| 1 [5:80] | Tara katheeran minhum yatawallawnaallatheena kafaroo labi/sa ma qaddamat lahumanfusuhum an sakhita Allahu AAalayhim wafee alAAathabihum khalidoona |  ترى كثيرا منهم يتولون الذين كفروا لبئس ما قدمت لهم أنفسهم أن سخط الله عليهم وفي العذاب هم خالدونتَرَى كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُمْ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَبِئْسَ مَا قَدَّمَتْ لَهُمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ أَن سَخِطَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَفِي الْعَذَابِ هُمْ خَالِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ترى - You see| كثيرا - many| منهم - of them| يتولون - taking as allies| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved.| لبئس - Surely evil| ما - (is) what| قدمت - sent forth| لهم - for them| أنفسهم - their souls,| أن - that| سخط - became angry| الله - Allah| عليهم - with them| وفي - and in| العذاب - the punishment| هم - they| خالدون - (will) abide forever.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:83] | Wa-itha samiAAoo ma onzila ilaalrrasooli tara aAAyunahum tafeedu mina alddamAAimimma AAarafoo mina alhaqqi yaqooloona rabbanaamanna faoktubna maAAa alshshahideena | وإذا سمعوا ما أنزل إلى الرسول ترى أعينهم تفيض من الدمع مما عرفوا من الحق يقولون ربنا آمنا فاكتبنا مع الشاهدين وَإِذَا سَمِعُواْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ تَرَى أَعْيُنَهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُواْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| سمعوا - they listen| ما - (to) what| أنزل - has been revealed| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger,| ترى - you see| أعينهم - their eyes| تفيض - overflowing| من - with| الدمع - the tears,| مما - for what| عرفوا - they recognized| من - of| الحق - the truth.| يقولون - They say,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| آمنا - we have believed| فاكتبنا - so write us| مع - with| الشاهدين - the witnesses.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:27] | Walaw tara ith wuqifoo AAalaalnnari faqaloo ya laytananuraddu wala nukaththiba bi-ayatirabbina wanakoona mina almu/mineena | ولو ترى إذ وقفوا على النار فقالوا يا ليتنا نرد ولا نكذب بآيات ربنا ونكون من المؤمنين وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى النَّارِ فَقَالُواْ يَا لَيْتَنَا نُرَدُّ وَلاَ نُكَذِّبَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّنَا وَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| وقفوا - they are made to stand| على - by| النار - the Fire| فقالوا - then they (will) say,| يا - O| ليتنا - "Oh! Would that we| نرد - were sent back| ولا - and not| نكذب - we would deny| بآيات - (the) Signs| ربنا - (of) our Lord| ونكون - and we would be| من - among| المؤمنين - the believers."| | ||||||
| 4 [6:30] | Walaw tara ith wuqifoo AAalarabbihim qala alaysa hatha bialhaqqiqaloo bala warabbina qala fathooqooalAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona | ولو ترى إذ وقفوا على ربهم قال أليس هذا بالحق قالوا بلى وربنا قال فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ قَالَ أَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْحَقِّ قَالُواْ بَلَى وَرَبِّنَا قَالَ فَذُوقُواْ العَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| وقفوا - they will be made to stand| على - before| ربهم - their Lord.| قال - He (will) say,| أليس - "Is not| هذا - this| بالحق - the truth?"| قالوا - They will say,| بلى - "Yes,| وربنا - by our Lord."| قال - He (will) say,| فذوقوا - "So taste| العذاب - the punishment| بما - because| كنتم - you used to| تكفرون - disbelieve."| | ||||||
| 5 [6:93] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw qala oohiyailayya walam yooha ilayhi shay-on waman qalasaonzilu mithla ma anzala Allahu walaw taraithi alththalimoona fee ghamaratialmawti waalmala-ikatu basitooaydeehim akhrijoo anfusakumu alyawma tujzawna AAathabaalhooni bima kuntum taqooloona AAala Allahighayra alhaqqi wakuntum AAan ayatihitastakbiroona | ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو قال أوحي إلي ولم يوح إليه شيء ومن قال سأنزل مثل ما أنزل الله ولو ترى إذ الظالمون في غمرات الموت والملائكة باسطو أيديهم أخرجوا أنفسكم اليوم تجزون عذاب الهون بما كنتم تقولون على الله غير الحق وكنتم عن آياته تستكبرون وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ قَالَ أُوْحِيَ إِلَيَّ وَلَمْ يُوحَ إِلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَمَن قَالَ سَأُنزِلُ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَزلَ اللّهُ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي غَمَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْمَلَآئِكَةُ بَاسِطُواْ أَيْدِيهِمْ أَخْرِجُواْ أَنفُسَكُمُ الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ وَكُنتُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهِ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (one) who| افترى - invents| على - about| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| قال - said,| أوحي - "It has been inspired| إلي - to me"| ولم - while not| يوح - it was inspired| إليه - to him| شيء - anything,| ومن - and (one) who| قال - said,| سأنزل - "I will reveal| مثل - like| ما - what| أنزل - (has been) revealed| الله - (by) Allah."| ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| الظالمون - the wrongdoers| في - (are) in| غمرات - agonies| الموت - (of) [the] death| والملائكة - while the Angels| باسطو - (are) stretching out| أيديهم - their hands (saying),| أخرجوا - "Discharge| أنفسكم - your souls!| اليوم - Today| تجزون - you will be recompensed| عذاب - (with) punishment,| الهون - humiliating,| بما - because| كنتم - you used to| تقولون - say| على - against| الله - Allah| غير - other than| الحق - the truth| وكنتم - and you were| عن - towards| آياته - His Verses| تستكبرون - being arrogant."| | ||||||
| 6 [8:50] | Walaw tara ith yatawaffaallatheena kafaroo almala-ikatu yadriboonawujoohahum waadbarahum wathooqoo AAathaba alhareeqi | ولو ترى إذ يتوفى الذين كفروا الملائكة يضربون وجوههم وأدبارهم وذوقوا عذاب الحريق وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ يَتَوَفَّى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ الْمَلَآئِكَةُ يَضْرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَأَدْبَارَهُمْ وَذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| يتوفى - take away souls| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| الملائكة - the Angels,| يضربون - striking| وجوههم - their faces| وأدبارهم - and their backs| وذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - (the) punishment| الحريق - (of) the Blazing Fire."| | ||||||
| 7 [20:107] | La tara feeha AAiwajanwala amtan | لا ترى فيها عوجا ولا أمتا لَّا تَرَى فِيهَا عِوَجًا وَلَا أَمْتًا | |||||
| Words | |لا - Not| ترى - you will see| فيها - in it| عوجا - any crookedness| ولا - and not| أمتا - any curve."| | ||||||
| 8 [32:12] | Walaw tara ithi almujrimoona nakisooruoosihim AAinda rabbihim rabbana absarnawasamiAAna faarjiAAna naAAmal salihaninna mooqinoona | ولو ترى إذ المجرمون ناكسو رءوسهم عند ربهم ربنا أبصرنا وسمعنا فارجعنا نعمل صالحا إنا موقنون وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الْمُجْرِمُونَ نَاكِسُو رُؤُوسِهِمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ رَبَّنَا أَبْصَرْنَا وَسَمِعْنَا فَارْجِعْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا إِنَّا مُوقِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| المجرمون - the criminals| ناكسو - (will) hang| رءوسهم - their heads| عند - before| ربهم - their Lord,| ربنا - "Our Lord| أبصرنا - we have seen| وسمعنا - and we have heard,| فارجعنا - so return us,| نعمل - we will do| صالحا - righteous (deeds).| إنا - Indeed, we| موقنون - (are now) certain."| | ||||||
| 9 [34:31] | Waqala allatheena kafaroo lannu/mina bihatha alqur-ani wala biallatheebayna yadayhi walaw tara ithi alththalimoonamawqoofoona AAinda rabbihim yarjiAAu baAAduhum ilabaAAdin alqawla yaqoolu allatheena istudAAifoolillatheena istakbaroo lawla antum lakunnamu/mineena | وقال الذين كفروا لن نؤمن بهذا القرآن ولا بالذي بين يديه ولو ترى إذ الظالمون موقوفون عند ربهم يرجع بعضهم إلى بعض القول يقول الذين استضعفوا للذين استكبروا لولا أنتم لكنا مؤمنين وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَن نُّؤْمِنَ بِهَذَا الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا بِالَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ مَوْقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ الْقَوْلَ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا لَوْلَا أَنتُمْ لَكُنَّا مُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And say| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve,| لن - "Never will| نؤمن - we believe| بهذا - in this| القرآن - Quran| ولا - and not| بالذي - in (that) which| بين - (was) before it."| يديه - (was) before it."| ولو - But if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| الظالمون - the wrongdoers| موقوفون - will be made to stand| عند - before| ربهم - their Lord,| يرجع - will throw back| بعضهم - some of them| إلى - to| بعض - others| القول - the word.| يقول - Will say| الذين - those who| استضعفوا - were oppressed| للذين - to those who| استكبروا - were arrogant,| لولا - "If not| أنتم - (for) you| لكنا - certainly we (would) have been| مؤمنين - believers."| | ||||||
| 10 [34:51] | Walaw tara ith faziAAoo falafawta waokhithoo min makanin qareebin | ولو ترى إذ فزعوا فلا فوت وأخذوا من مكان قريب وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ فَزِعُوا فَلَا فَوْتَ وَأُخِذُوا مِن مَّكَانٍ قَرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| فزعوا - they will be terrified| فلا - but (there will be) no| فوت - escape,| وأخذوا - and they will be seized| من - from| مكان - a place| قريب - near.| | ||||||
| 11 [37:102] | Falamma balagha maAAahu alssaAAyaqala ya bunayya innee ara fee almanamiannee athbahuka faonthur mathatara qala ya abati ifAAal ma tu/marusatajidunee in shaa Allahu mina alssabireena | فلما بلغ معه السعي قال يا بني إني أرى في المنام أني أذبحك فانظر ماذا ترى قال يا أبت افعل ما تؤمر ستجدني إن شاء الله من الصابرين فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْيَ قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنِّي أَرَى فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي أَذْبَحُكَ فَانظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَى قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - Then when| بلغ - he reached| معه - the (age of) working with him| السعي - the (age of) working with him| قال - he said,| يا - O| بني - "O my son!| إني - Indeed, I| أرى - have seen| في - in| المنام - the dream| أني - that I am| أذبحك - sacrificing you,| فانظر - so look| ماذا - what| ترى - you see."| قال - He said,| يا - O| أبت - Do| افعل - what| ما - you are commanded.| تؤمر - You will find me,| ستجدني - if| إن - Allah wills,| شاء - Allah wills,| الله - of| من - the patient ones."| | ||||||
| 12 [39:58] | Aw taqoola heena tara alAAathabalaw anna lee karratan faakoona mina almuhsineena | أو تقول حين ترى العذاب لو أن لي كرة فأكون من المحسنين أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |أو - Or| تقول - it should say| حين - when| ترى - it sees| العذاب - the punishment,| لو - "If| أن - only| لي - for me| كرة - another chance| فأكون - then I could be| من - among| المحسنين - the good-doers."| | ||||||
| 13 [39:60] | Wayawma alqiyamati tara allatheenakathaboo AAala Allahi wujoohuhum muswaddatunalaysa fee jahannama mathwan lilmutakabbireena | ويوم القيامة ترى الذين كذبوا على الله وجوههم مسودة أليس في جهنم مثوى للمتكبرين وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُواْ عَلَى اللَّهِ وُجُوهُهُم مُّسْوَدَّةٌ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ويوم - And (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection| ترى - you will see| الذين - those who| كذبوا - lied| على - about| الله - Allah,| وجوههم - their faces| مسودة - (will be) blackened.| أليس - Is (there) not| في - in| جهنم - Hell| مثوى - an abode| للمتكبرين - for the arrogant?| | ||||||
| 14 [41:39] | Wamin ayatihi annaka taraal-arda khashiAAatan fa-itha anzalnaAAalayha almaa ihtazzat warabat inna allatheeahyaha lamuhyee almawta innahuAAala kulli shay-in qadeerun | ومن آياته أنك ترى الأرض خاشعة فإذا أنزلنا عليها الماء اهتزت وربت إن الذي أحياها لمحيي الموتى إنه على كل شيء قدير وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنَّكَ تَرَى الْأَرْضَ خَاشِعَةً فَإِذَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا الْمَاءَ اهْتَزَّتْ وَرَبَتْ إِنَّ الَّذِي أَحْيَاهَا لَمُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى إِنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And among| آياته - His Signs| أنك - (is) that you| ترى - see| الأرض - the earth| خاشعة - barren,| فإذا - but when| أنزلنا - We send down| عليها - upon it| الماء - water| اهتزت - it is stirred (to life)| وربت - and grows.| إن - Indeed,| الذي - the One Who| أحياها - gives it life,| لمحيي - (is) surely the Giver of life| الموتى - (to) the dead.| إنه - Indeed, He| على - (is) on| كل - every| شيء - thing| قدير - All-Powerful.| | ||||||
| 15 [42:22] | Tara alththalimeenamushfiqeena mimma kasaboo wahuwa waqiAAun bihim waallatheenaamanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati fee rawdatialjannati lahum ma yashaoona AAinda rabbihimthalika huwa alfadlu alkabeeru | ترى الظالمين مشفقين مما كسبوا وهو واقع بهم والذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات في روضات الجنات لهم ما يشاءون عند ربهم ذلك هو الفضل الكبير تَرَى الظَّالِمِينَ مُشْفِقِينَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَهُوَ وَاقِعٌ بِهِمْ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فِي رَوْضَاتِ الْجَنَّاتِ لَهُم مَّا يَشَاؤُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَضْلُ الكَبِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |ترى - You will see| الظالمين - the wrongdoers| مشفقين - fearful| مما - of what| كسبوا - they earned,| وهو - and it| واقع - (will) befall| بهم - [on] them.| والذين - And those who| آمنوا - believe| وعملوا - and do| الصالحات - righteous deeds| في - (will be) in| روضات - flowering meadows| الجنات - (of) the Gardens,| لهم - for them| ما - (is) whatever| يشاءون - they wish| عند - with| ربهم - their Lord.| ذلك - That -| هو - it| الفضل - (is) the Bounty| الكبير - the Great.| | ||||||
| 16 [57:12] | Yawma tara almu/mineena waalmu/minatiyasAAa nooruhum bayna aydeehim wabi-aymanihim bushrakumualyawma jannatun tajree min tahtiha al-anharukhalideena feeha thalika huwa alfawzu alAAatheemu | يوم ترى المؤمنين والمؤمنات يسعى نورهم بين أيديهم وبأيمانهم بشراكم اليوم جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها ذلك هو الفوز العظيم يَوْمَ تَرَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَسْعَى نُورُهُم بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَانِهِم بُشْرَاكُمُ الْيَوْمَ جَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (On the) Day| ترى - you will see| المؤمنين - the believing men| والمؤمنات - and the believing women,| يسعى - running,| نورهم - their light| بين - before them| أيديهم - before them| وبأيمانهم - and on their right,| بشراكم - "Glad tidings for you| اليوم - this Day -| جنات - gardens| تجري - flowing| من - from| تحتها - underneath it| الأنهار - the rivers,| خالدين - abiding forever| فيها - therein.| ذلك - That| هو - [it] (is)| الفوز - the success| العظيم - the great."| | ||||||
| 17 [67:3] | Allathee khalaqa sabAAa samawatintibaqan ma tara fee khalqi alrrahmanimin tafawutin fairjiAAi albasara hal taramin futoorin | الذي خلق سبع سماوات طباقا ما ترى في خلق الرحمن من تفاوت فارجع البصر هل ترى من فطور الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا مَّا تَرَى فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَنِ مِن تَفَاوُتٍ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَى مِن فُطُورٍ | |||||
