| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[21:12] | Falamma ahassoo ba/sanaitha hum minha yarkudoona
|  فلما أحسوا بأسنا إذا هم منها يركضون
فَلَمَّا أَحَسُّوا بَأْسَنَا إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَرْكُضُونَ |
| Words | |فلما - Then when| أحسوا - they perceived| بأسنا - Our torment,| إذا - behold,| هم - they| منها - from it| يركضون - were fleeing.| |

| ቅጣታችንም በተሰማቸው ጊዜ እነርሱ ወዲያውኑ ከእርሷ (ለመሸሽ) ይገሠግሣሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فلما أحسُّوا بأسنا } شعر أهل القرية بالإهلاك { إذا هم منها يركضون } يهربون مسرعين . |
| Mi êussen i lwaâôan nne£, atnan la regwlen, segs. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর যখন তারা আমার আযাবের কথা টের পেল, তখনই তারা সেখান থেকে পলায়ন করতে লাগল। |
| Literal | So when they felt with one of their physical senses Our might/power , then they are from it running (fleeing). |
| Yusuf Ali | Yet, when they felt Our Punishment (coming), behold, they (tried to) flee from it. |
| Pickthal | And, when they felt Our might, behold them fleeing from it! |
| Arberry | Then, when they perceived Our might, behold, they ran headlong out of it. |
