaman zuyyina lahu soo-o AAamalihi waittabaAAooahwaahum | أفمن كان على بينة من ربه كمن زين له سوء عمله واتبعوا أهواءهم أَفَمَن كَانَ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِ كَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ | |||||
