| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[27:56] | Fama kana jawabaqawmihi illa an qaloo akhrijoo ala lootinmin qaryatikum innahum onasun yatatahharoona
|  فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوا آل لوط من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرون
فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ |

| የሕዝቦቹም መልስ የሉጥን ቤተሰቦች «ከከተማችሁ አውጡ፡፡ እነርሱ የሚጥራሩ ሰዎች ናቸውና» ማለት እንጅ ሌላ አልነበረም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوا آل لوط } أهل { من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرون } من أدبار الرجال . |
| Tiririt n ugdud is, siwa mi d nnan: "ssuff$et tawacult n Luî, si temdint nnwen, nitni d imdanen i ib$an tezdeg". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | উত্তরে তাঁর কওম শুধু এ কথাটিই বললো, লূত পরিবারকে তোমাদের জনপদ থেকে বের করে দাও। এরা তো এমন লোক যারা শুধু পাকপবিত্র সাজতে চায়। |
| Literal | So his nation's answer/reply was not except that they said: "Bring/drive out Lot's family from your village/urban city, that they are people purifying ." |
| Yusuf Ali | But his people gave no other answer but this: they said, "Drive out the followers of Lut from your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!" |
| Pickthal | But the answer of his folk was naught save that they said: Expel the household of Lot from your township, for they (forsooth) are folk who would keep clean! |
