| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[27:27] | Qala sananthuru asadaqtaam kunta mina alkathibeena
|  قال سننظر أصدقت أم كنت من الكاذبين
قَالَ سَنَنظُرُ أَصَدَقْتَ أَمْ كُنتَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ |
| Words | |قال - He said,| سننظر - "We will see| أصدقت - whether you speak (the) truth| أم - or| كنت - you are| من - of| الكاذبين - the liars.| |

| (ሱለይማንም) አለ «እውነት እንደ ተናገርክ ወይም ከውሸታሞቹ እንደ ኾንክ ወደፊት እናያለን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قال } سليمان للهدهد { سننظر أصدقت } فيما أخبرتنا به { أم كنت من الكاذبين } أي من هذا النوع فهو أبلغ من أم كذبت فيه ، ثم دلهم على الماء فاستخرج وارتووا وتوضؤوا وصلوا ثم كتب سليمان كتاباً صورته (من عبد الله سليمان بن داود إلى بلقيس ملكة سبأ "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم السلام على من اتبع الهدى أما بعد فلا تعلوا علي وأتوني مسلمين) ثم طبعه بالمسك وختمه بخاتمه ثم قال للهدهد: |
| Inna: "a néeô ma tessawlev d tidep, ne$ ma keçç seg ikeddaben. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | সুলায়মান বললেন, এখন আমি দেখব তুমি সত্য বলছ, না তুমি মিথ্যবাদী। |
| Literal | He said: "We will look/see , had you been truthful, or you were from the liars/falsifiers ." |
| Yusuf Ali | (Solomon) said: "Soon shall we see whether thou hast told the truth or lied! |
| Pickthal | (Solomon) said: We shall see whether thou speakest truth or whether thou art of the liars. |
