| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[27:54] | Walootan ith qalaliqawmihi ata/toona alfahishata waantum tubsiroona
|  ولوطا إذ قال لقومه أتأتون الفاحشة وأنتم تبصرون
وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ وَأَنتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ |
| Words | |ولوطا - And Lut,| إذ - when| قال - he said| لقومه - to his people,| أتأتون - "Do you commit| الفاحشة - [the] immorality| وأنتم - while you| تبصرون - see?| |

| ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ (አስታውስ)፤ «እናንተ የምታዩ ስትኾኑ ፀያፍን ነገር ትሠራላችሁን |
| آل الجلالين | { ولوطاً } منصوب باذكر مقدراً قبله ويبدل منه { إذ قال لقومه أتأتون الفاحشة } أي اللواط { وأنتم تبصرون } أي يبصر بعضكم بعضا انهماكاً في المعصية. |
| I Luî, mi inna i ugdud is: "teppeddum ar wayen n dir, u kunwi tepwalim. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | স্মরণ কর লূতের কথা, তিনি তাঁর কওমকে বলেছিলেন, তোমরা কেন অশ্লীল কাজ করছ? অথচ এর পরিণতির কথা তোমরা অবগত আছ! |
| Literal | And Lot when he said to his nation: "Do you commit the enormous/atrocious deed/homosexuality ,and you are seeing/ understanding ?" |
| Yusuf Ali | (We also sent) Lut (as a messenger): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)? |
