| 1 [2:164] | Inna fee khalqi alssamawatiwaal-ardi waikhtilafi allayli waalnnahariwaalfulki allatee tajree fee albahri bimayanfaAAu alnnasa wama anzala Allahumina alssama-i min ma-in faahyabihi al-arda baAAda mawtiha wabaththa feehamin kulli dabbatin watasreefi alrriyahiwaalssahabi almusakhkhari bayna alssama-iwaal-ardi laayatin liqawminyaAAqiloona |  إن في خلق السماوات والأرض واختلاف الليل والنهار والفلك التي تجري في البحر بما ينفع الناس وما أنزل الله من السماء من ماء فأحيا به الأرض بعد موتها وبث فيها من كل دابة وتصريف الرياح والسحاب المسخر بين السماء والأرض لآيات لقوم يعقلونإِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلاَفِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَالْفُلْكِ الَّتِي تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِمَا يَنفَعُ النَّاسَ وَمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِن مَّاءٍ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ دَآبَّةٍ وَتَصْرِيفِ الرِّيَاحِ وَالسَّحَابِ الْمُسَخِّرِ بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| في - in| خلق - (the) creation| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| واختلاف - and alternation| الليل - of the night| والنهار - and the day,| والفلك - and the ships| التي - which| تجري - sail| في - in| البحر - the sea| بما - with what| ينفع - benefits| الناس - [the] people,| وما - and what| أنزل - (has) sent down| الله - Allah| من - from| السماء - the sky| من - [of]| ماء - water,| فأحيا - giving life| به - thereby| الأرض - (to) the earth| بعد - after| موتها - its death,| وبث - and dispersing| فيها - therein| من - [of]| كل - every| دابة - moving creature,| وتصريف - and directing| الرياح - (of) the winds| والسحاب - and the clouds| المسخر - [the] controlled| بين - between| السماء - the sky| والأرض - and the earth,| لآيات - surely (are) Signs| لقوم - for a people| يعقلون - who use their intellect.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:119] | Qala Allahu hathayawmu yanfaAAu alssadiqeena sidquhum lahumjannatun tajree min tahtiha al-anharukhalideena feeha abadan radiya AllahuAAanhum waradoo AAanhu thalika alfawzu alAAatheemu | قال الله هذا يوم ينفع الصادقين صدقهم لهم جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها أبدا رضي الله عنهم ورضوا عنه ذلك الفوز العظيم قَالَ اللّهُ هَذَا يَوْمُ يَنفَعُ الصَّادِقِينَ صِدْقُهُمْ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا رَّضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُواْ عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |قال - Will say| الله - Allah,| هذا - "This| يوم - Day| ينفع - will profit| الصادقين - the truthful| صدقهم - their truthfulness."| لهم - For them| جنات - (are) Gardens| تجري - flows| من - from| تحتها - underneath it| الأنهار - the rivers| خالدين - will abide| فيها - in it| أبدا - forever."| رضي - is pleased| الله - Allah| عنهم - with them| ورضوا - and they are pleased| عنه - with Him.| ذلك - That| الفوز - (is) the success,| العظيم - (the) great.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:158] | Hal yanthuroona illaan ta/tiyahumu almala-ikatu aw ya/tiya rabbuka aw ya/tiyabaAAdu ayati rabbika yawma ya/tee baAAduayati rabbika la yanfaAAu nafsan eemanuhalam takun amanat min qablu aw kasabat fee eemanihakhayran quli intathiroo inna muntathiroona | هل ينظرون إلا أن تأتيهم الملائكة أو يأتي ربك أو يأتي بعض آيات ربك يوم يأتي بعض آيات ربك لا ينفع نفسا إيمانها لم تكن آمنت من قبل أو كسبت في إيمانها خيرا قل انتظروا إنا منتظرون هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ أَن تَأْتِيهُمُ الْمَلَآئِكَةُ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ رَبُّكَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ لاَ يَنفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِن قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا قُلِ انتَظِرُواْ إِنَّا مُنتَظِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |هل - Are| ينظرون - they waiting| إلا - except| أن - that| تأتيهم - comes to them| الملائكة - the Angels| أو - or| يأتي - comes| ربك - your Lord| أو - or| يأتي - comes| بعض - some (of)| آيات - (the) Signs| ربك - (of) your Lord?| يوم - (The) Day| يأتي - (when) comes| بعض - some (of)| آيات - (the) Signs| ربك - (of) your Lord,| لا - not| ينفع - will benefit| نفسا - a soul| إيمانها - its faith,| لم - not| تكن - (if) it had| آمنت - believed| من - from| قبل - before| أو - or| كسبت - earned| في - through| إيمانها - its faith| خيرا - any good.| قل - Say,| انتظروا - "Wait.| إنا - Indeed, we| منتظرون - (are) those who wait."| | ||||||
| 4 [13:17] | Anzala mina alssama-i maanfasalat awdiyatun biqadariha faihtamalaalssaylu zabadan rabiyan wamimma yooqidoonaAAalayhi fee alnnari ibtighaa hilyatinaw mataAAin zabadun mithluhu kathalika yadribuAllahu alhaqqa waalbatila faammaalzzabadu fayathhabu jufaan waamma mayanfaAAu alnnasa fayamkuthu fee al-ardi kathalikayadribu Allahu al-amthala | أنزل من السماء ماء فسالت أودية بقدرها فاحتمل السيل زبدا رابيا ومما يوقدون عليه في النار ابتغاء حلية أو متاع زبد مثله كذلك يضرب الله الحق والباطل فأما الزبد فيذهب جفاء وأما ما ينفع الناس فيمكث في الأرض كذلك يضرب الله الأمثال أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَالَتْ أَوْدِيَةٌ بِقَدَرِهَا فَاحْتَمَلَ السَّيْلُ زَبَدًا رَّابِيًا وَمِمَّا يُوقِدُونَ عَلَيْهِ فِي النَّارِ ابْتِغَاءِ حِلْيَةٍ أَوْ مَتَاعٍ زَبَدٌ مِّثْلُهُ كَذَلِكَ يَضْرِبُ اللّهُ الْحَقَّ وَالْبَاطِلَ فَأَمَّا الزَّبَدُ فَيَذْهَبُ جُفَاءً وَأَمَّا مَا يَنفَعُ النَّاسَ فَيَمْكُثُ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَذَلِكَ يَضْرِبُ اللّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ | |||||
| Words | |أنزل - He sends down| من - from| السماء - the sky| ماء - water| فسالت - and flows| أودية - the valleys| بقدرها - according to their measure,| فاحتمل - and carries| السيل - the torrent| زبدا - a foam| رابيا - rising.| ومما - And from what| يوقدون - they heat| عليه - [on] it| في - in| النار - the fire| ابتغاء - in order to make| حلية - ornaments| أو - or| متاع - utensils,| زبد - a foam| مثله - like it.| كذلك - Thus| يضرب - sets forth| الله - Allah| الحق - the truth| والباطل - and the falsehood.| فأما - Then as for| الزبد - the foam| فيذهب - it passes away| جفاء - (as) scum,| وأما - and as for| ما - what| ينفع - benefits| الناس - the mankind,| فيمكث - remains| في - in| الأرض - the earth.| كذلك - Thus| يضرب - Allah sets forth| الله - Allah sets forth| الأمثال - the examples.| | ||||||
| 5 [26:88] | Yawma la yanfaAAu malun walabanoona | يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ | |||||

| 6 [30:57] | Fayawma-ithin la yanfaAAu allatheenathalamoo maAAthiratuhum wala humyustaAAtaboona | فيومئذ لا ينفع الذين ظلموا معذرتهم ولا هم يستعتبون فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يَنفَعُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فيومئذ - So that Day,| لا - not| ينفع - will profit| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| معذرتهم - their excuses| ولا - and not| هم - they| يستعتبون - will be allowed to make amends.| | ||||||
| 7 [32:29] | Qul yawma alfathi la yanfaAAuallatheena kafaroo eemanuhum wala hum yuntharoona | قل يوم الفتح لا ينفع الذين كفروا إيمانهم ولا هم ينظرون قُلْ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَنفَعُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِيْمَانُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| يوم - "(On the) Day| الفتح - (of) the Decision,| لا - not| ينفع - will benefit| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve| إيمانهم - their belief| ولا - and not| هم - they| ينظرون - will be granted respite."| | ||||||
| 8 [40:52] | Yawma la yanfaAAu alththalimeenamaAAthiratuhum walahumu allaAAnatu walahum soo-o alddari | يوم لا ينفع الظالمين معذرتهم ولهم اللعنة ولهم سوء الدار يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ الظَّالِمِينَ مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ | |||||
