| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[21:39] | Law yaAAlamu allatheena kafaroo heenala yakuffoona AAan wujoohihimu alnnara walaAAan thuhoorihim wala hum yunsaroona
|  لو يعلم الذين كفروا حين لا يكفون عن وجوههم النار ولا عن ظهورهم ولا هم ينصرون
لَوْ يَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا حِينَ لَا يَكُفُّونَ عَن وُجُوهِهِمُ النَّارَ وَلَا عَن ظُهُورِهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ |

| እነዚያ የካዱት ከፊቶቻቸውና ከጀርባዎቻቸው ላይ እሳትን የማይከለክሉበትን እነሱም የማይረዳዱበትን ጊዜ ቢያውቁ ኖሮ (ይህንን አይሉም ነበር)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | قال تعالى: { لو يعلم الذين كفروا حين لا يكفون } يدفعون { عن وجوههم النار ولا عن ظهورهم ولا هم ينصرون } يمنعون منها في القيامة وجواب لو ما قالوا ذلك . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যদি কাফেররা ঐ সময়টি জানত, যখন তারা তাদের সম্মুখ ও পৃষ্ঠদেশ থেকে অগ্নি প্রতিরোধ করতে পারবে না এবং তারা সাহায্য প্রাপ্ত হবে না। |
| Literal | If those who disbelieved know when they do not prevent/stop the fire from their faces/fronts, and nor from their backs, and nor they, they be given victory/aid. |
