| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[26:199] | Faqaraahu AAalayhim ma kanoobihi mu/mineena
|  فقرأه عليهم ما كانوا به مؤمنين
فَقَرَأَهُ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ |
| Words | |فقرأه - And he (had) recited it| عليهم - to them,| ما - not| كانوا - they would| به - in it| مؤمنين - (be) believers.| |

| በእነርሱ ላይ ባነበበውም በእርሱ አማኞች አይኾኑም ነበር፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فقرأه عليهم } كفار مكة { ما كانوا به مؤمنين } أنفة من اتباعه . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর তিনি তা তাদের কাছে পাঠ করতেন, তবে তারা তাতে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করত না। |
| Literal | So he read it on (to) them, (and) they were not with it believing. |
| Yusuf Ali | And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. |
| Pickthal | And he had read it unto them, they would not have believed in it. |
