| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[15:4] | Wama ahlakna min qaryatin illawalaha kitabun maAAloomun
|  وما أهلكنا من قرية إلا ولها كتاب معلوم
وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلاَّ وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ |
| Words | |وما - And not| أهلكنا - We destroyed| من - any| قرية - town| إلا - but| ولها - (there was) for it| كتاب - a decree| معلوم - known.| |

| ማንኛይቱንም ከተማ ለእርሷ የተወሰነ መጽሐፍ (ጊዜያት) ያላት ኾና እንጂ አላጠፋንም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما أهلكنا من } زائدة { قرية } أريد أهلها { إلا ولها كتاب } أجل { معلوم } محدود لإهلاكها . |
| Ur Nesquccu tamdint, siwa ma d ayen i s iuran, ipwassnen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি কোন জনপদ ধবংস করিনি; কিন্ত তার নির্দিষ্ট সময় লিখিত ছিল। |
| Literal | And We did not destroy from a village/urban city , except and for it (is) a known Book . |
