| 1 [3:21] | Inna allatheena yakfuroona bi-ayatiAllahi wayaqtuloona alnnabiyyeena bighayri haqqinwayaqtuloona allatheena ya/muroona bialqistimina alnnasi fabashshirhum biAAathabin aleemin |  إن الذين يكفرون بآيات الله ويقتلون النبيين بغير حق ويقتلون الذين يأمرون بالقسط من الناس فبشرهم بعذاب أليمإِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ النَّبِيِّينَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَيَقْتُلُونَ الِّذِينَ يَأْمُرُونَ بِالْقِسْطِ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| يكفرون - disbelieve| بآيات - in (the) Signs (of)| الله - Allah| ويقتلون - and they kill| النبيين - the Prophets| بغير - without| حق - right| ويقتلون - and they kill| الذين - those who| يأمرون - order| بالقسط - [with] justice| من - among| الناس - the people,| فبشرهم - then give them tidings| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:165] | Falamma nasoo ma thukkiroobihi anjayna allatheena yanhawna AAani alssoo-iwaakhathna allatheena thalamoobiAAathabin ba-eesin bima kanoo yafsuqoona | فلما نسوا ما ذكروا به أنجينا الذين ينهون عن السوء وأخذنا الذين ظلموا بعذاب بئيس بما كانوا يفسقون فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ أَنجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ السُّوءِ وَأَخَذْنَا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ بِعَذَابٍ بَئِيسٍ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| نسوا - they forgot| ما - what| ذكروا - they had been reminded| به - with [it],| أنجينا - We saved| الذين - those who| ينهون - forbade| عن - [from]| السوء - the evil,| وأخذنا - and We seized| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| بعذاب - with a punishment| بئيس - wretched,| بما - because| كانوا - they were| يفسقون - defiantly disobeying.| | ||||||
| 3 [8:32] | Wa-ith qaloo allahummain kana hatha huwa alhaqqa min AAindika faamtirAAalayna hijaratan mina alssama-iawi i/tina biAAathabin aleemin | وإذ قالوا اللهم إن كان هذا هو الحق من عندك فأمطر علينا حجارة من السماء أو ائتنا بعذاب أليم وَإِذْ قَالُواْ اللَّهُمَّ إِن كَانَ هَـذَا هُوَ الْحَقَّ مِنْ عِندِكَ فَأَمْطِرْ عَلَيْنَا حِجَارَةً مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ أَوِ ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قالوا - they said,| اللهم - "O Allah!| إن - If| كان - was| هذا - this| هو - [it]| الحق - the truth| من - [of]| عندك - from You| فأمطر - then (send) rain| علينا - upon us| حجارة - (of) stones| من - from| السماء - the sky| أو - or| ائتنا - bring (upon) us| بعذاب - a punishment| أليم - painful."| | ||||||
| 4 [9:3] | Waathanun mina Allahiwarasoolihi ila alnnasi yawma alhajjial-akbari anna Allaha baree-on mina almushrikeenawarasooluhu fa-in tubtum fahuwa khayrun lakum wa-in tawallaytumfaiAAlamoo annakum ghayru muAAjizee Allahiwabashshiri allatheena kafaroo biAAathabin aleemin | وأذان من الله ورسوله إلى الناس يوم الحج الأكبر أن الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فإن تبتم فهو خير لكم وإن توليتم فاعلموا أنكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب أليم وَأَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |وأذان - And an announcement| من - from Allah| الله - from Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| إلى - to| الناس - the people| يوم - (on the) day| الحج - (of) the greater Pilgrimage| الأكبر - (of) the greater Pilgrimage| أن - that| الله - Allah| بريء - (is) free from obligations| من - [of]| المشركين - (to) the polytheists,| ورسوله - and (so is) His Messenger.| فإن - So if| تبتم - you repent,| فهو - then, it is| خير - best| لكم - for you.| وإن - But if| توليتم - you turn away| فاعلموا - then know| أنكم - that you| غير - (can) not| معجزي - escape| الله - Allah.| وبشر - And give glad tidings| الذين - (to) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 5 [9:34] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooinna katheeran mina al-ahbari waalrruhbanilaya/kuloona amwala alnnasi bialbatiliwayasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi waallatheenayaknizoona alththahaba waalfiddatawala yunfiqoonaha fee sabeeli Allahifabashshirhum biAAathabin aleemin | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن كثيرا من الأحبار والرهبان ليأكلون أموال الناس بالباطل ويصدون عن سبيل الله والذين يكنزون الذهب والفضة ولا ينفقونها في سبيل الله فبشرهم بعذاب أليم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ الْأَحْبَارِ وَالرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلاَ يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| إن - Indeed,| كثيرا - many| من - of| الأحبار - the rabbis| والرهبان - and the monks| ليأكلون - surely eat| أموال - (the) wealth| الناس - (of) the people| بالباطل - in falsehood,| ويصدون - and hinder| عن - from| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah.| والذين - And those who| يكنزون - hoard| الذهب - the gold| والفضة - and the silver,| ولا - and (do) not| ينفقونها - spend it| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah,| فبشرهم - [so] give them tidings| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 6 [9:52] | Qul hal tarabbasoona bina illaihda alhusnayayni wanahnu natarabbasubikum an yuseebakumu Allahu biAAathabin minAAindihi aw bi-aydeena fatarabbasoo innamaAAakum mutarabbisoona | قل هل تربصون بنا إلا إحدى الحسنيين ونحن نتربص بكم أن يصيبكم الله بعذاب من عنده أو بأيدينا فتربصوا إنا معكم متربصون قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَا إِلاَّ إِحْدَى الْحُسْنَيَيْنِ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَن يُصِيبَكُمُ اللّهُ بِعَذَابٍ مِّنْ عِندِهِ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا فَتَرَبَّصُواْ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّتَرَبِّصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| هل - "Do| تربصون - you await| بنا - for us| إلا - except| إحدى - one| الحسنيين - (of) the two best (things)| ونحن - while we| نتربص - [we] await| بكم - for you| أن - that| يصيبكم - Allah will afflict you| الله - Allah will afflict you| بعذاب - with a punishment| من - from| عنده - [near] Him,| أو - or| بأيدينا - by our hands?| فتربصوا - So wait,| إنا - indeed, we| معكم - with you| متربصون - (are) waiting."| | ||||||
| 7 [20:61] | Qala lahum moosa waylakum lataftaroo AAala Allahi kathiban fayushitakumbiAAathabin waqad khaba mani iftara | قال لهم موسى ويلكم لا تفتروا على الله كذبا فيسحتكم بعذاب وقد خاب من افترى قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَى وَيْلَكُمْ لَا تَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا فَيُسْحِتَكُمْ بِعَذَابٍ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ افْتَرَى | |||||
| Words | |قال - Said| لهم - to them| موسى - Musa,| ويلكم - "Woe to you!| لا - (Do) not| تفتروا - invent| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie,| فيسحتكم - lest He will destroy you| بعذاب - with a punishment.| وقد - And verily,| خاب - he failed| من - who| افترى - invented."| | ||||||
| 8 [20:134] | Walaw anna ahlaknahum biAAathabinmin qablihi laqaloo rabbana lawla arsaltailayna rasoolan fanattabiAAa ayatika minqabli an nathilla wanakhza | ولو أنا أهلكناهم بعذاب من قبله لقالوا ربنا لولا أرسلت إلينا رسولا فنتبع آياتك من قبل أن نذل ونخزى وَلَوْ أَنَّا أَهْلَكْنَاهُم بِعَذَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ مِن قَبْلِ أَن نَّذِلَّ وَنَخْزَى | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| أنا - We| أهلكناهم - (had) destroyed them| بعذاب - with a punishment| من - before him,| قبله - before him,| لقالوا - surely they (would) have said,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| لولا - why not| أرسلت - You sent| إلينا - to us| رسولا - a Messenger,| فنتبع - so we (could) have followed| آياتك - Your signs| من - before| قبل - before| أن - [that]| نذل - we were humiliated| ونخزى - and disgraced."| | ||||||
| 9 [29:29] | A-innakum lata/toona alrrijalawataqtaAAoona alssabeela wata/toona fee nadeekumualmunkara fama kana jawaba qawmihi illaan qaloo i/tina biAAathabi Allahi inkunta mina alssadiqeena | أئنكم لتأتون الرجال وتقطعون السبيل وتأتون في ناديكم المنكر فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا ائتنا بعذاب الله إن كنت من الصادقين أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ وَتَقْطَعُونَ السَّبِيلَ وَتَأْتُونَ فِي نَادِيكُمُ الْمُنكَرَ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |أئنكم - Indeed, you| لتأتون - approach| الرجال - the men,| وتقطعون - and you cut off| السبيل - the road| وتأتون - and commit| في - in| ناديكم - your meetings| المنكر - evil?"| فما - And not| كان - was| جواب - (the) answer| قومه - (of) his people| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| ائتنا - "Bring upon us| بعذاب - (the) punishment| الله - (of) Allah| إن - if| كنت - you are| من - of| الصادقين - the truthful."| | ||||||
| 10 [31:7] | Wa-itha tutla AAalayhi ayatunawalla mustakbiran kaan lam yasmaAAha kaanna fee othunayhiwaqran fabashshirhu biAAathabin aleemin | وإذا تتلى عليه آياتنا ولى مستكبرا كأن لم يسمعها كأن في أذنيه وقرا فبشره بعذاب أليم وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِ آيَاتُنَا وَلَّى مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا كَأَنَّ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ وَقْرًا فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| تتلى - are recited| عليه - to him| آياتنا - Our Verses,| ولى - he turns away| مستكبرا - arrogantly| كأن - as if| لم - not| يسمعها - he (had) heard them,| كأن - as if| في - in| أذنيه - his ears| وقرا - (is) deafness.| فبشره - So give him tidings| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 11 [45:8] | YasmaAAu ayati Allahitutla AAalayhi thumma yusirru mustakbiran kaan lamyasmaAAha fabashshirhu biAAathabin aleemin | يسمع آيات الله تتلى عليه ثم يصر مستكبرا كأن لم يسمعها فبشره بعذاب أليم يَسْمَعُ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُصِرُّ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
