بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Wama thalamnahumwalakin thalamoo anfusahum famaaghnat AAanhum alihatuhumu allatee yadAAoona min dooni Allahimin shay-in lamma jaa amru rabbika wama zadoohumghayra tatbeebin

وما ظلمناهم ولكن ظلموا أنفسهم فما أغنت عنهم آلهتهم التي يدعون من دون الله من شيء لما جاء أمر ربك وما زادوهم غير تتبيب
وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَـكِن ظَلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَمَا أَغْنَتْ عَنْهُمْ آلِهَتُهُمُ الَّتِي يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ لَّمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَمَا زَادُوهُمْ غَيْرَ تَتْبِيبٍ

Words

እኛም አልበደልናቸውም፡፡ ግን ነፍሶቻቸውን በደሉ፡፡ የአላህም ትእዛዝ በመጣ ጊዜ እነዚያ ከአላህ ሌላ የሚገዙዋቸው አማልክቶቻቸው በምንም አላዳኗቸውም፡፡ ከማክሰርም በቀር ምንም አልጨመሩላቸውም፡፡

آل الجلالين

{ وما ظلمناهم } بإهلاكهم بغير ذنب { ولكن ظلموا أنفسهم } بالشرك { فما أغنت } دفعت { عنهم آلهتهم التي يدعون } يعبدون { من دون الله } أي غيره { من } زائدة { شيء لما جاء أمر ربك } عذابه { وما زادوهم } بعبادتهم لها { غير تتبيب } تخسير .

Ur ten Nednis. Maca, densen iman nnsen. Ur ten nefâan s wacemma, iôebbiten nnsen i la naâôen, war Öebbi, mi d iusa lameô n Mass ik. I sen rnan, siwa ssxev.

মুহিউদ্দীন খান

আমি কিন্তু তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করি নাই বরং তারা নিজেরাই নিজের উপর অবিচার করেছে। ফলে আল্লাহকে বাদ দিয়ে তারা যেসব মাবুদকে ডাকতো আপনার পালনকর্তার হুকুম যখন এসে পড়ল, তখন কেউ কোন কাজে আসল না। তারা শুধু বিপর্যয়ই বৃদ্ধি করল।

Literal

And We did not cause injustice/oppression to them, and but they caused injustice/oppression (to) themselves, so their gods which they call from other than God did not enrich/satisfy from a thing from them (their gods did not help them in any way or thing), when your Lord's order/command came, and they did not increase them other than destruction/loss.

Yusuf Ali

It was not We that wronged them: They wronged their own souls: the deities, other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them no whit when there issued the decree of thy Lord: Nor did they add aught (to their lot) but perdition!

Pickthal

We wronged them not, but they did wrong themselves; and their gods on whom they call beside Allah availed them naught when came thy Lord's command; they added to them naught save ruin.

Arberry

And We wronged them not, but they wronged themselves; their gods availed them not that they called upon, apart from God, anything, when the command of thy Lord came; and they increased them not, save in destruction.

Shakir

And We did not do them injustice, but they were unjust to themselves, so their gods whom they called upon besides Allah did not avail them aught when the decree of your Lord came to pass; and they added but to their ruin.

Sarwar

We were not unjust to them but they were unjust to themselves. The idols which they worshipped instead of God were of no help to them when Our decree came to pass. The idols only brought about their destruction.

And We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves. And they were not availed at all by their gods which they invoked other than Allah when there came the command of your Lord. And they did not increase them in other than ruin.

Malik

We were not unjust to them, but they were unjust to themselves. The deities they invoked beside Allah did not avail them when the judgement of your Lord came to pass; they added nothing to their lot but perdition.[101]

And We wronged them not but they wronged themselves. And their gods whom they called upon besides Allah availed them naught when the decree of thy Lord came to pass. And they added to them naught but ruin.

We did not wrong them, rather, they wronged themselves. Their gods that they called upon, other than Allah, did not help them when your Lord's command came they did not increased them except in their destruction.

And We treated them not unjustly, but they dealt unjustly with their own souls: And their gods which they invoked, besides God, were of no advantage unto them at all, when the decree of thy Lord came to be executed on them, neither were they any other than a detriment unto them.

We dealt not unfairly by them, but they dealt not fairly by themselves: and their gods on whom they called beside God availed them not at all when thy Lord's behest came to pass. They did but increase their ruin.

for, no wrong did We do to them, but it was they who wronged themselves. And when thy Sustainer's judgment came to pass, those deities of theirs which they had been wont to invoke instead of God proved of no avail whatever to them, and brought them no more than utter perdition.

We never wronged them; they wronged their own souls. Their gods, whom they invoked beside GOD, could not help them in the least when the judgment of your Lord came. In fact, they only ensured their doom.

We wronged them not, but they wronged themselves. So their aliha (gods), other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them naught when there came the Command of your Lord, nor did they add aught (to their lot) but destruction.

QXP Shabbir Ahemd**

We did no injustice to them, but they wronged themselves. And when the Command of your Lord came to pass, their gods whom they called besides Allah availed them not. They only added to their ruin.

Me emme tehnyt niille vääryyttä, vaan itse ne tuhosivat itsensä; sillä mitään hyötyä heillä ei ollut jumalista, joita he huusivat avukseen Jumalan sijasta, kun Herrasi käsky heidät saavutti. Nuo jumalat jouduttivat vain heidän turmiotaan.

Na da Ami siran salimboti: Na ogaid na siyalimbotan iran so manga ginawa iran: Na da a minilinding kiran o manga katohanan iran, a so pphanongganowin iran a salakaw ko Allah a mayto bo, kagiya a makawma kiran so sogoan o Kadnan ka: Go da a minioman iran kiran a rowar ko kabinasa!

اور ہم نے ان پر ظلم نہ کیا خود انہوں نے اپنا برا کیا تو ان کے معبود جنہیں اللہ کے سوا پوجتے تھے ان کے کچھ کام نہ آئے جب تمہارے رب کا حکم آیا اور ان سے انہیں ہلاک کے سوا کچھ نہ بڑھا،

اور نہیں ظلم کیا ہم نے اُن پر بلکہ ظُلم کیا اُنہوں نے خود ہی اپنی جانوں پر اور نہ بچایا ان کو اُن کے معبودوں نے جنہیں پُکارتے تھے وہ اللہ کے سِوا ذرا بھی، جب آ گیا فیصلۂ عذاب تیرے رب کا۔ اور نہ اضافہ کیا اُنہوں نے ان کے لیے سوائے تباہی و بربادی کے۔

اور ہم نے ان لوگوں پر ظلم نہیں کیا بلکہ انہوں نے خود اپنے اُوپر ظلم کیا۔ غرض جب تمہارے پروردگار کا حکم آپہنچا تو جن معبودوں کو وہ خدا کے سوا پکارا کرتے تھے وہ ان کے کچھ بھی کام نہ آئے۔ اور تباہ کرنے کے سوا ان کے حق میں اور کچھ نہ کرسکے

ہم نے اُن پر ظلم نہیں کیا، انہوں نے آپ ہی اپنے اوپر ستم ڈھایا اور جب اللہ کا حکم آ گیا تو ان کے وہ معبود جنہیں وہ اللہ کو چھوڑ کر پکارا کرتے تھے ان کے کچھ کام نہ آ سکے اور انہوں نے ہلاکت و بربادی کے سوا انہیں کچھ فائدہ نہ دیا

اور ہم نے ان پر ظلم نہیں کیا لیکن وہی اپنی جانو ں پر ظلم کر گئے پھر ان کے وہ معبود کچھ کام نہ آئے جنہیں و ہ الله کے سوا پکارتے تھے جس وقت تیرے رب کا حکم آ پہنچا اور ان معبودوں نے سوا ہلاکت کے انہیں کچھ بھی فائدہ نہ دیا
