| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[21:52] | Ith qala li-abeehi waqawmihi mahathihi alttamatheelu allatee antum lahaAAakifoona
|  إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ما هذه التماثيل التي أنتم لها عاكفون
إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَا هَذِهِ التَّمَاثِيلُ الَّتِي أَنتُمْ لَهَا عَاكِفُونَ |
| Words | |إذ - When| قال - he said| لأبيه - to his father| وقومه - and his people,| ما - "What| هذه - (are) these| التماثيل - [the] statues| التي - which| أنتم - you| لها - to it| عاكفون - (are) devoted?"| |

| ለአባቱና ለሕዝቦቹ «ይህቺ ቅርጻ ቅርጽ ያቺ እናንተ ለእርሷ ተገዢዎች የኾናችሁት ምንድን ናት» ባለ ጊዜ (መራነው)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ما هذه التماثيل } الأصنام { التي أنتم لها عاكفون } أي على عبادتها مقيمون . |
| Mi inna i baba s akked ugdud is: "d acu tent tâancurin agi, i la tepkabarem"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন তিনি তাঁর পিতা ও তাঁর সম্প্রদায়কে বললেনঃ এই মূর্তিগুলো কী, যাদের তোমরা পূজারী হয়ে বসে আছ। |
