| 1 [2:179] | Walakum fee alqisasi hayatunya olee al-albabi laAAallakum tattaqoona |  ولكم في القصاص حياة يا أولي الألباب لعلكم تتقونوَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاةٌ يَاْ أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ | |||||

| 2 [2:197] | Alhajju ashhurun maAAloomatunfaman farada feehinna alhajja fala rafathawala fusooqa wala jidala fee alhajjiwama tafAAaloo min khayrin yaAAlamhu Allahuwatazawwadoo fa-inna khayra alzzadi alttaqwawaittaqooni ya olee al-albabi | الحج أشهر معلومات فمن فرض فيهن الحج فلا رفث ولا فسوق ولا جدال في الحج وما تفعلوا من خير يعلمه الله وتزودوا فإن خير الزاد التقوى واتقون يا أولي الألباب الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَاتٌ فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلاَ رَفَثَ وَلاَ فُسُوقَ وَلاَ جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اللّهُ وَتَزَوَّدُواْ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُونِ يَا أُوْلِي الْأَلْبَابِ | |||||
| Words | |الحج - (For) the Hajj| أشهر - (are) months| معلومات - well known,| فمن - then whoever| فرض - undertakes| فيهن - therein| الحج - the Hajj| فلا - then no| رفث - sexual relations| ولا - and no| فسوق - wickedness| ولا - and no| جدال - quarrelling| في - during| الحج - the Hajj.| وما - And whatever| تفعلوا - you do| من - of| خير - good| يعلمه - knows it| الله - Allah.| وتزودوا - And take provision,| فإن - (but) indeed,| خير - (the) best| الزاد - provision| التقوى - (is) righteousness.| واتقون - And fear Me,| يا - O| أولي - O men| الألباب - (of) understanding!| | ||||||
| 3 [4:83] | Wa-itha jaahum amrun minaal-amni awi alkhawfi athaAAoo bihi walaw raddoohu ilaalrrasooli wa-ila olee al-amri minhum laAAalimahuallatheena yastanbitoonahu minhum walawla fadluAllahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu laittabaAAtumualshshaytana illa qaleelan | وإذا جاءهم أمر من الأمن أو الخوف أذاعوا به ولو ردوه إلى الرسول وإلى أولي الأمر منهم لعلمه الذين يستنبطونه منهم ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته لاتبعتم الشيطان إلا قليلا وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءهم - comes to them| أمر - a matter| من - of| الأمن - the security| أو - or| الخوف - [the] fear| أذاعوا - they spread| به - [with] it.| ولو - But if| ردوه - they (had) referred it| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger| وإلى - and to| أولي - those| الأمر - (having) authority| منهم - among them,| لعلمه - surely would have known it| الذين - those who| يستنبطونه - draw correct conclusion (from) it| منهم - among them.| ولولا - And if not| فضل - (had been the) bounty| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - on you| ورحمته - and His Mercy,| لاتبعتم - surely you (would have) followed| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| إلا - except| قليلا - a few.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:95] | La yastawee alqaAAidoona minaalmu/mineena ghayru olee alddarari waalmujahidoonafee sabeeli Allahi bi-amwalihim waanfusihim faddalaAllahu almujahideena bi-amwalihimwaanfusihim AAala alqaAAideena darajatan wakullanwaAAada Allahu alhusna wafaddala Allahualmujahideena AAala alqaAAideena ajran AAatheeman | لا يستوي القاعدون من المؤمنين غير أولي الضرر والمجاهدون في سبيل الله بأموالهم وأنفسهم فضل الله المجاهدين بأموالهم وأنفسهم على القاعدين درجة وكلا وعد الله الحسنى وفضل الله المجاهدين على القاعدين أجرا عظيما لاَّ يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ غَيْرُ أُوْلِي الضَّرَرِ وَالْمُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فَضَّلَ اللّهُ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ دَرَجَةً وَكُـلاًّ وَعَدَ اللّهُ الْحُسْنَى وَفَضَّلَ اللّهُ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا | |||||

| 5 [5:100] | Qul la yastawee alkhabeethu waalttayyibuwalaw aAAjabaka kathratu alkhabeethi faittaqoo Allahaya olee al-albabi laAAallakum tuflihoona | قل لا يستوي الخبيث والطيب ولو أعجبك كثرة الخبيث فاتقوا الله يا أولي الألباب لعلكم تفلحون قُل لاَّ يَسْتَوِي الْخَبِيثُ وَالطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ الْخَبِيثِ فَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ يَا أُوْلِي الْأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ | |||||

| 6 [9:113] | Ma kana lilnnabiyyi waallatheenaamanoo an yastaghfiroo lilmushrikeena walaw kanooolee qurba min baAAdi ma tabayyana lahum annahum as-habualjaheemi | ما كان للنبي والذين آمنوا أن يستغفروا للمشركين ولو كانوا أولي قربى من بعد ما تبين لهم أنهم أصحاب الجحيم مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَن يَسْتَغْفِرُواْ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَوْ كَانُواْ أُوْلِي قُرْبَى مِن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ | |||||
| Words | |ما - Not| كان - (it) is| للنبي - for the Prophet| والذين - and those who| آمنوا - believe| أن - that| يستغفروا - they ask forgiveness| للمشركين - for the polytheists,| ولو - even though| كانوا - they be| أولي - near of kin,| قربى - near of kin,| من - after| بعد - after| ما - [what]| تبين - has become clear| لهم - to them,| أنهم - that they| أصحاب - (are the) companions| الجحيم - (of) the Hellfire.| | ||||||
| 7 [17:5] | Fa-itha jaa waAAdu oolahumabaAAathna AAalaykum AAibadan lana oleeba/sin shadeedin fajasoo khilala alddiyariwakana waAAdan mafAAoolan | فإذا جاء وعد أولاهما بعثنا عليكم عبادا لنا أولي بأس شديد فجاسوا خلال الديار وكان وعدا مفعولا فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ أُولاَهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَّنَا أُوْلِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُواْ خِلاَلَ الدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَّفْعُولاً | |||||
| Words | |فإذا - So when| جاء - came| وعد - (the) promise| أولاهما - (for) the first of the two,| بعثنا - We raised| عليكم - against you| عبادا - servants| لنا - of Ours| أولي - those of great military might| بأس - those of great military might| شديد - those of great military might| فجاسوا - and they entered| خلال - the inner most part| الديار - (of) the homes,| وكان - and (it) was| وعدا - a promise| مفعولا - fulfilled.| | ||||||
| 8 [24:22] | Wala ya/tali oloo alfadliminkum waalssaAAati an yu/too olee alqurba waalmasakeenawaalmuhajireena fee sabeeli AllahiwalyaAAfoo walyasfahoo ala tuhibboonaan yaghfira Allahu lakum waAllahu ghafoorunraheemun | ولا يأتل أولو الفضل منكم والسعة أن يؤتوا أولي القربى والمساكين والمهاجرين في سبيل الله وليعفوا وليصفحوا ألا تحبون أن يغفر الله لكم والله غفور رحيم وَلَا يَأْتَلِ أُوْلُوا الْفَضْلِ مِنكُمْ وَالسَّعَةِ أَن يُؤْتُوا أُوْلِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلْيَعْفُوا وَلْيَصْفَحُوا أَلَا تُحِبُّونَ أَن يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And not| يأتل - let swear| أولو - those of virtue| الفضل - those of virtue| منكم - among you| والسعة - and the amplitude of means| أن - that| يؤتوا - they give| أولي - (to) the near of kin,| القربى - (to) the near of kin,| والمساكين - and the needy| والمهاجرين - and the emigrants| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah.| وليعفوا - And let them pardon| وليصفحوا - and let them overlook.| ألا - (Do) not| تحبون - you like| أن - that| يغفر - Allah should forgive| الله - Allah should forgive| لكم - you?| والله - And Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 9 [24:31] | Waqul lilmu/minati yaghdudnamin absarihinna wayahfathnafuroojahunna wala yubdeena zeenatahunna illa mathahara minha walyadribnabikhumurihinna AAala juyoobihinna wala yubdeenazeenatahunna illa libuAAoolatihinna aw aba-ihinnaaw aba-i buAAoolatihinna aw abna-ihinna awabna-i buAAoolatihinna aw ikhwanihinna aw baneeikhwanihinna aw banee akhawatihinna aw nisa-ihinnaaw ma malakat aymanuhunna awi alttabiAAeenaghayri olee al-irbati mina alrrijali awi alttifliallatheena lam yathharoo AAala AAawratialnnisa-i wala yadribnabi-arjulihinna liyuAAlama ma yukhfeena min zeenatihinnawatooboo ila Allahi jameeAAan ayyuhaalmu/minoona laAAallakum tuflihoona | وقل للمؤمنات يغضضن من أبصارهن ويحفظن فروجهن ولا يبدين زينتهن إلا ما ظهر منها وليضربن بخمرهن على جيوبهن ولا يبدين زينتهن إلا لبعولتهن أو آبائهن أو آباء بعولتهن أو أبنائهن أو أبناء بعولتهن أو إخوانهن أو بني إخوانهن أو بني أخواتهن أو نسائهن أو ما ملكت أيمانهن أو التابعين غير أولي الإربة من الرجال أو الطفل الذين لم يظهروا على عورات النساء ولا يضربن بأرجلهن ليعلم ما يخفين من زينتهن وتوبوا إلى الله جميعا أيه المؤمنون لعلكم تفلحون وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُوْلِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقل - And say| للمؤمنات - to the believing women| يغضضن - (that) they should lower| من - [of]| أبصارهن - their gaze| ويحفظن - and they should guard| فروجهن - their chastity,| ولا - and not| يبدين - (to) display| زينتهن - their adornment| إلا - except| ما - what| ظهر - is apparent| منها - of it.| وليضربن - And let them draw| بخمرهن - their head covers| على - over| جيوبهن - their bosoms,| ولا - and not| يبدين - (to) display| زينتهن - their adornment| إلا - except| لبعولتهن - to their husbands,| أو - or| آبائهن - their fathers| أو - or| آباء - fathers| بعولتهن - (of) their husbands| أو - or| أبنائهن - their sons| أو - or| أبناء - sons| بعولتهن - (of) their husbands| أو - or| إخوانهن - their brothers| أو - or| بني - sons| إخوانهن - (of) their brothers| أو - or| بني - sons| أخواتهن - (of) their sisters,| أو - or| نسائهن - their women| أو - or| ما - what| ملكت - possess| أيمانهن - their right hands| أو - or| التابعين - the attendants| غير - having no physical desire| أولي - having no physical desire| الإربة - having no physical desire| من - among| الرجال - [the] men| أو - or| الطفل - [the] children| الذين - who| لم - (are) not| يظهروا - aware| على - of| عورات - private aspects| النساء - (of) the women.| ولا - And not| يضربن - let them stamp| بأرجلهن - their feet| ليعلم - to make known| ما - what| يخفين - they conceal| من - of| زينتهن - their adornment.| وتوبوا - And turn| إلى - to| الله - Allah| جميعا - altogether| أيه - O believers!| المؤمنون - O believers!| لعلكم - So that you may| تفلحون - succeed.| | ||||||
| 10 [28:76] | Inna qaroona kana min qawmimoosa fabagha AAalayhim waataynahumina alkunoozi ma inna mafatihahu latanoo-obialAAusbati olee alquwwati ith qalalahu qawmuhu la tafrah inna Allaha layuhibbu alfariheena | إن قارون كان من قوم موسى فبغى عليهم وآتيناه من الكنوز ما إن مفاتحه لتنوء بالعصبة أولي القوة إذ قال له قومه لا تفرح إن الله لا يحب الفرحين إِنَّ قَارُونَ كَانَ مِن قَوْمِ مُوسَى فَبَغَى عَلَيْهِمْ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْكُنُوزِ مَا إِنَّ مَفَاتِحَهُ لَتَنُوءُ بِالْعُصْبَةِ أُولِي الْقُوَّةِ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُ قَوْمُهُ لَا تَفْرَحْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَرِحِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| قارون - Qarun,| كان - was| من - from| قوم - (the) people| موسى - (of) Musa,| فبغى - but he oppressed| عليهم - [on] them.| وآتيناه - And We gave him| من - of| الكنوز - the treasures| ما - which| إن - indeed| مفاتحه - (the) keys of it| لتنوء - would burden| بالعصبة - a company (of men)| أولي - possessors of great strength.| القوة - possessors of great strength.| إذ - When| قال - said| له - to him| قومه - his people,| لا - "(Do) not| تفرح - exult.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يحب - love| الفرحين - the exultant.| | ||||||
| 11 [35:1] | Alhamdu lillahi fatiri alssamawatiwaal-ardi jaAAili almala-ikatirusulan olee ajnihatin mathna wathulathawarubaAAa yazeedu fee alkhalqi ma yashaoinna Allaha AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun | الحمد لله فاطر السماوات والأرض جاعل الملائكة رسلا أولي أجنحة مثنى وثلاث ورباع يزيد في الخلق ما يشاء إن الله على كل شيء قدير الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَاعِلِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُولِي أَجْنِحَةٍ مَّثْنَى وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ يَزِيدُ فِي الْخَلْقِ مَا يَشَاءُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |الحمد - All praises| لله - (be) to Allah,| فاطر - Originator| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| جاعل - (Who) makes| الملائكة - the Angels| رسلا - messengers| أولي - having wings| أجنحة - having wings| مثنى - two| وثلاث - or three| ورباع - or four.| يزيد - He increases| في - in| الخلق - the creation| ما - what| يشاء - He wills.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| على - (is) on| كل - every| شيء - thing| قدير - All-Powerful.| | ||||||
| 12 [38:45] | Waothkur AAibadanaibraheema wa-ishaqa wayaAAqooba olee al-aydee waal-absari | واذكر عبادنا إبراهيم وإسحاق ويعقوب أولي الأيدي والأبصار وَاذْكُرْ عِبَادَنَا إبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ أُوْلِي الْأَيْدِي وَالْأَبْصَارِ | |||||

| 13 [48:16] | Qul lilmukhallafeena mina al-aAArabisatudAAawna ila qawmin olee ba/sin shadeedin tuqatiloonahumaw yuslimoona fa-in tuteeAAoo yu/tikumu Allahuajran hasanan wa-in tatawallaw kama tawallaytum minqablu yuAAaththibkum AAathaban aleeman | قل للمخلفين من الأعراب ستدعون إلى قوم أولي بأس شديد تقاتلونهم أو يسلمون فإن تطيعوا يؤتكم الله أجرا حسنا وإن تتولوا كما توليتم من قبل يعذبكم عذابا أليما قُل لِّلْمُخَلَّفِينَ مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ سَتُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى قَوْمٍ أُوْلِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ تُقَاتِلُونَهُمْ أَوْ يُسْلِمُونَ فَإِن تُطِيعُوا يُؤْتِكُمُ اللَّهُ أَجْرًا حَسَنًا وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا كَمَا تَوَلَّيْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say| للمخلفين - to those who remained behind| من - of| الأعراب - the Bedouins,| ستدعون - "You will be called| إلى - to| قوم - a people,| أولي - possessors of military might| بأس - possessors of military might| شديد - great;| تقاتلونهم - you will fight them,| أو - or| يسلمون - they will submit.| فإن - Then if| تطيعوا - you obey,| يؤتكم - Allah will give you| الله - Allah will give you| أجرا - a reward| حسنا - good;| وإن - but if| تتولوا - you turn away| كما - as| توليتم - you turned away| من - before,| قبل - before,| يعذبكم - He will punish you| عذابا - (with) a punishment| أليما - painful."| | ||||||
| 14 [59:2] | Huwa allathee akhraja allatheenakafaroo min ahli alkitabi min diyarihim li-awwalialhashri ma thanantum an yakhrujoo wathannooannahum maniAAatuhum husoonuhum mina Allahifaatahumu Allahu min haythu lam yahtasiboowaqathafa fee quloobihimu alrruAAba yukhriboonabuyootahum bi-aydeehim waaydee almu/mineena faiAAtabiroo yaolee al-absari | هو الذي أخرج الذين كفروا من أهل الكتاب من ديارهم لأول الحشر ما ظننتم أن يخرجوا وظنوا أنهم مانعتهم حصونهم من الله فأتاهم الله من حيث لم يحتسبوا وقذف في قلوبهم الرعب يخربون بيوتهم بأيديهم وأيدي المؤمنين فاعتبروا يا أولي الأبصار هُوَ الَّذِي أَخْرَجَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ لِأَوَّلِ الْحَشْرِ مَا ظَنَنتُمْ أَن يَخْرُجُوا وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُم مَّانِعَتُهُمْ حُصُونُهُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ فَأَتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَمْ يَحْتَسِبُوا وَقَذَفَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الرُّعْبَ يُخْرِبُونَ بُيُوتَهُم بِأَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَيْدِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاعْتَبِرُوا يَا أُولِي الْأَبْصَارِ | |||||
| Words | |هو - He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أخرج - expelled| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| من - from| أهل - (the) People| الكتاب - (of) the Scripture| من - from| ديارهم - their homes| لأول - at (the) first| الحشر - gathering.| ما - Not| ظننتم - you think| أن - that| يخرجوا - they would leave,| وظنوا - and they thought| أنهم - that [they]| مانعتهم - would defend them| حصونهم - their fortresses| من - against| الله - Allah.| فأتاهم - But came to them| الله - Allah| من - from| حيث - where| لم - not| يحتسبوا - they expected,| وقذف - and He cast| في - into| قلوبهم - their hearts| الرعب - [the] terror,| يخربون - they destroyed| بيوتهم - their houses| بأيديهم - with their hands| وأيدي - and the hands| المؤمنين - (of) the believers.| فاعتبروا - So take a lesson,| يا - O| أولي - O those endowed| الأبصار - (with) insight!| | ||||||
| 15 [65:10] | aAAadda Allahu lahum AAathabanshadeedan faittaqoo Allaha ya olee al-albabiallatheena amanoo qad anzala Allahu ilaykum thikran | أعد الله لهم عذابا شديدا فاتقوا الله يا أولي الألباب الذين آمنوا قد أنزل الله إليكم ذكرا أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ يَا أُوْلِي الْأَلْبَابِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَدْ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ذِكْرًا | |||||

| 16 [73:11] | Watharnee waalmukaththibeenaolee alnnaAAmati wamahhilhum qaleelan | وذرني والمكذبين أولي النعمة ومهلهم قليلا وَذَرْنِي وَالْمُكَذِّبِينَ أُولِي النَّعْمَةِ وَمَهِّلْهُمْ قَلِيلًا | |||||
