[8:50] | Walaw tara ith yatawaffaallatheena kafaroo almala-ikatu yadriboonawujoohahum waadbarahum wathooqoo AAathaba alhareeqi
|  ولو ترى إذ يتوفى الذين كفروا الملائكة يضربون وجوههم وأدبارهم وذوقوا عذاب الحريق
وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ يَتَوَفَّى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ الْمَلَآئِكَةُ يَضْرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَأَدْبَارَهُمْ وَذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ |
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| يتوفى - take away souls| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| الملائكة - the Angels,| يضربون - striking| وجوههم - their faces| وأدبارهم - and their backs| وذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - (the) punishment| الحريق - (of) the Blazing Fire."| |

| እነዚያንም የካዱትን መላእክት ፊቶቻቸውንና ጀርባዎቻቸውን እየመቱ «የቃጠሎንም ስቃይ ቅመሱ» (እያሉ) በሚገድሏቸው ጊዜ ብታይ ኖሮ (አስደንጋጭን ነገር ታይ ነበር)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولو تَرى } يا محمد { إذ يتوفى } بالياء والتاء { الذين كفروا الملائكة يضربون } حال { وجوههم وأدبارهم } بمقامعَ من حديد { و } يقولون لهم { ذوقوا عذاب الحريق } أي النار وجواب لو: لرأيت أمرا عظيما . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যদি তুমি দেখ, যখন ফেরেশতারা কাফেরদের জান কবজ করে; প্রহার করে, তাদের মুখে এবং তাদের পশ্চাদদেশে আর বলে, জ্বলন্ত আযাবের স্বাদ গ্রহণ কর। |
| Literal | And if you see/understand when the angels make those who disbelieved die, they strike/beat their faces/fronts and their backs/ends, and (they say): "Taste/experience the burning torture." |
