| 1 [2:253] | Tilka alrrusulu faddalnabaAAdahum AAala baAAdin minhum man kallamaAllahu warafaAAa baAAdahum darajatin waataynaAAeesa ibna maryama albayyinati waayyadnahubiroohi alqudusi walaw shaa Allahu maiqtatala allatheena min baAAdihim min baAAdi ma jaat-humualbayyinatu walakini ikhtalafoo faminhum man amanawaminhum man kafara walaw shaa Allahu maiqtataloo walakinna Allaha yafAAalu mayureedu |  تلك الرسل فضلنا بعضهم على بعض منهم من كلم الله ورفع بعضهم درجات وآتينا عيسى ابن مريم البينات وأيدناه بروح القدس ولو شاء الله ما اقتتل الذين من بعدهم من بعد ما جاءتهم البينات ولكن اختلفوا فمنهم من آمن ومنهم من كفر ولو شاء الله ما اقتتلوا ولكن الله يفعل ما يريدتِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ مِّنْهُم مَّن كَلَّمَ اللّهُ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٍ وَآتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَلَـكِنِ اخْتَلَفُواْ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ آمَنَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن كَفَرَ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُواْ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ | |||||
| Words | |تلك - These| الرسل - (are) the Messengers| فضلنا - We (have) preferred| بعضهم - some of them| على - over| بعض - others.| منهم - Among them| من - (were those with) whom| كلم - spoke| الله - Allah,| ورفع - and He raised| بعضهم - some of them| درجات - (in) degrees.| وآتينا - And We gave| عيسى - Isa,| ابن - son| مريم - (of) Maryam,| البينات - the clear proofs| وأيدناه - and We supported him| بروح - with Spirit| القدس - [the] Holy.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| ما - not| اقتتل - (would have) fought each other| الذين - those who| من - (came) from| بعدهم - after them,| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءتهم - came to them| البينات - the clear proofs.| ولكن - [And] but| اختلفوا - they differed,| فمنهم - [so] of them| من - (are some) who| آمن - believed| ومنهم - and of them| من - (are some) who| كفر - denied.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| ما - not| اقتتلوا - they (would have) fought each other,| ولكن - [and] but| الله - Allah| يفعل - does| ما - what| يريد - He intends.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:144] | Wama muhammadun illarasoolun qad khalat min qablihi alrrusulu afa-in mataaw qutila inqalabtum AAala aAAqabikum wamanyanqalib AAala AAaqibayhi falan yadurra Allahashay-an wasayajzee Allahu alshshakireena | وما محمد إلا رسول قد خلت من قبله الرسل أفإن مات أو قتل انقلبتم على أعقابكم ومن ينقلب على عقبيه فلن يضر الله شيئا وسيجزي الله الشاكرين وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلاَّ رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ أَفَإِن مَّاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ انْقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَى أَعْقَابِكُمْ وَمَن يَنقَلِبْ عَلَى عَقِبَيْهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ اللّهَ شَيْئًا وَسَيَجْزِي اللّهُ الشَّاكِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| محمد - (is) Muhammad -| إلا - except| رسول - a Messenger,| قد - certainly| خلت - passed away| من - from| قبله - before him| الرسل - [the] (other) Messengers.| أفإن - So if| مات - he died| أو - or| قتل - is slain| انقلبتم - will you turn back| على - on| أعقابكم - your heels?| ومن - And whoever| ينقلب - turns back| على - on| عقبيه - his heels| فلن - then never| يضر - will he harm| الله - Allah| شيئا - (in) anything.| وسيجزي - And will reward| الله - Allah| الشاكرين - the grateful ones.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:165] | Rusulan mubashshireena wamunthireenali-alla yakoona lilnnasi AAala Allahihujjatun baAAda alrrusuli wakana AllahuAAazeezan hakeeman | رسلا مبشرين ومنذرين لئلا يكون للناس على الله حجة بعد الرسل وكان الله عزيزا حكيما رُّسُلاً مُّبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ لِئَلاَّ يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى اللّهِ حُجَّةٌ بَعْدَ الرُّسُلِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |رسلا - Messengers,| مبشرين - bearers of glad tidings| ومنذرين - and warners,| لئلا - so that not| يكون - there is| للناس - for mankind| على - against| الله - Allah| حجة - any argument| بعد - after| الرسل - the Messengers.| وكان - And is| الله - Allah| عزيزا - All-Mighty,| حكيما - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:19] | Ya ahla alkitabi qad jaakumrasooluna yubayyinu lakum AAala fatratin mina alrrusulian taqooloo ma jaana min basheerin walanatheerin faqad jaakum basheerun wanatheerunwaAllahu AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun | يا أهل الكتاب قد جاءكم رسولنا يبين لكم على فترة من الرسل أن تقولوا ما جاءنا من بشير ولا نذير فقد جاءكم بشير ونذير والله على كل شيء قدير يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ عَلَى فَتْرَةٍ مِّنَ الرُّسُلِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا جَاءَنَا مِن بَشِيرٍ وَلاَ نَذِيرٍ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُم بَشِيرٌ وَنَذِيرٌ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أهل - O People| الكتاب - (of) the Book!| قد - Surely| جاءكم - has come to you| رسولنا - Our Messenger,| يبين - he makes clear| لكم - to you| على - [on]| فترة - (after) an interval (of cessation)| من - of| الرسل - the Messengers,| أن - lest| تقولوا - you say| ما - "Not| جاءنا - (has) come to us| من - any| بشير - bearer of glad tidings| ولا - and not| نذير - a warner."| فقد - But surely| جاءكم - has come to you| بشير - a bearer of glad tidings| ونذير - and a warner.| والله - And Allah| على - (is) on| كل - every| شيء - thing| قدير - All-Powerful.| | ||||||
| 5 [5:75] | Ma almaseehu ibnu maryama illarasoolun qad khalat min qablihi alrrusulu waommuhu siddeeqatunkana ya/kulani alttaAAamaonthur kayfa nubayyinu lahumu al-ayatithumma onthur anna yu/fakoona | ما المسيح ابن مريم إلا رسول قد خلت من قبله الرسل وأمه صديقة كانا يأكلان الطعام انظر كيف نبين لهم الآيات ثم انظر أنى يؤفكون مَّا الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ إِلاَّ رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ وَأُمُّهُ صِدِّيقَةٌ كَانَا يَأْكُلاَنِ الطَّعَامَ انظُرْ كَيْفَ نُبَيِّنُ لَهُمُ الْآيَاتِ ثُمَّ انظُرْ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ما - Not| المسيح - (is) the Messiah,| ابن - son| مريم - (of) Maryam| إلا - but| رسول - a Messenger,| قد - certainly| خلت - had passed| من - from| قبله - before him| الرسل - the Messengers.| وأمه - And his mother| صديقة - (was) truthful.| كانا - They both used to| يأكلان - eat| الطعام - [the] food.| انظر - See| كيف - how| نبين - We make clear| لهم - to them| الآيات - the Signs,| ثم - then| انظر - see| أنى - how| يؤفكون - they are deluded.| | ||||||
| 6 [5:109] | Yawma yajmaAAu Allahu alrrusulafayaqoolu matha ojibtum qaloo la AAilma lanainnaka anta AAallamu alghuyoobi | يوم يجمع الله الرسل فيقول ماذا أجبتم قالوا لا علم لنا إنك أنت علام الغيوب يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُ اللّهُ الرُّسُلَ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَا أُجِبْتُمْ قَالُواْ لاَ عِلْمَ لَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ عَلاَّمُ الْغُيُوبِ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (The) day| يجمع - will (be) gathered| الله - (by) Allah| الرسل - the Messengers| فيقول - and He will say,| ماذا - "What| أجبتم - was (the) response you received?"| قالوا - They said,| لا - "(There is) no| علم - knowledge| لنا - for us.| إنك - Indeed You,| أنت - You| علام - (are the) Knower| الغيوب - (of) the unseen."| | ||||||
| 7 [11:120] | Wakullan naqussu AAalayka min anba-ialrrusuli ma nuthabbitu bihi fu-adaka wajaakafee hathihi alhaqqu wamawAAithatun wathikralilmu/mineena | وكلا نقص عليك من أنباء الرسل ما نثبت به فؤادك وجاءك في هذه الحق وموعظة وذكرى للمؤمنين وَكُـلاًّ نَّقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنبَاءِ الرُّسُلِ مَا نُثَبِّتُ بِهِ فُؤَادَكَ وَجَاءَكَ فِي هَـذِهِ الْحَقُّ وَمَوْعِظَةٌ وَذِكْرَى لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وكلا - And each,| نقص - We relate| عليك - to you| من - of| أنباء - (the) news| الرسل - (of) the Messengers| ما - (for) that| نثبت - We may make firm| به - with it| فؤادك - your heart.| وجاءك - And has come to you| في - in| هذه - this| الحق - the truth| وموعظة - and an admonition| وذكرى - and a reminder| للمؤمنين - for the believers.| | ||||||
| 8 [12:110] | Hatta itha istay-asa alrrusuluwathannoo annahum qad kuthiboo jaahumnasruna fanujjiya man nashao walayuraddu ba/suna AAani alqawmi almujrimeena | حتى إذا استيأس الرسل وظنوا أنهم قد كذبوا جاءهم نصرنا فنجي من نشاء ولا يرد بأسنا عن القوم المجرمين حَتَّى إِذَا اسْتَيْأَسَ الرُّسُلُ وَظَنُّواْ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كُذِبُواْ جَاءَهُمْ نَصْرُنَا فَنُجِّيَ مَن نَّشَاءُ وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُنَا عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |حتى - Until| إذا - when| استيأس - gave up hope| الرسل - the Messengers,| وظنوا - and thought| أنهم - that they| قد - certainly| كذبوا - were denied,| جاءهم - then came to them| نصرنا - Our help,| فنجي - and was saved| من - whom| نشاء - We willed.| ولا - And not| يرد - (can) be repelled| بأسنا - Our punishment| عن - from| القوم - the people| المجرمين - (who are) criminals.| | ||||||
| 9 [14:44] | Waanthiri alnnasa yawmaya/teehimu alAAathabu fayaqoolu allatheena thalamoorabbana akhkhirna ila ajalin qareebin nujibdaAAwataka wanattabiAAi alrrusula awa lam takoonooaqsamtum min qablu ma lakum min zawalin | وأنذر الناس يوم يأتيهم العذاب فيقول الذين ظلموا ربنا أخرنا إلى أجل قريب نجب دعوتك ونتبع الرسل أولم تكونوا أقسمتم من قبل ما لكم من زوال وَأَنذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُواْ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ | |||||
| Words | |وأنذر - And warn| الناس - the mankind| يوم - (of) a Day| يأتيهم - (when) will come to them| العذاب - the punishment,| فيقول - then will say| الذين - those who| ظلموا - did wrong,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| أخرنا - Respite us| إلى - for| أجل - a term| قريب - short;| نجب - we will answer| دعوتك - Your call| ونتبع - and we will follow| الرسل - the Messengers."| أولم - "Had not| تكونوا - you| أقسمتم - sworn| من - before| قبل - before| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| زوال - end?| | ||||||
| 10 [16:35] | Waqala allatheena ashrakoo lawshaa Allahu ma AAabadna min doonihimin shay-in nahnu wala abaonawala harramna min doonihi min shay-in kathalikafaAAala allatheena min qablihim fahal AAala alrrusuliilla albalaghu almubeenu | وقال الذين أشركوا لو شاء الله ما عبدنا من دونه من شيء نحن ولا آباؤنا ولا حرمنا من دونه من شيء كذلك فعل الذين من قبلهم فهل على الرسل إلا البلاغ المبين وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلاَّ الْبَلاغُ الْمُبِينُ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And said| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate partners (with Allah),| لو - "If| شاء - Allah (had) willed| الله - Allah (had) willed| ما - not| عبدنا - we (would) have worshipped| من - other than Him| دونه - other than Him| من - any| شيء - thing,| نحن - we| ولا - and not| آباؤنا - our forefathers| ولا - and not| حرمنا - we (would) have forbidden| من - other than Him| دونه - other than Him| من - anything."| شيء - anything."| كذلك - Thus| فعل - did| الذين - those who| من - (were) before them.| قبلهم - (were) before them.| فهل - Then is (there)| على - on| الرسل - the messengers| إلا - except| البلاغ - the conveyance| المبين - clear?| | ||||||
| 11 [23:51] | Ya ayyuha alrrusulukuloo mina alttayyibati waiAAmaloo salihaninnee bima taAAmaloona AAaleemun | يا أيها الرسل كلوا من الطيبات واعملوا صالحا إني بما تعملون عليم يَا أَيُّهَا الرُّسُلُ كُلُوا مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَاعْمَلُوا صَالِحًا إِنِّي بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O Messengers!| الرسل - O Messengers!| كلوا - Eat| من - of| الطيبات - the good things| واعملوا - and do| صالحا - righteous (deeds).| إني - Indeed, I Am| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| عليم - All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 12 [25:37] | Waqawma noohin lamma kaththabooalrrusula aghraqnahum wajaAAalnahum lilnnasiayatan waaAAtadna lilththalimeenaAAathaban aleeman | وقوم نوح لما كذبوا الرسل أغرقناهم وجعلناهم للناس آية وأعتدنا للظالمين عذابا أليما وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ لَّمَّا كَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ أَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ آيَةً وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |وقوم - And (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh,| لما - when| كذبوا - they denied| الرسل - the Messengers,| أغرقناهم - We drowned them| وجعلناهم - and We made them| للناس - for mankind| آية - a sign.| وأعتدنا - And We have prepared| للظالمين - for the wrongdoers.| عذابا - a punishment| أليما - painful.| | ||||||
| 13 [38:14] | In kullun illa kaththaba alrrusulafahaqqa AAiqabi | إن كل إلا كذب الرسل فحق عقاب إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Not| كل - all (of them)| إلا - but| كذب - denied| الرسل - the Messengers,| فحق - so (was) just| عقاب - My penalty.| | ||||||
| 14 [41:14] | Ith jaat-humu alrrusulumin bayni aydeehim wamin khalfihim alla taAAbudoo illaAllaha qaloo law shaa rabbunalaanzala mala-ikatan fa-inna bima orsiltumbihi kafiroona | إذ جاءتهم الرسل من بين أيديهم ومن خلفهم ألا تعبدوا إلا الله قالوا لو شاء ربنا لأنزل ملائكة فإنا بما أرسلتم به كافرون إِذْ جَاءَتْهُمُ الرُّسُلُ مِن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا اللَّهَ قَالُوا لَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّنَا لَأَنزَلَ مَلَائِكَةً فَإِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| جاءتهم - came to them| الرسل - the Messengers| من - from before them| بين - from before them| أيديهم - from before them| ومن - and from| خلفهم - behind them,| ألا - (saying) "Do not| تعبدوا - worship| إلا - except| الله - Allah."| قالوا - They said,| لو - "If| شاء - (had) willed| ربنا - our Lord,| لأنزل - surely, He (would have) sent down| ملائكة - Angels.| فإنا - So indeed, we| بما - in what| أرسلتم - you have been sent| به - with| كافرون - (are) disbelievers."| | ||||||
| 15 [46:9] | Qul ma kuntu bidAAan mina alrrusuliwama adree ma yufAAalu bee wala bikum inattabiAAu illa ma yooha ilayya wamaana illa natheerun mubeenun | قل ما كنت بدعا من الرسل وما أدري ما يفعل بي ولا بكم إن أتبع إلا ما يوحى إلي وما أنا إلا نذير مبين قُلْ مَا كُنتُ بِدْعًا مِّنَ الرُّسُلِ وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمْ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| ما - "Not| كنت - I am| بدعا - a new (one)| من - among| الرسل - the Messengers| وما - and not| أدري - I know| ما - what| يفعل - will be done| بي - with me| ولا - and not| بكم - with you.| إن - Not| أتبع - I follow| إلا - but| ما - what| يوحى - is revealed| إلي - to me| وما - and not| أنا - I am| إلا - but| نذير - a warner| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 16 [46:35] | Faisbir kama sabaraoloo alAAazmi mina alrrusuli wala tastaAAjil lahumkaannahum yawma yarawna ma yooAAadoona lam yalbathoo illasaAAatan min naharin balaghun fahal yuhlakuilla alqawmu alfasiqoona | فاصبر كما صبر أولو العزم من الرسل ولا تستعجل لهم كأنهم يوم يرون ما يوعدون لم يلبثوا إلا ساعة من نهار بلاغ فهل يهلك إلا القوم الفاسقون فَاصْبِرْ كَمَا صَبَرَ أُوْلُوا الْعَزْمِ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَلَا تَسْتَعْجِل لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ مَا يُوعَدُونَ لَمْ يَلْبَثُوا إِلَّا سَاعَةً مِّن نَّهَارٍ بَلَاغٌ فَهَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فاصبر - So be patient,| كما - as| صبر - had patience| أولو - those of determination| العزم - those of determination| من - of| الرسل - the Messengers,| ولا - and (do) not| تستعجل - seek to hasten| لهم - for them.| كأنهم - As if they had,| يوم - (the) Day| يرون - they see| ما - what| يوعدون - they were promised,| لم - not| يلبثوا - remained| إلا - except| ساعة - an hour| من - of| نهار - a day.| بلاغ - A notification.| فهل - But will| يهلك - (any) be destroyed| إلا - except| القوم - the people -| الفاسقون - the defiantly disobedient?| | ||||||
| 17 [50:14] | Waas-habu al-aykati waqawmutubbaAAin kullun kaththaba alrrusula fahaqqawaAAeedi | وأصحاب الأيكة وقوم تبع كل كذب الرسل فحق وعيد وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ وَقَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ كُلٌّ كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ وَعِيدِ | |||||
| Words | |وأصحاب - And (the) companions| الأيكة - (of) the wood| وقوم - and (the) people| تبع - (of) Tubba.| كل - All| كذب - denied| الرسل - the Messengers,| فحق - so was fulfilled| وعيد - My Threat.| | ||||||
| 18 [77:11] | Wa-itha alrrusulu oqqitat | وإذا الرسل أقتت وَإِذَا الرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتْ | |||||
