| 1 [2:35] | Waqulna ya adamu oskunanta wazawjuka aljannata wakula minha raghadan haythushi/tuma wala taqraba hathihi alshshajaratafatakoona mina alththalimeena |  وقلنا يا آدم اسكن أنت وزوجك الجنة وكلا منها رغدا حيث شئتما ولا تقربا هذه الشجرة فتكونا من الظالمينوَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَكُلاَ مِنْهَا رَغَداً حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلاَ تَقْرَبَا هَـذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الْظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقلنا - And We said,| يا - O| آدم - "O Adam!| اسكن - Dwell| أنت - you| وزوجك - and your spouse| الجنة - (in) Paradise,| وكلا - and [you both] eat| منها - from it| رغدا - freely| حيث - (from) wherever| شئتما - you [both] wish.| ولا - But do not| تقربا - [you two] approach| هذه - this| الشجرة - [the] tree,| فتكونا - lest you [both] be| من - of| الظالمين - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 2 [4:95] | La yastawee alqaAAidoona minaalmu/mineena ghayru olee alddarari waalmujahidoonafee sabeeli Allahi bi-amwalihim waanfusihim faddalaAllahu almujahideena bi-amwalihimwaanfusihim AAala alqaAAideena darajatan wakullanwaAAada Allahu alhusna wafaddala Allahualmujahideena AAala alqaAAideena ajran AAatheeman | لا يستوي القاعدون من المؤمنين غير أولي الضرر والمجاهدون في سبيل الله بأموالهم وأنفسهم فضل الله المجاهدين بأموالهم وأنفسهم على القاعدين درجة وكلا وعد الله الحسنى وفضل الله المجاهدين على القاعدين أجرا عظيما لاَّ يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ غَيْرُ أُوْلِي الضَّرَرِ وَالْمُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فَضَّلَ اللّهُ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ دَرَجَةً وَكُـلاًّ وَعَدَ اللّهُ الْحُسْنَى وَفَضَّلَ اللّهُ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |لا - Not| يستوي - (are) equal| القاعدون - the ones who sit| من - among| المؤمنين - the believers,| غير - other than| أولي - the ones (who are)| الضرر - [the] disabled,| والمجاهدون - and the ones who strive| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| بأموالهم - with their wealth| وأنفسهم - and their lives.| فضل - Preferred| الله - (has) Allah| المجاهدين - the ones who strive| بأموالهم - with their wealth| وأنفسهم - and their lives| على - to| القاعدين - the ones who sit| درجة - (in) rank.| وكلا - And (to) all| وعد - promised| الله - (has) Allah| الحسنى - the best.| وفضل - preferred| الله - (has) Allah| المجاهدين - the ones who strive| على - over| القاعدين - the ones who sit| أجرا - (with) a reward| عظيما - great,| | ||||||
| 3 [6:86] | Wa-ismaAAeela wailyasaAAawayoonusa walootan wakullan faddalna AAalaalAAalameena | وإسماعيل واليسع ويونس ولوطا وكلا فضلنا على العالمين وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَالْيَسَعَ وَيُونُسَ وَلُوطًا وَكُلاًّ فضَّلْنَا عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإسماعيل - And Ishmael| واليسع - and Elisha| ويونس - and Yunus| ولوطا - and Lut,| وكلا - and all| فضلنا - We preferred| على - over| العالمين - the worlds.| | ||||||
| 4 [11:120] | Wakullan naqussu AAalayka min anba-ialrrusuli ma nuthabbitu bihi fu-adaka wajaakafee hathihi alhaqqu wamawAAithatun wathikralilmu/mineena | وكلا نقص عليك من أنباء الرسل ما نثبت به فؤادك وجاءك في هذه الحق وموعظة وذكرى للمؤمنين وَكُـلاًّ نَّقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنبَاءِ الرُّسُلِ مَا نُثَبِّتُ بِهِ فُؤَادَكَ وَجَاءَكَ فِي هَـذِهِ الْحَقُّ وَمَوْعِظَةٌ وَذِكْرَى لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وكلا - And each,| نقص - We relate| عليك - to you| من - of| أنباء - (the) news| الرسل - (of) the Messengers| ما - (for) that| نثبت - We may make firm| به - with it| فؤادك - your heart.| وجاءك - And has come to you| في - in| هذه - this| الحق - the truth| وموعظة - and an admonition| وذكرى - and a reminder| للمؤمنين - for the believers.| | ||||||
| 5 [19:49] | Falamma iAAtazalahum wamayaAAbudoona min dooni Allahi wahabna lahu ishaqawayaAAqooba wakullan jaAAalna nabiyyan | فلما اعتزلهم وما يعبدون من دون الله وهبنا له إسحاق ويعقوب وكلا جعلنا نبيا فَلَمَّا اعْتَزَلَهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَكُلاًّ جَعَلْنَا نَبِيًّا | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| اعتزلهم - he left them| وما - and what| يعبدون - they worshipped| من - besides Allah,| دون - besides Allah,| الله - besides Allah,| وهبنا - [and] We bestowed| له - [to] him| إسحاق - Isaac| ويعقوب - and Yaqub,| وكلا - and each (of them)| جعلنا - We made| نبيا - a Prophet.| | ||||||
| 6 [21:72] | Wawahabna lahu ishaqawayaAAqooba nafilatan wakullan jaAAalna saliheena | ووهبنا له إسحاق ويعقوب نافلة وكلا جعلنا صالحين وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ نَافِلَةً وَكُلًّا جَعَلْنَا صَالِحِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ووهبنا - And We bestowed| له - on him| إسحاق - Isaac| ويعقوب - and Yaqub| نافلة - (in) addition,| وكلا - and all| جعلنا - We made| صالحين - righteous.| | ||||||
| 7 [21:79] | Fafahhamnaha sulaymanawakullan atayna hukman waAAilman wasakhkharnamaAAa dawooda aljibala yusabbihna waalttayrawakunna faAAileena | ففهمناها سليمان وكلا آتينا حكما وعلما وسخرنا مع داوود الجبال يسبحن والطير وكنا فاعلين فَفَهَّمْنَاهَا سُلَيْمَانَ وَكُلًّا آتَيْنَا حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَسَخَّرْنَا مَعَ دَاوُودَ الْجِبَالَ يُسَبِّحْنَ وَالطَّيْرَ وَكُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ففهمناها - And We gave understanding of it| سليمان - (to) Sulaiman,| وكلا - and (to) each| آتينا - We gave| حكما - judgment| وعلما - and knowledge.| وسخرنا - And We subjected| مع - with| داوود - Dawud| الجبال - the mountains| يسبحن - (to) glorify Our praises| والطير - and the birds.| وكنا - And We were| فاعلين - the Doers.| | ||||||
| 8 [25:39] | Wakullan darabna lahu al-amthalawakullan tabbarna tatbeeran | وكلا ضربنا له الأمثال وكلا تبرنا تتبيرا وَكُلًّا ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ الْأَمْثَالَ وَكُلًّا تَبَّرْنَا تَتْبِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |وكلا - And each| ضربنا - We have set forth| له - for him| الأمثال - the examples,| وكلا - and each| تبرنا - We destroyed| تتبيرا - (with) destruction.| | ||||||
| 9 [57:10] | Wama lakum alla tunfiqoo feesabeeli Allahi walillahi meerathu alssamawatiwaal-ardi la yastawee minkum man anfaqa minqabli alfathi waqatala ola-ika aAAthamudarajatan mina allatheena anfaqoo min baAAdu waqataloowakullan waAAada Allahu alhusna waAllahubima taAAmaloona khabeerun | وما لكم ألا تنفقوا في سبيل الله ولله ميراث السماوات والأرض لا يستوي منكم من أنفق من قبل الفتح وقاتل أولئك أعظم درجة من الذين أنفقوا من بعد وقاتلوا وكلا وعد الله الحسنى والله بما تعملون خبير وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُنفِقُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَاثُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَا يَسْتَوِي مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ الْفَتْحِ وَقَاتَلَ أُوْلَئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا مِن بَعْدُ وَقَاتَلُوا وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْحُسْنَى وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لكم - (is) for you| ألا - that not| تنفقوا - you spend| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah?| ولله - while for Allah| ميراث - (is the) heritage| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth?| لا - Not| يستوي - are equal| منكم - among you| من - (those) who| أنفق - spent| من - before| قبل - before| الفتح - the victory| وقاتل - and fought.| أولئك - Those| أعظم - (are) greater| درجة - (in) degree| من - than| الذين - those who| أنفقوا - spent| من - afterwards| بعد - afterwards| وقاتلوا - and fought.| وكلا - But to all,| وعد - Allah has promised| الله - Allah has promised| الحسنى - the best.| والله - And Allah| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| خبير - (is) All-Aware.| | ||||||
