| 1 [2:128] | Rabbana waijAAalnamuslimayni laka wamin thurriyyatina ommatanmuslimatan laka waarina manasikana watubAAalayna innaka anta alttawwabu alrraheemu |  ربنا واجعلنا مسلمين لك ومن ذريتنا أمة مسلمة لك وأرنا مناسكنا وتب علينا إنك أنت التواب الرحيمرَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |ربنا - Our Lord!| واجعلنا - [and] Make us| مسلمين - both submissive| لك - to You.| ومن - And from| ذريتنا - our offspring| أمة - a community| مسلمة - submissive| لك - to You.| وأرنا - And show us| مناسكنا - our ways of worship| وتب - and turn| علينا - to us.| إنك - Indeed You!| أنت - [You] (are)| التواب - the Oft-returning,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:126] | Wama tanqimu minna illaan amanna bi-ayati rabbinalamma jaatna rabbana afrigh AAalaynasabran watawaffana muslimeena | وما تنقم منا إلا أن آمنا بآيات ربنا لما جاءتنا ربنا أفرغ علينا صبرا وتوفنا مسلمين وَمَا تَنقِمُ مِنَّا إِلاَّ أَنْ آمَنَّا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّنَا لَمَّا جَاءَتْنَا رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| تنقم - you take revenge| منا - from us| إلا - except| أن - that| آمنا - we believed| بآيات - in (the) Signs| ربنا - (of) our Lord| لما - when| جاءتنا - they came to us.| ربنا - Our Lord!| أفرغ - Pour| علينا - upon us| صبرا - patience| وتوفنا - and cause us to die| مسلمين - (as) Muslims."| | ||||||
| 3 [10:84] | Waqala moosa ya qawmiin kuntum amantum biAllahi faAAalayhitawakkaloo in kuntum muslimeena | وقال موسى يا قوم إن كنتم آمنتم بالله فعليه توكلوا إن كنتم مسلمين وَقَالَ مُوسَى يَا قَوْمِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللّهِ فَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلُواْ إِن كُنتُم مُّسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And Musa said,| موسى - And Musa said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| إن - If| كنتم - you have| آمنتم - believed| بالله - in Allah,| فعليه - then on Him| توكلوا - put your trust,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مسلمين - Muslims."| | ||||||
| 4 [15:2] | Rubama yawaddu allatheenakafaroo law kanoo muslimeena | ربما يود الذين كفروا لو كانوا مسلمين رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ كَانُواْ مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ربما - Perhaps| يود - will wish| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| لو - if| كانوا - they had been| مسلمين - Muslims.| | ||||||
| 5 [27:31] | Alla taAAloo AAalayya wa/tooneemuslimeena | ألا تعلوا علي وأتوني مسلمين أَلَّا تَعْلُوا عَلَيَّ وَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - That not| تعلوا - exalt yourselves| علي - against me,| وأتوني - but come to me| مسلمين - (in) submission."| | ||||||
| 6 [27:38] | Qala ya ayyuha almalaoayyukum ya/teenee biAAarshiha qabla an ya/toonee muslimeena | قال يا أيها الملأ أيكم يأتيني بعرشها قبل أن يأتوني مسلمين قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَبْلَ أَن يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| أيها - "O| الملأ - chiefs!| أيكم - Which of you| يأتيني - will bring me| بعرشها - her throne| قبل - before| أن - that| يأتوني - they come to me| مسلمين - (in) submission?"| | ||||||
| 7 [27:42] | Falamma jaat qeela ahakathaAAarshuki qalat kaannahu huwa waooteena alAAilmamin qabliha wakunna muslimeena | فلما جاءت قيل أهكذا عرشك قالت كأنه هو وأوتينا العلم من قبلها وكنا مسلمين فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَكَذَا عَرْشُكِ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| جاءت - she came,| قيل - it was said,| أهكذا - "Is like this| عرشك - your throne?"| قالت - She said,| كأنه - "It is like| هو - it."| وأوتينا - "And we were given| العلم - the knowledge| من - before her| قبلها - before her| وكنا - and we have been| مسلمين - Muslims."| | ||||||
| 8 [28:53] | Wa-itha yutla AAalayhim qalooamanna bihi innahu alhaqqu min rabbinainna kunna min qablihi muslimeena | وإذا يتلى عليهم قالوا آمنا به إنه الحق من ربنا إنا كنا من قبله مسلمين وَإِذَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِهِ إِنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلِهِ مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| يتلى - it is recited| عليهم - to them| قالوا - they say,| آمنا - "We believe| به - in it.| إنه - Indeed, it| الحق - (is) the truth| من - from| ربنا - our Lord.| إنا - Indeed, we| كنا - [we] were| من - before it| قبله - before it| مسلمين - Muslims."| | ||||||
| 9 [43:69] | Allatheena amanoo bi-ayatinawakanoo muslimeena | الذين آمنوا بآياتنا وكانوا مسلمين الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
