| 1 [2:117] | BadeeAAu alssamawatiwaal-ardi wa-itha qada amran fa-innamayaqoolu lahu kun fayakoonu |  بديع السماوات والأرض وإذا قضى أمرا فإنما يقول له كن فيكونبَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَإِذَا قَضَى أَمْراً فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ | |||||
| Words | |بديع - (The) Originator| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth!| وإذا - And when| قضى - He decrees| أمرا - a matter,| فإنما - [so] only| يقول - He says| له - to it| كن - "Be,"| فيكون - and it becomes.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:228] | Waalmutallaqatuyatarabbasna bi-anfusihinna thalathata quroo-in walayahillu lahunna an yaktumna ma khalaqa Allahufee arhamihinna in kunna yu/minna biAllahiwaalyawmi al-akhiri wabuAAoolatuhunna ahaqqubiraddihinna fee thalika in aradoo islahanwalahunna mithlu allathee AAalayhinna bialmaAAroofiwalilrrijali AAalayhinna darajatun waAllahuAAazeezun hakeemun | والمطلقات يتربصن بأنفسهن ثلاثة قروء ولا يحل لهن أن يكتمن ما خلق الله في أرحامهن إن كن يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر وبعولتهن أحق بردهن في ذلك إن أرادوا إصلاحا ولهن مثل الذي عليهن بالمعروف وللرجال عليهن درجة والله عزيز حكيم وَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلاَثَةَ قُرُوءٍ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَن يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللّهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ إِن كُنَّ يُؤْمِنَّ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ إِنْ أَرَادُواْ إِصْلاَحًا وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكُيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |والمطلقات - And the women who are divorced| يتربصن - shall wait| بأنفسهن - concerning themselves| ثلاثة - (for) three| قروء - monthly periods.| ولا - And (it is) not| يحل - lawful| لهن - for them| أن - that| يكتمن - they conceal| ما - what| خلق - (has been) created| الله - (by) Allah| في - in| أرحامهن - their wombs,| إن - if| كن - they| يؤمن - believe| بالله - in Allah| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - [the] Last.| وبعولتهن - And their husbands| أحق - (have) better right| بردهن - to take them back| في - in| ذلك - that (period)| إن - if| أرادوا - they wish| إصلاحا - (for) reconciliation.| ولهن - And for them| مثل - (is the) like| الذي - (of) that which| عليهن - (is) on them| بالمعروف - in a reasonable manner,| وللرجال - and for the men| عليهن - over them| درجة - (is) a degree.| والله - And Allah| عزيز - (is) All-Mighty,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:47] | Qalat rabbi anna yakoonu leewaladun walam yamsasnee basharun qala kathaliki Allahuyakhluqu ma yashao itha qada amranfa-innama yaqoolu lahu kun fayakoonu | قالت رب أنى يكون لي ولد ولم يمسسني بشر قال كذلك الله يخلق ما يشاء إذا قضى أمرا فإنما يقول له كن فيكون قَالَتْ رَبِّ أَنَّى يَكُونُ لِي وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِي بَشَرٌ قَالَ كَذَلِكِ اللّهُ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - She said,| رب - "My Lord| أنى - how| يكون - is [it]| لي - for me| ولد - a boy,| ولم - and (has) not| يمسسني - touch(ed) me| بشر - any man?"| قال - He said,| كذلك - "Thus| الله - Allah| يخلق - creates| ما - what| يشاء - He wills.| إذا - When| قضى - He decrees| أمرا - a matter| فإنما - then only| يقول - He says| له - to it,| كن - "Be,"| فيكون - and it becomes.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:59] | Inna mathala AAeesa AAinda Allahikamathali adama khalaqahu min turabin thumma qalalahu kun fayakoonu | إن مثل عيسى عند الله كمثل آدم خلقه من تراب ثم قال له كن فيكون إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَى عِندَ اللّهِ كَمَثَلِ آدَمَ خَلَقَهُ مِن تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| مثل - (the) likeness| عيسى - (of) Isa| عند - near| الله - Allah| كمثل - (is) like (the) likeness| آدم - (of) Adam.| خلقه - He created him| من - from| تراب - dust| ثم - then| قال - He said| له - to him,| كن - "Be,"| فيكون - and he was.| | ||||||
| 5 [4:11] | Yooseekumu Allahu fee awladikumlilththakari mithlu haththialonthayayni fa-in kunna nisaan fawqa ithnatayni falahunnathulutha ma taraka wa-in kanat wahidatanfalaha alnnisfu wali-abawayhi likulli wahidinminhuma alssudusu mimma taraka in kanalahu waladun fa-in lam yakun lahu waladun wawarithahu abawahufali-ommihi alththuluthu fa-in kana lahu ikhwatunfali-ommihi alssudusu min baAAdi wasiyyatin yooseebiha aw daynin abaokum waabnaokum latadroona ayyuhum aqrabu lakum nafAAan fareedatan mina Allahiinna Allaha kana AAaleeman hakeeman | يوصيكم الله في أولادكم للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين فإن كن نساء فوق اثنتين فلهن ثلثا ما ترك وإن كانت واحدة فلها النصف ولأبويه لكل واحد منهما السدس مما ترك إن كان له ولد فإن لم يكن له ولد وورثه أبواه فلأمه الثلث فإن كان له إخوة فلأمه السدس من بعد وصية يوصي بها أو دين آباؤكم وأبناؤكم لا تدرون أيهم أقرب لكم نفعا فريضة من الله إن الله كان عليما حكيما يُوصِيكُمُ اللّهُ فِي أَوْلاَدِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنثَيَيْنِ فَإِن كُنَّ نِسَاءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ وَلِأَبَوَيْهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِن كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلَدٌ وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلِأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ آبَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ لاَ تَدْرُونَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ لَكُمْ نَفْعاً فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |يوصيكم - Instructs you| الله - Allah| في - concerning| أولادكم - your children -| للذكر - for the male| مثل - like| حظ - (the) portion| الأنثيين - (of) two females.| فإن - But if| كن - there are| نساء - (only) women| فوق - more (than)| اثنتين - two,| فلهن - then for them| ثلثا - two thirds| ما - (of) what| ترك - he left.| وإن - And if| كانت - (there) is| واحدة - (only) one,| فلها - then for her| النصف - (is) half.| ولأبويه - And for his parents,| لكل - for each| واحد - one| منهما - of them| السدس - a sixth| مما - of what| ترك - (is) left,| إن - if| كان - is| له - for him| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| لم - not| يكن - is| له - for him| ولد - any child| وورثه - and inherit[ed] him| أبواه - his parents,| فلأمه - then for his mother| الثلث - (is) one third.| فإن - And if| كان - are| له - for him| إخوة - brothers and sisters,| فلأمه - then for his mother| السدس - (is) the sixth| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| يوصي - he has made| بها - [of which]| أو - or| دين - any debt.| آباؤكم - Your parents| وأبناؤكم - and your children -| لا - not| تدرون - you know| أيهم - which of them| أقرب - (is) nearer| لكم - to you| نفعا - (in) benefit.| فريضة - An obligation| من - from| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عليما - All-Knowing,| حكيما - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 6 [6:73] | Wahuwa allathee khalaqa alssamawatiwaal-arda bialhaqqi wayawma yaqoolukun fayakoonu qawluhu alhaqqu walahu almulku yawmayunfakhu fee alssoori AAalimu alghaybi waalshshahadatiwahuwa alhakeemu alkhabeeru | وهو الذي خلق السماوات والأرض بالحق ويوم يقول كن فيكون قوله الحق وله الملك يوم ينفخ في الصور عالم الغيب والشهادة وهو الحكيم الخبير وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ وَيَوْمَ يَقُولُ كُن فَيَكُونُ قَوْلُهُ الْحَقُّ وَلَهُ الْمُلْكُ يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِي الصُّورِ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And (it is) He| الذي - Who| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| بالحق - in truth.| ويوم - And (the) Day| يقول - He says,| كن - "Be"| فيكون - and it is,| قوله - His word| الحق - (is) the truth.| وله - And for Him| الملك - (is) the Dominion| يوم - (on the) Day| ينفخ - will be blown| في - in| الصور - the trumpet.| عالم - (He is) All-Knower| الغيب - (of) the unseen| والشهادة - and the seen.| وهو - And He| الحكيم - (is) the All-Wise,| الخبير - the All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 7 [16:40] | Innama qawluna lishay-in ithaaradnahu an naqoola lahu kun fayakoonu | إنما قولنا لشيء إذا أردناه أن نقول له كن فيكون إِنَّمَا قَوْلُنَا لِشَيْءٍ إِذَا أَرَدْنَاهُ أَن نَّقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| قولنا - Our Word| لشيء - to a thing| إذا - when| أردناه - We intend it| أن - (is) that| نقول - We say| له - to it,| كن - "Be"| فيكون - and it is.| | ||||||
| 8 [19:35] | Ma kana lillahi anyattakhitha min waladin subhanahu itha qadaamran fa-innama yaqoolu lahu kun fayakoonu | ما كان لله أن يتخذ من ولد سبحانه إذا قضى أمرا فإنما يقول له كن فيكون مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٍ سُبْحَانَهُ إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ | |||||

| 11 [65:6] | Askinoohunna min haythu sakantum minwujdikum wala tudarroohunna litudayyiqooAAalayhinna wa-in kunna olati hamlin faanfiqooAAalayhinna hatta yadaAAna hamlahunnafa-in ardaAAna lakum faatoohunna ojoorahunnawa/tamiroo baynakum bimaAAroofin wa-in taAAasartum fasaturdiAAulahu okhra | أسكنوهن من حيث سكنتم من وجدكم ولا تضاروهن لتضيقوا عليهن وإن كن أولات حمل فأنفقوا عليهن حتى يضعن حملهن فإن أرضعن لكم فآتوهن أجورهن وأتمروا بينكم بمعروف وإن تعاسرتم فسترضع له أخرى أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنتُم مِّن وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَارُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ وَإِن كُنَّ أُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنفِقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَأْتَمِرُوا بَيْنَكُم بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَإِن تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَى | |||||
| Words | |أسكنوهن - Lodge them| من - from| حيث - where| سكنتم - you dwell,| من - (out) of| وجدكم - your means| ولا - and (do) not| تضاروهن - harm them| لتضيقوا - to distress| عليهن - [on] them.| وإن - And if| كن - they are| أولات - those (who are)| حمل - pregnant,| فأنفقوا - then spend| عليهن - on them| حتى - until| يضعن - they deliver| حملهن - their burden.| فإن - Then if| أرضعن - they suckle| لكم - for you,| فآتوهن - then give them| أجورهن - their payment,| وأتمروا - and consult| بينكم - among yourselves| بمعروف - with kindness,| وإن - but if| تعاسرتم - you disagree,| فسترضع - then may suckle| له - for him| أخرى - another (women).| | ||||||
